Abstract

本发明所要解决的课题在于,在具有切断装置的包装机中,能够避免挤压部件的驱动源体积过大或者重量过重,同时能够切换袋的切断与非切断状态,而且能够在切断时阻挡切断所需的较大挤压力。该包装机具有切断装置,其构成为:通过使设置在夹着筒状包装材料F进行对接的一对密封夹紧装置(11、12)中的一方(11)上的挤压部件(22)与设置在另一方(12)上的接纳部件(23)压接,由密封夹紧装置(11、12)来熔断密封过程中的筒状包装材料F。该包装机具有曲柄杠杆机构,其由当进行密封夹紧装置(11、12)的对接时,用来将挤压部件(22)与接纳部件(23)切换为压接状态或者非压接状态的气缸(30)、活塞杆(31)以及连杆(26、34、37、37)构成。当使挤压部件(22)处于压接状态时,曲柄杠杆机构的连杆(26、34)从后方阻挡挤压部件(22)向后退。

包装机
技术领域
本发明涉及包装机,更详细地说,本发明属于在密封装置中具有切断装置的包装机的技术领域。
背景技术
在现有技术中,普遍使用下述这种包装机,其对弯曲成筒状的合成树脂等热熔融性薄膜沿着纵向和横向进行密封而制成袋子,同时,将物品装入袋子中。在这种包装机中,一般都具有一种横向切断横向密封区域以使袋子逐个分离的切断装置。作为这种切断装置,例如在专利文献1中所公开的熔断式装置是众所周知的,这种装置由挤压部件(在该文献中记载为“切刀”)与接纳部件(在该文献中记载为“刀座”)夹着薄膜,并利用热与压力来进行切断。使用这种装置的优点在于:由于其通过热量来接合袋子的切断端部,因此,袋子端部不会上翘,不会影响袋子的外观,同时还有利于提高袋子的密封性。
由于上述这种熔断式切断装置通过热量来熔融薄膜并用压力进行切断,所以,需要用较大的力将挤压部件压接在接纳部件上。因此,如专利文献1所公开的那样,现有技术的熔断式切断装置将挤压部件固定在横向密封装置上,或者使用弹性系数大的弹簧来支承。但是,采用这种方式的结果是:现有技术的熔断式切断装置始终处于切断状态,而不能在切断状态和非切断状态之间进行切换,其缺点为,例如无法制成连包商品用以通报袋子异常。为了解决这个问题,如专利文献2~4中所公开的发明,采用可动式挤压部件,并且按照以下方式进行切换,即、当熔断袋子时将挤压部件压接在接纳部件上,当不熔断袋子时则不将挤压部件压接在接纳部件上。

但是,在专利文献2中公开的“切断装置”中,无论是在使用“切断用刀体”还是“穿孔形成用刀体”时,因为没有设置阻挡刀体后退的支承构件,如果从刀体的前方施加较大的作用力,刀体就会后退,这样就无法用较大的压力来切断薄膜。此外,在专利文献3中所公开的“包装机”中,也没有设置阻挡刀体后退的支承构件,当可通过平行连杆摇动的“穿孔镶刀”超过“密封线”的密封面而朝着前方摇动时,如果从刀体前方施加较大作用力,刀体也会后退,这样就无法用较大的压力切断薄膜。在专利文献4中公开的“切断装置”中,无论是在“提供穿孔”还是在“切断分离”的情况下,由于“刀子”蛤终刺破袋子,因此,无法将挤压部件与接纳部件切换为非压接状态。
当然还可以考虑采用以下方法,即利用驱动挤压部件用的气缸等驱动源来承受熔断时的较大挤压力,但是,这样不仅导致驱动源的体积变大、重量增加,还会增加切断装置的成本,最终影响包装机的快速操作。
本发明用于解决具有切断装置的包装机中发生的上述问题,不仅可以避免挤压部件的驱动源的体积过大、重量过重,同时还能够切换进行袋子的切断或者非切断,而且,能够在进行切断时可承受切断所需的较大挤压力。
发明内容
