Description
Technical field
The present invention relates to crush cutting processing yarn and manufacture method thereof. In particular, the manufacture method that the present invention relates to the little crush cutting processing yarn of raw yarn strength retention height and strength variance and can stably produce this crush cutting processing yarn.
Background technology
With the counterpoint type Wholly aromatic polyamide fiber is that the high strength fibre of representative has high-fire resistance, and anti-cut wound is also high, therefore in dress material purposes field, is being applied aspect the protection dress material purposes as staple fibre yarn. But the staple fibre yarn that uses high strength fibre in the past to obtain is compared with the raw yarn before the processing, and the intensity of processing yarn significantly reduces (strength retention is low), and also has the many shortcomings of the peculiar wildness of staple fibre yarn. Therefore, be difficult to be applied in the purposes that needs the few staple fibre yarn of high strength and wildness.
Usually, the intensity of staple fibre yarn grows up to ratio with the intensity of the single thread (raw yarn) that constitutes this staple fibre yarn and the average yarn of single thread. But, the intensity that improves raw yarn has the limit, therefore, prolonging the average yarn length that constitutes single thread is suitable with the strength retention that improves raw yarn, but for staple fibre yarn in the past, usually single thread length is 100mm or following, the strength retention of the staple fibre yarn that constitutes by such staple fibre be up to 50% or below.
But, use not only difficulty in the manufacturing of staple fibre yarn of longer single thread (staple fibre), and if just prolong single thread length, then can show the peculiar stiffness of high strength fibre, can't evenly be orientated, therefore, strength retention reduces on the contrary.
For addressing the above problem, in the special fair 1-16932 communique of Japan a kind of Wholly aromatic polyamide staple fibre yarn sample sliver with coherent has been proposed, this sliver is by breaking mode continuous sliver to be made staple fibre, the fiber that to contain average single thread length be 130-600mm.But, according to the inventor's research, when for example under condition described in the above-mentioned communique, making Fanglun 1414's staple fibre yarn sample sliver, strength retention and the easy change of wildness number. That is, when using the Fanglun 1414 as Wholly aromatic polyamide fiber, add man-hour in crush cutting, friction produces static between the single thread, causes fibre bundle significantly to expand, and its turbulent flow on roller, is difficult to crush cutting equably. As a result, the long change of single thread increases, and strength retention reduces, and therefore, even use high strength fibre, this processing yarn also has the problem that intensity reduces, strength variance increases and wildness significantly increases.
Can improve the problem that above-mentioned strength retention reduces though prolong average single thread length,, the essential for this reason crush cutting length that prolongs, fibre bundle is easier expansion between roller, is easy to generate the problem of twining drawing-in roller, crush cutting roller, is difficult to stably carry out crush cutting processing.
As mentioned above, for using fiber as Fanglun 1414, produce static between the single thread easily because of friction, do not see that as yet can obtain average single thread length increases and the little high-quality high strength crush cutting processing yarn of single thread length variation, does not see its manufacture method yet.
Summary of the invention
The objective of the invention is problem, the strength retention height and the little high-quality high strength crush cutting processing yarn and the stable method of making this processing yarn of single thread length variation of raw yarn is provided for the above-mentioned conventional art existence of really determining.
The inventor has carried out research in depth for the above-mentioned problem of really determining, thereby has finished the present invention.
Promptly, purpose of the present invention realizes by high strength crush cutting processing yarn, described high strength crush cutting processing yarn comprises the high strength staple fibre, described high strength staple fibre contains at least a polymer that is selected from PPTA, polyparaphenylene benzoxazol, polyethylene, polyvinyl alcohol and the full-aromatic polyester, its intensity be 14cN/dtex or more than, it is characterized in that: the average single thread length of this high strength staple fibre is 50-90cm, and the coefficient of variation (CV) of average single thread length be 50% or below; Purpose of the present invention also realizes by the manufacture method of high strength crush cutting processing yarn, it is characterized in that: with high strength fibre its roll spacing be giving between a pair of drawing-in roller of 100-200cm and the crush cutting roller humidity be 80% or the condition of above moistening fluid under break, then make its obvolvent and traction by fluid tip, described high strength fibre contains at least a polymer that is selected from PPTA, polyparaphenylene benzoxazol, polyethylene, polyvinyl alcohol and the full-aromatic polyester, its intensity be 14cN/dtex or more than.
