Abstract
本实用新型适用于电子烟配件技术领域,一种电子烟电池,包括外壳、电池本体及四个端口,其中两个端口为电压输出端口,其余两个端口为扩充端口或电压输出端口。本实用新型可通过设置两个电压输出端口及两个扩充端口,使电子烟电池具备扩充的条件,从而有利于电子烟电池内部信息与外界信息的交互或增大电池的输出功率,使电池能为更大功率的负载提供电能。此外,本实用新型的电子烟电池输出接口技术不需要精密的金属结构件,其成本为当前金属连接器的1/2。

技术领域
本实用新型属于电子烟配件技术领域,尤其涉及一种电子烟电池。
背景技术
当前电子烟作为香烟的替代品,具有环保和无二手烟危害的优点,已经被人们广泛接受;而电子烟的电池是为电子烟雾化器提供能源的部件,一般由锂电池、控制开关、指示灯及输出端口部件构成。
如图1所示,为现有电子烟的电池,其包括锂电池201、内螺纹环202、绝缘圈203和短金属圈204。内螺纹环202、绝缘圈203、短金属圈204三个部件压合在一起构成电池的电压输出端口,其中,短金属圈204为电池正极端口,内螺纹环202为电池负极端口。这种电子烟电池只能提供两个基本的电压输出端口为雾化器内的电热丝提供电能,无扩充功能。
此外,上述电子烟电池的接口部件需要采用精密的车床才能加工出来,因此成本很高,金属结构件需要与绝缘圈203压合,因此制造过程复杂,组装制造的成本也高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有扩充功能的电子烟电池。
本实用新型是这样实现的,一种电子烟电池,包括外壳、电池本体及四个端口,其中两个端口为电压输出端口,其余两个端口为扩充端口。
进一步地,所述的两个扩充端口为传感器的输入端口、电子烟雾化器状态参数的输入端口或电压输出端口。
进一步地,所述电子烟电池还包括与所述外壳对接的电池输出接口座,所述电池输出接口座的内部设有四个槽,所述四个端口分别嵌置于所述的四个槽内。
进一步地,所述电池输出接口座具有两个不同的缺口,其中一个所述缺口的位置与所述电压输出端口的位置相对应,另一所述缺口的位置与所述扩充端口的位置相对应。
进一步地,所述电池输出接口座由绝缘材料制造而成。
进一步地,所述电子烟电池还包括用于控制所述电池本体与所述四个端口导通或断路的控制器。
进一步地,所述控制器为手动按键式开关或气流触发式开关。
进一步地,所述电子烟电池还包括用于给所述电池本体充电的充电模块。
进一步地,所述充电模块设置于电池本体下方。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:本实用新型可通过设置两个电压输出端口及两个扩充端口,使电子烟电池具备扩充的条件,从而有利于电子烟电池内部信息与外界信息的交互或增大电池的输出功率,使电池能为更大功率的负载提供电能。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
如图2至图4所示,为本实用新型的一较佳实施例,一种电子烟电池,包括外壳1、电池本体2以及四个端口3,其中两个端口3为电压输出端口31,其余两个端口3为扩充端口32。
上述的两个扩充端口为传感器的输入端口、电子烟雾化器状态参数的输入端口或电压输出端口。
当上述两个扩充端口为传感器的输入端口或电子烟雾化器状态参数的输入端口时,电子烟电池内部信息可与外界信息的交互,从而促进电子烟电池往多功能化以及智能化发展。当上述两个扩充端口为电压输出端口时,可使电子烟电池同时为雾化器内的两组加热丝(图中未示出)提供电能,使雾化器的烟雾量增加一倍。此外,本实施例的电子烟电池的输出接口技术不需要精密的金属结构件,其成本为当前金属连接器的1/2。
具体地,上述电子烟电池还包括与外壳1对接的电池输出接口座4、用于控制电池本体2与四个端口3导通或断路的控制器5及用于给电池本体2充电的充电模块6。
四个端口3均为弹性的金属端子,表面镀金,具有优良的导电性和很低的接触电阻。电池输出接口座4优先选用绝缘材料制造,其内部设有四个槽41,四个端口3分别嵌置于四个槽41内。电池输出接口座4具有两个不同的缺口(图中未示出),其中一个缺口的位置与电压输出端口31的位置相对应,另一缺口的位置与扩充端口32的位置相对应,从而可识别电子烟雾化器输入端口。
优化地,上述控制器5为手动按键式开关或气流触发式开关。充电模块6为标准的充电接口模块,例如USB接口,其设置于电池本体2下方。

Claims (9)
1.一种电子烟电池,包括外壳及电池本体,其特征在于,所述电子烟电池还包括四个端口,其中两个端口为电压输出端口,其余两个端口为扩充端口。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子烟电池,其特征在于,所述的两个扩充端口为传感器的输入端口、电子烟雾化器状态参数的输入端口或电压输出端口。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电子烟电池,其特征在于,所述电子烟电池还包括与所述外壳对接的电池输出接口座,所述电池输出接口座的内部设有四个槽,所述四个端口分别嵌置于所述的四个槽内。
4.如权利要求3所述的电子烟电池,其特征在于,所述电池输出接口座具有两个不同的缺口,其中一个所述缺口的位置与所述电压输出端口的位置相对应,另一所述缺口的位置与所述扩充端口的位置相对应。
5.如权利要求3所述的电子烟电池,其特征在于,所述电池输出接口座由绝缘材料制造而成。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的电子烟电池,其特征在于,所述电子烟电池还包括用于控制所述电池本体与所述四个端口导通或断路的控制器。
7.如权利要求6所述的电子烟电池,其特征在于,所述控制器为手动按键式开关或气流触发式开关。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的电子烟电池,其特征在于,所述电子烟电池还包括用于给所述电池本体充电的充电模块。
9.如权利要求8所述的电子烟电池,其特征在于,所述充电模块设置于电池本体下方。