为了解决上述课题,本发明第一方面提供一种具有切断装置的包装机,其特征在于:该包装机中设置有以下设备:一对密封部件,  通过对接来密封设置在其间的筒状包装材料;切断装置,具有设置在一对密封部件的一方上的挤压部件与设置在一对密封部件的另一方上的接纳部件,通过由挤压部件压挤接纳部件来切断筒状包装材料;切换装置,当一对密封部件处于对接状态时,使挤压部件相对于接纳部件切换为压接状态或者非压接状态;阻挡设备,当挤压部件与接纳部件处于压挤状态时,阻挡挤压部件向后退。
其中,不仅可以只施加压力进行切断,还可以利用热与压力进行切断。
本发明第二方面的特征在于:在第一方面的包装机中,切换设备包括使挤压部件从密封部件的密封面突出规定量的驱动源、以及将驱动源的动力传递给挤压部件的增力机构,其中,阻挡设备由增力机构构成。
本发明第三方面的特征在于:在第二方面的包装机中,增力机构由曲柄杠杆机构构成,通过使曲柄杠杆机构的连杆纵向方向与挤压部件的移动方向形成的角度变小,从后方阻挡挤压部件。
本发明第四方面的特征在于:在第二方面的包装机中,增力机构由凸轮机构构成,通过使凸轮机构的凸轮切线方向与正交于挤压部件的移动方向的方向形成的角度变小,从后方阻挡挤压部件。
本发明第五方面的特征在于:在第一方面的包装机中,切换设备包括朝着前方对挤压部件施加作用力的加力设备、可在阻挡挤压部件后退的位置与允许其后退的位置自由移动的可动部件、以及在阻挡位置与允许位置之间驱动可动部件的驱动源,其中,阻挡设备由可动部件所构成。
本发明第六方面的特征在于:在第一方面至第五方面中任一方面所述的包装机中,设置有调整设备,当挤压部件处于压接状态时调整挤压部件的压接力。
本发明第七方面的特征在于:在第一方面至第五方面中任一方面所述的包装机中,切换设备用于在密封部件的对接过程中,将挤压部件从压接状态切换为非压接状态。
根据本发明第一方面,在具有切断装置的包装机中,由于将挤压部件相对于接纳部件切换为压接状态或者非压接状态,因此能够切换袋的切断和非切断。而且,由于设置有当将挤压部件切换为压接状态时从后方阻挡挤压部件后退的阻挡部件,因此,当切断袋时,可以阻挡挤压部件的后退,从而阻挡切断所需的较大挤压力。而且,由于分别独立地设置阻挡设备与挤压部件的驱动源,因此,还可以避免挤压部件的驱动源的体积过大或者重量过重。
其次,根据本发明第二方面,由于使用将驱动源的动力传递给挤压部件的增力机构来构成阻挡设备,因此,能够以较小的力阻挡切断所需的较大的力。此外,由于将增力机构兼做阻挡设备,因此,可以控制部件数量的增加。
其次,根据本发明第三方面,如果使用曲柄杠杆机构来构成增力机构,那么,由于曲柄杠杆机构的连杆的纵向与挤压部件的移动方向大体一致,因此,可以确保以较小的力承受切断所需的较大的力。
其次,根据本发明第四方面,如果使用凸轮机构来构成增力机构,那么,由于凸轮机构的凸轮的切线方向与挤压部件的移动方向大致正交,因此,这样也可以确保以较小的力承受切断所需的较大的力。
其次,根据本发明第五方面,由于使用可以在阻挡挤压部件后退的位置与允许其后退的位置自由移动的可动部件构成阻挡设备,因此,通过该可动部件,可以确保承受切断所需的较大挤压力。
其次,根据本发明第六方面,由于对挤压部件的压接进行调整,因此,不仅可以根据包装材料的种类、厚度或者切断时间等诸多条件多方改变切断压力,而且还能够在短时间内精确地切断袋子。
此外,根据本发明第七方面,在通过密封部件的对接来进行密封操作的过程中,由于将挤压部件从压接状态切换为非压接状态,因此,将挤压部件切换为压接状态而导致密封部件的对接力下降的期间变短,可长期确保密封筒状包装材料所需的密封部件的较大对接力,从而确保筒状包装材料的密封。下面,通过本发明的优选实施方式,对本发明进行更为详细的说明。

具体实施方式
(第一实施方式)