Description of drawings
Fig. 1 is the side view of an example of the crush cutting processing unit (plant) of use during expression high strength crush cutting processing yarn of the present invention is made.
The specific embodiment
Below embodiment of the present invention are elaborated.
The intensity of the high strength staple fibre that crush cutting processing yarn of the present invention is contained be necessary for 14cN/dtex or more than, the scope of preferred 18-50cN/dtex.When this intensity was lower than 14cN/dtex, the undercapacity of crush cutting processing yarn can't be realized purpose of the present invention. The preferred high strength staple fibre that uses for example has PPTA staple fibre, polyparaphenylene benzoxazol staple fibre, high-strength polyethylene staple fibre, high strength poly vinyl alcohol staple fibre, full-aromatic polyester staple fibre etc., can be with two kinds in them or above mixing use.Wherein preferred PPTA staple fibre.
If the single thread fiber number of high strength staple fibre is excessive, then the formation single thread radical of crush cutting processing yarn reduces, and the winding between the single thread reduces, the intensity of crush cutting processing yarn reduces easily, therefore wish to be 2.5dtex or following, preferred 1.1dtex or following, further preferred 0.8dtex or following.
The average single thread length of the above-mentioned high strength staple fibre that crush cutting processing yarn of the present invention is contained must be in the scope of 50-90cm, particularly in the scope of 60-80cm.When this average single thread length was lower than 50cm, then the crush cutting processing yarn reduced with respect to the strength retention (intensity of the intensity/staple fibre of crush cutting processing yarn) of the intensity of staple fibre (raw yarn), can't give full play to the intensity of raw yarn. And average single thread length is when surpassing 90cm, in order to obtain described crush cutting processing yarn, crush cutting add man-hour crush cutting length must 2.0m or more than, the fibre bundle of the part of crush cutting is as a result significantly opened fibre, is wrapped in often on the roller, can't stably carry out crush cutting processing.
The single thread length variation coefficient (CV) of high strength crush cutting processing yarn of the present invention be necessary for 50% or below, particularly 40% or below. If this coefficient of variation (CV) surpasses 50%, then the deviation of single thread length is excessive, the intensity generation deviation of crush cutting processing yarn, and promptly the standard deviation of intensity increases, and can't realize providing the purpose of the present invention of even, high-quality crush cutting processing yarn.
Preferred its strength retention of high strength crush cutting processing yarn of the present invention 70% or more than.Strength retention described here is when the crush cutting processing yarn is made of multiple staple fibre, the conservation rate of the staple fibre intensity low with respect to intensity. This conservation rate is lower than at 70% o'clock, not only is difficult to effectively bring into play the intensity that staple fibre (raw yarn) is had, and it is also short to constitute the length of single thread, so wildness increases, and the purposes of utilizing of this crush cutting processing yarn is restricted.
Use accompanying drawing that the preferable production process of the crush cutting processing yarn of the present invention of above explanation is elaborated.Fig. 1 represents the preferred crush cutting processing unit (plant) that uses in the high strength crush cutting processing yarn manufacturing of the present invention.1 for feeding to niproll, and 2 is spray box (シ ユ one one), and 3 are the crush cutting niproll, and 4 is the attractability air nozzle, and 5 is rotatory obvolvent nozzle, and 6 is outlet roller, and 7 is coiling crush cutting processing yarn, and 8 is high strength fibre.