在本实施方式中,本发明适用于图1所示的包装机1。即、该包装机1是众所周知的立式枕(pillow)型制袋包装机,其包括:成型器(former)2、管筒(tube)3、下拉带(pull down bell)4、4(图中仅表示1个)、纵向密封装置5以及横向密封装置6。合成树脂等制成的热熔融性薄膜F沿着箭头所示方向进行传送,并通过成型器2而弯曲成筒状。筒状薄膜F在管筒3的周围下垂,并通过下拉带4、4进一步向下方传送,相互重合的边缘部通过纵向密封装置5加热熔融而被纵向密封,同时,通过横向密封装置6加热熔融而被横向密封。这样,在制成袋W的同时,物品通过管筒3从上方添充至袋W中。
横向密封装置6具有夹着筒状薄膜F而对接的一对密封夹紧装置11、12。由于这些密封夹紧装置11、12从其侧面观看沿着对称的D形轨迹移动(D运动),因此其不会影响薄膜F的连续传送。此外,密封夹紧装置11、12分别围绕旋转轴心O、O旋转,同时围绕旋转轴心X、X旋转,并一直保持相同的姿势,即保持一种使密封夹紧装置11、12的密封面相对的姿势。
如图2所示,密封夹紧装置11、12分别通过左右一对隔热块13、13以及安装块14、14而与轴承盒15、15连结。轴承盒15、15以自由旋转的方式支承提供旋转轴心X的旋转轴(shaft)(图中未示),旋转轴架在左右一对旋转臂16、16的旋转端部之间。此外,与其中一个旋转臂16邻接而附设有用于使密封夹紧装置11、12围绕旋转轴心X旋转的单元17。在该单元17与旋转轴心O之间,卷挂有用于使密封夹紧装置11、12始终保持相同姿势的同步带18。
如图3所示,轴承盒15被固定在上下一对夹紧装置框20、21之间。如图3所示,隔热块13以及安装块14的背面凹陷形成圆弧形(后述的底座36亦同)。采用这种设计的原因是为了避免与提供旋转轴心X的旋转轴(如虚线所示)相互干扰。
如图3所示,一方的密封夹紧装置11(以下称第一夹紧装置),在上下方向的中央部分形成水平扩展的间隙部分,在该间隙部设置挤压部件22。此外,另一方的密封夹紧装置12(以下称第二夹紧装置)、在上下方向的中央部分形成水平凹槽,在凹槽内填入接纳部件23。此处,挤压部件22可以沿着水平方向、特别是沿着与第二夹紧装置12或者接纳部件23相互接近分离的水平方向自由移动,与其相反,接纳部件23被固定在第二夹紧装置12中。
此外,在第一夹紧装置11与第二夹紧装置12中均以夹着挤压部件22或者接纳部件23的方式而嵌入设置有上下一对加热器19、19。这些加热器19…19用于通过热传导来加热夹紧装置11、12与挤压部件22以及接纳部件23。但是,也可以单独设置加热夹紧装置11、12用的加热器与加热挤压部件22以及接纳部件23用的加热器。
其中,在本实施方式中,第一夹紧装置11、第二夹紧装置12均是密封面为平坦的平板夹紧装置,因此,挤压部件22的顶端部也形成平坦面。但是,并非局限于此,作为挤压部件22的其它形状,可以采用顶端部突出而形成的圆弧形、或者顶端部为锋利的刀子形状等,这些都是比较优选的形状。
挤压部件22通过大体采用下述的构造而可以沿着水平方向自由移动。如图2所示,在夹紧装置框20、21的背部组装有左右一对支脚部件24、24,在支脚部件24、24上组装有上下一对支承板25、25。然后,在支承板25、25之间架设有沿着上下方向延伸的第一支轴27,在该第一支轴27上,第一连杆26的后端部以可自由旋转的方式而被其所支承。此外,与此相同,在夹紧装置框20、21的背部,在支脚24的侧面组装有支承托架28,汽缸30的尾部以可自由旋转的方式被支承托架28的支轴29所支承。此外,该汽缸30的活塞杆31的顶端部(杆端:Rod End)32与第一连杆26的前端部通过第二支轴33而连结。此处,如图3所示,第一连杆26的前端部上下分为两股,杆端32以夹在该两股形状的第一连杆26的前端部之间的方式而与其连结。
如图2所示,第二支轴33也与第二连杆34的后端部连结。如图3所示,该第二连杆34上下各设有一个。这是为了避免与提供旋转轴心X的旋转轴(图中虚线表示)相互干扰。再如图2所示,第二连杆34、34的前端部通过第三支轴35与底座部件36连结。该底座部件36用于双重支承固定挤压部件22的后端部,通过上下左右共计4个摇动连杆37…37,在水平面内自由地朝着斜前方以及斜后方摇动。这样,挤压部件22可沿着水平方向自由移动,与第二夹紧装置12或者接纳部件23接近,并从第一夹紧装置11的密封面突出规定量,或者远离第二夹紧装置12或接纳部件23,并从第一夹紧装置11的密封面后退。
下面,对采用上述构造的该第一实施方式涉及的包装机1的作用进行说明。如图1所示,在该包装机1中,筒状薄膜F被连续传送,第一夹紧装置11以及第二夹紧装置12围绕旋转轴心O、O按照对称方式同步连续旋转。两个夹紧装置11、12夹着筒状薄膜F并从在上方对接之后至在下方分离的过程中,筒状薄膜F被横向密封而制成袋W。此外,在进行该密封操作的过程中,控制旋转轴心O、O之间的距离,将筒状薄膜F垂直拉向下方。
当第一夹紧装置11以及第二夹紧装置12夹着筒状薄膜F而对接时,如图2中箭头A1、A2所示,两个夹紧装置11、12相互接近,然后,如图4所示,两个密封面相互对接。当进行该密封操作时,汽缸30处于开启(ON)状态,活塞杆31移出,如图2中箭头A3所示,杆端32移动至位于第一支轴27的正前方位置。与此同时,杆端32、第二支轴33、第一连杆26的前端部以及第二连杆34的后端部朝着前方移动,第二连杆34通过其前端部以及第三支轴35,使底座部件36以及挤压部件22朝着前方移动。其结果,如图2中箭头A4、A4所示,底座部件36以及挤压部件22通过摇动连杆37…37,在水平面内朝着斜前方摇动,挤压部件22从第一夹紧装置11的密封面突出规定量,从而与第二夹紧装置12或者接纳部件23接近。接着,如图4中箭头A5所示,挤压部件22与接纳部件23处于压接状态,通过第一夹紧装置11以及第二夹紧装置12,密封中的筒状薄膜F在其横向密封的区域之内,通过热与压力而被横向压切熔断。
反之,如果汽缸30处于关闭(OFF)状态,则活塞杆31退回,杆端32朝着与箭头A3方向相反的方向移动,底座部件36以及挤压部件22朝着与箭头A4、A4方向相反的方向摇动。其结果,挤压部件22从第一夹紧装置11的密封面后退而远离第二夹紧装置12或者接纳部件23,从而与接纳部件23处于非压接状态。
此处,作为增力装置的曲柄杠杆机构由活塞杆31、第一连杆26以及第二连杆34构成,在进行挤压部件22的压接操作时,三个支轴27、33、35沿着压接方向A5大致排成一列,其结果,第一连杆26的纵向以及第二连杆34的横向就与挤压部件22的移动方向,即与压接方向A5大体一致。
如上所述,在第一实施方式中,包装机1具有熔断式切断装置,通过开启或者关闭气缸30,就能够将挤压部件22相对于接纳部件23切换为压接状态或者非压接状态,从而能够选择袋W的切断或者非切断。根据上述方法,当使挤压部件22处于压接状态时,即当切断袋W时,如果曲柄杠杆机构的第一连杆26的纵向以及第二连杆34的纵向与挤压部件22的移动方向A5大体一致,那么,通过这些连杆26、34就提供从后面阻挡挤压部件22的阻挡构件。其结果,当袋W熔断时,挤压部件22的后退受到阻挡,从而确保熔断所需的较大挤压力。在这种情况下,如果不与作为挤压部件22驱动源的气缸30一体而单独构成阻挡构件,那么不仅可以避免气缸30的体积过大,还可以避免其重量过重。如果使用将气缸30的动力传递给挤压部件22的增力机构(在该第一实施方式中采用曲柄杠杆机构)而构成阻挡构件,那么就可以用较小的力阻挡熔断时所需的较大挤压力。如果兼用增力机构与阻挡构件,那么也可以抑制该包装机1部件数量的增加。