Before feeding that the high strength fibre doubling of required radical is overlapping to niproll, make it pass through to feed simultaneously to niproll, in spray box, carry out crush cutting (breaking processing) then.At this moment, in spray box, supply with humidity and be 80% or above moistening fluid, for example wet air, give high strength fibre. Then, by pulling out in the crush cutting niproll, then, utilize rotatory obvolvent nozzle,, make it have coherent, draw by outlet roller then by twining or the filoplume looping by the attractability air nozzle.
At this, employed high strength fibre is processed into staple fibre by above-mentioned crush cutting, thus its intensity must 14cN/dtex or more than, the scope of preferred 18-50cN/dtex.When this intensity was lower than 14cN/dtex, the staple fibre undercapacity after the crush cutting processing can't obtain crush cutting processing yarn of the present invention. The preferred high strength fibre that uses is aforesaid Fanglun 1414, polyparaphenylene benzoxazol fiber, high-strength polyethylene fiber, high strength poly vinyl alcohol fiber, full-aromatic polyester fiber etc., can be with two kinds in them or above mixing use.Wherein preferably use the Fanglun 1414.
In the present invention, be benchmark with the fibre weight, preferably on above-mentioned high strength fibre, adhere to the finish of 0.05-0.5 weight %, and preferably this moisture containing ratio that adheres to finish is 7.0 weight % or following. The finish adhesion amount is lower than 0.05 weight %, then breaks in aftermentioned to add man-hour, and fiber is charged easily, because electrostatic repulsion, fibre bundle is loose, and easy multiple broken yarn is difficult to stably carry out crush cutting processing. On the other hand, the finish adhesion amount surpasses 0.5 weight %, and then because the fiber that finish produces is brought effect together, crush cutting adds the man-hour fibre bundle can not fully open fibre, and the single thread length variation that constitutes the crush cutting processing yarn increases easily. In addition, when the moisture containing ratio that adheres to finish surpasses 7.0 weight %, because the collection of filaments effect that this moisture causes, identical phenomenon when occurring with the finish adhesion amount easily above 0.5 weight %.
In the present invention, with above-mentioned high strength fibre between drawing-in roller and the crush cutting roller by after breaking mode and making staple fibre, need make its obvolvent and traction to prevent this fiber sequence confusion by fluid tip, make this staple fibre sliver can not break away from length direction (lead) simultaneously.Carry out this and break when handling, make the staple fibre sequence of breaking not chaotic as far as possible, therefore preferably take by means such as the funnel-form guiding device are blocked.
In the present invention, carry out this and break when handling, give this high strength fibre with humidity be 80% above, preferred 90% or above, preferred especially 95% or above moistening fluid, it is very important preferably giving wet air.The humidity of this moistening fluid is lower than at 80% o'clock, and the effect of fiber surface institute static electrification discharge reduces, because the repulsion between the fiber causes fibre bundle loose, single thread twines drawing-in roller or crush cutting roller easily, can't carry out the processing of crush cutting stably, and is therefore not preferred. In order to reduce the deviation of crush cutting length, must make fiber evenly open fibre, but excessively open fibre on crush cutting roller surface, single thread twines easily supplies with drawing-in roller or crush cutting roller, and therefore, it is very important giving this moistening fluid.
Distance between a pair of drawing-in roller and the crush cutting roller (crush cutting length) must be in the scope of 100-200cm, the scope of preferred 120-175cm.When this crush cutting length was lower than 100cm, then the average single thread length of gained crush cutting processing yarn was lower than 40cm, and the strength retention of raw yarn is lower than 70%, and is too low, can't realize purpose of the present invention. On the other hand, when crush cutting length surpassed 200cm, the fiber beamwidth between drawing-in roller and the crush cutting roller significantly expanded, and single thread twines the crush cutting roller easily, can't carry out the processing of crush cutting stably, and is therefore not preferred.
More than Shuo Ming crush cutting processing yarn of the present invention can suitably be twisted, and then used as warp thread and/or weft yarn, is made into desired density, implements concise, heat setting, lax, calendering processing etc., makes fabric.