在这种情况下,密封夹紧装置11、12与挤压部件22的操作时刻如图5所示,在通过密封夹紧装置11、12的对接实施密封操作的过程中,优选将挤压部件22从压接状态切换为非压接状态。如果使挤压部件22处于压接状态,那么就会让人觉得密封夹紧装置11、12凸出而导致对接力下降,筒状薄膜F的密封性受到破坏(图中T1期间)。因此,在密封夹紧装置11、12变为非对接状态之前,通过将挤压部件22切换为非压接状态,不仅可以缩短对接力降低的期间T1,长期确保筒状薄膜F的密封所需的密封夹紧装置11、12的较大对接力(图中T2的期间),还可以确保提高筒状薄膜F的密封性。
而且,当将挤压部件22切换为非压接状态时,由于挤压部件22朝着与箭头A4、A4相反的方向摇动,并且朝着斜后方滑动移动,因此,这样也有利于加快袋W的切断。
(第二实施方式)
下面,将参照图6以及图7,对本发明的第二实施方式进行说明。与第一实施方式相同或者类似的构件使用相同的符号,仅说明特征部分。在第一实施方式中,将气缸30的动力传递给挤压部件22的增力机构采用曲柄杠杆机构,但是在该第二实施方式中采用凸轮机构。
首先,在该第二实施方式中,横向密封装置6具有图6所示的密封夹紧单元。该夹紧单元夹着筒状薄膜F,并设置两个具有挤压部件22的第一夹紧装置11与具有接纳部件23的第二夹紧装置12,但是,下面以第一夹紧装置11用的夹紧单元为例进行说明。
换言之,夹紧单元具有承受提供旋转轴心O的旋转轴(图中未示)的两个轴承部51、51(图中仅表示一个)、在轴承部51、51之间,按照以旋转轴心O成点对称的方式架设两个凸轮机构外壳52、52、封装在外壳52、52上的隔热块53、53、以及封装在隔热块53、53上的密封夹紧装置11、11。
此外,第一夹紧装置11的夹紧单元以及第二夹紧装置12的夹紧单元夹着筒状薄膜F,并沿着箭头A6、A6方向同步对称旋转,因此,两个第一夹紧装置11、11以及两个第二夹紧装置12、12分别围绕旋转轴心O、O进行旋转,当夹紧单元半旋转时,两个夹紧装置11、12进行一次对接,实施横向密封(圆弧运动)。因此,在该第二实施方式中,横向密封装置6也不会妨碍薄膜F的连续传送性。此外,密封夹紧装置11、12的密封面突出设置成圆弧形状(挤压部件22的顶端部亦同)。
如图7所示,在夹紧单元的内部收容有气缸30,在其活塞杆31的顶端部(杆端)32,驱动连杆56通过销55以可自由旋转的方式与其连结。此外,夹着该气缸30并在其两侧位置,两个与第一夹紧装置11、11对应的两个凸轮机构以旋转轴心O为中心呈点对称配置。其中,气缸30通过托架(轴承架)54而组装在凸轮机构外壳52、52上。
在驱动连杆56上,从动连杆58(从动连杆有两个呈点对称,符号仅表示一个:下同)通过销57按照可自由旋转的方式与其连结。从动连杆58以可自由围绕摇动轴59摇动的方式而设置。摇动轴59被固定在凸轮机构外壳52中。
从动连杆58与第一凸轮60相互重合。在这种情况下,在第一凸轮60上形成圆弧状的长槽61、61,通过长槽61、61,利用螺栓62、62以及压紧板63,第一凸轮60按照可以调整相位的方式与从动连杆58结合。
在从动连杆58上竖立设置有销64,销64与连动连杆65啮合。此外,第二、第三从动连杆67、67采用与从动连杆58邻接,并且按照大致相等的间隔以可围绕摇动轴68、68自由摇动的方式设置。这些第二、第三摇动轴68也被固定在凸轮机构外壳52中。
第二、第三从动连杆67、67按照可调整相位的方式还分别与第二、第三凸轮69、69重合并结合在一起,同时,连动连杆65与竖立设置在第二、第三从动连杆67、67上的销66、66啮合。
在支承挤压部件22的底座部件36的背面设置有导轨70以及伸出块71、71。其中,在导轨70上嵌合有第二凸轮69,伸出块71、71与一端固定在凸轮机构外壳52上的线圈弹簧72、72的另一端结合。这样,底座部件36朝着凸轮60、69、69一侧施加作用力,于是底座部件36就一直保持与凸轮60、69、69接触。
在上述构造中,如果开启气缸30则活塞杆31伸出,杆端32以及驱动连杆56朝着图7中箭头A7的方向移动。与此同时,从动连杆58以及第一凸轮60朝着箭头A8的方向旋转,此外,第二、第三从动连杆67、67以及第二、第三凸轮69、69通过连动连杆65,朝着箭头A8的方向一起旋转。于是,凸轮60、69、69的提升量增大,底座部件36以及挤压部件22在水平面内朝着前方A9挤压,挤压部件22从第一夹紧装置11的密封面突出规定力量,从而与第二夹紧装置12或者接纳部件23接近。接着,挤压部件22与接纳部件23处于压接状态,通过第一夹紧装置11以及第二夹紧装置12,将密封中的筒状薄膜F在其横向密封区域之内,通过热与压力而压切熔断。
反之,如果关闭气缸30则连杆退回,杆端32以及驱动连杆56朝着与箭头A7相反的方向移动,连杆58、67、67以及凸轮60、69、69朝着与箭头A8相反的方向旋转,其结果,挤压部件22以远离第二夹紧装置12或者接纳部件23的方式,从第一夹紧装置11的密封面朝着与箭头A9相反的方向后退,从而与接纳部件23处于非压接状态。
在第二实施方式中,使用凸轮机构来构成增力机构。当使挤压部件22处于压接状态时,即当切断袋W时,由于凸轮机构的凸轮60、69、69的切线方向与挤压部件22的移动方向A9大体正交,因此,这样也能够确保以较小的力阻挡熔断所需的较大挤压力。
此外,由于将凸轮60、69、69按照可以调整相位的方式分别设置在连杆58、67、67上,并且调整挤压部件22的压接力,因此,不仅可以根据薄膜F的种类和厚度或者熔断时间等诸多条件而多方改变熔断压力,还可以在短时间内精确地切断袋W。
其中,例如也可以采用步进电动机或者伺服电动机来取代气缸30。此外,图6所示的密封夹紧装置采用每180度具有两个第一夹紧装置11或者第二夹紧装置12的双重式构造,但是并非局限于此,例如也可以是每120度具有三个第一夹紧装置11或者第二夹紧装置12的三重式等构造。
(第三实施方式)
下面,参照图8说明本发明的第三实施方式。与第一、第二实施方式相同或者类似的构件使用相同的符号,仅说明特征部分。在第一、第二实施方式中,采用增力机构(曲柄杠杆(toggle)机构、凸轮机构)构成在压接挤压部件22时,即在切断袋W时从后方阻挡挤压部件22的阻挡设备,但是在第三实施方式中,采用可动部件构成。
即,如图8所示,密封夹紧单元具有单元盒81,使作为旋转轴心X的旋转轴(虚线表示)贯穿其中。在此盒81内收容有气缸84,其杆端85上连结着托架86。托架86一直延伸至超出在分隔板82上形成的开口83,并与可动部件87结合。可动部件87可以沿着轨道88自由移动。此外,在本实施方式中,可动部件87采用开关(ON/OFF)式的直动凸轮构成。
挤压部件22以及底座部件36通过多个弹簧89…89,一直朝着前方A10而被施加作用力。但是,底座部件36的两端与单元盒81的前壁接触,这样就可以限制其前进位置。接着,通过切换气缸30的开关,可动部件87朝着箭头A11的方向或者箭头A12的方向移动,当可动部件87前面的凸部与底座部件36背面的凸部相接触时,挤压部件22朝着与箭头A10相反的方向的后退受到阻挡,同时,可动部件87前面的凸部(或者凹部)与底座部件36背面的凹部(或者凸部)相互嵌入时,允许挤压部件22朝着与箭头A10相反的方向后退。
在该第三实施方式中,作为在压接挤压部件22时、即在切断袋W时从后方阻挡挤压部件22后退的阻挡设备,由于采用可在阻挡挤压部件22后退的位置与允许其后退的位置自由移动的可动部件87构成,因此,通过该可动部件87,可以确保阻挡熔断所需的较大的挤压力。
此外,上述这些实施方式是本发明的优选实施方式,但是,只要不脱离权利要求的范围,当然也可以进行各种各样的修改。例如,在第三实施方式中,采用开关式的直动凸轮构成可动部件87,但也并非局限于此,作为可动部件87的其它例子,例如具有廓线可开(大)、关(小)的两种提升量的旋转式凸轮等,这些均可以采用。
在上述实施方式中,在具有熔断式切断装置的包装机1中应用了本发明,除此之外,本发明也能够适用于具有不进行加热而仅通过压力来横向切断筒状薄膜F的切断装置的包装机。
工业上的可利用性
以上列举具体的例子对说明进行了详细的说明,由此可以看出,本发明不仅可以在具有切断装置的包装机中,切换袋的切断与非切断状态,还可以在切断袋子的时候,阻挡挤压部件的后退,从而能够承受切断所需的较大的挤压力。而且,由于其可以避免挤压部件的驱动源的体积过大或者重量过重,因此,在密封装置中具有切断装置的包装机的技术领域中,本发明具有非常广泛的工业可利用性。

Claims (7)

1.一种包装机,其特征在于,其包括:
一对密封部件,通过对接来密封设置在其间的筒状包装材料;
切断装置,具有设置在一对密封部件的一方上的挤压部件与设置在一对密封部件的另一方上的接纳部件,通过由挤压部件压挤接纳部件来切断筒状包装材料;
切换装置,当所述密封部件处于对接状态时,使所述挤压部件相对于所述接纳部件切换为压接状态或者非压接状态;和
阻挡设备,当所述挤压部件与所述接纳部件处于压挤状态时,阻挡所述挤压部件向后退。
2.如权利要求1所述的包装机,其特征在于,所述切换设备包括:
驱动源,使所述挤压部件从所述密封部件的密封面突出规定量;以及,
增力机构,将所述驱动源的动力传递给所述挤压部件,
所述阻挡设备利用所述增力机构来阻挡所述挤压部件向后退。
3.如权利要求2所述的包装机,其特征在于:
所述增力机构由曲柄杠杆机构构成,
通过使所述曲柄杠杆机构的连杆长轴方向与所述挤压部件的移动方向形成的角度变小,来阻挡所述挤压部件向后退。
4.如权利要求2所述的包装机,其特征在于:
所述增力机构由凸轮机构所构成,
通过使所述凸轮机构的凸轮切线方向与正交于所述挤压部件的移动方向的方向形成的角度变小,来阻挡所述挤压部件向后退。
5.如权利要求1所述的包装机,其特征在于:
所述切换设备包括:对所述挤压部件施加向前方的作用力的加力设备、可以在阻挡所述挤压部件后退的阻挡位置和允许挤压部件后退的允许位置之间自由移动的可动部件、以及使所述可动部件在所述阻挡位置与所述允许位置之间驱动的驱动源,
所述阻挡设备由所述可动部件构成。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的包装机,其特征在于,还包括:
调整设备,当所述挤压部件与所述所述接纳部件处于压挤状态时,调整所述挤压部件的压接力。
7.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的包装机,其特征在于:
当所述一对密封部件处于对接状态时,所述切换设备将所述挤压部件从压接状态切换为非压接状态。
