Abstract
本发明涉及一种在用来制造包含诸如茶叶或咖啡之类的泡制产品的滤袋的自动机器的站形成部分中、在滤纸的连续管形包皮的形成期间、用来对材料幅材进行纵向密封和同时从材料幅材裁去多余材料的密封装置。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用来密封和同时切割材料幅材的密封装置。
具体地说,根据本发明的密封装置便利地用来对由材料幅材制成的连续管形包皮进行纵向密封并且同时从该连续管形包皮裁去多余材料。
涉及的管形包皮是在自动机器中由滤纸制成的那些,该自动机器用来制造滤袋,例如像包含诸如茶叶或咖啡之类的泡制产品的袋。
背景技术
用来由滤纸幅材制造滤袋的现有技术机器包括多个站,包括用来进给滤纸幅材的站、折叠站、及用来纵向密封折叠幅材以形成滤纸的连续管形包皮并且优选地用来横向密封连续管形包皮以形成一系列大体扁平形状的滤袋的第一站。
纵向和横向密封站可以包括专门成形的上部辊,该上部辊具有用来纵向和横向密封滤纸的连续管形包皮的轨道。密封可以由加热密封装置、或者在最新一代的解决方案中通过定位成与待密封产品相接触的声极(sonotrodes)进行。
声极是把电力转换成排入到待密封产品上的振动的换能器元件。
然而,现有技术密封装置呈现与如下事实有关的某些缺点:产品的边缘在密封之后是不规则的,并因此需要修整,就是说,需要另外的切割操作以得到直的、规则的边缘。
在高生产速率下更难以保证规则密封,这将会构成特别严重的缺陷,并且特别是在其中密封成品的质量具有显著的商业价值的情况下。
本发明的第一目的在于,提供一种克服上述缺点的超声波密封装置。
本发明的第二目的在于,减少得到成品所需要的各独立步骤的数量,例如在由材料幅材生产袋时,而不管是否是管形。
发明内容
这些目的由一种根据附属主权利要求的装置实现。
根据本发明的装置的优点主要在于:它生产连续的管形幅材,该管形幅材由超声波密封,并且在单个步骤中沿至少一个纵向边缘切割。

具体实施方式
参照附图,标号1指示用来同时密封和切割材料幅材2的密封装置。
明确地说,幅材2将其本身折叠成U形,以形成初始沿一个纵向边缘30敞开的连续管形包皮3。
装置1包括超声波发射机4或声极4,超声波发射机4或声极4设计成在方向Y上优选竖直地向幅材2移动,并且通过与适当接触元件协作通过振动效应作用在幅材2上。
接触元件可以包括例如对于声极4切向定位的旋转接触辊5,从而纵向地(方向D)密封管形包皮3且同时纵向地切割它。
在密封和切割操作期间,管形幅材3以扁平外形在声极4与接触辊5之间在纵向进给方向D上,优选水平地,连续地进给。
通过非限制性例子,图1至4表明管形包皮3沿其原始敞开的纵向边缘30切割和密封,但要理解,根据本发明的装置可以应用于待密封和切割的幅材的任何部分。
如在图1和2中表明的那样,使辊5绕其对于方向D横向定位的中心轴线X在图1中指示的逆时针转动方向R上转动,并且包括大体圆柱形表面6,该圆柱形表面6在至少一端7处具有从表面6本身径向突出的大体楔形环状突起8,并且表面6的锋利边缘9形成切割表面10。
切割表面10设计成与在声极4的密封端12处横向制成的匹配切割边缘11一起作用,从而当辊5旋转并且幅材2被纵向进给时,所述作用产生剪刀效应,该剪刀效应从管形包皮3切去多余部分或飞边31。
根据本发明,当纵向密封在声极4的密封端12与圆筒5的接触表面6之间的接触区域中由超声波形成时,在管形包皮3的多余部分或飞边31处同时进行切割,多余部分或飞边31沿纵向边缘30彼此贴着放置。
由剪刀效应切去的管形包皮3的多余部分或飞边31由例如像抽吸装置等之类的定制装置(未表明)抽取。
在图3中表明的实施例中,声极4的密封端12在它的一侧上具有台阶13,优选地具有四边形横截面,其一个边缘是锋利的,并且设计成通过与接触辊5的上述切割表面10一起作用以剪刀状方式切去管形包皮3的多余部分或飞边31,同样同时沿包皮3本身的纵向边缘施加密封。
参照其优选实施例已经描述了本发明,特别是用来密封和切割连续进给的管形包皮3的敞开纵向边缘30。
然而,根据本发明的装置可以应用于不同的构造,像例如对材料幅材的纵向进给方向D横向密封和切割材料幅材。
类似地,装置可以用来同时密封和切割分离物品的部分,就是说,不连续进给的物品。
要理解,本发明能被修改和以几种方式适用,而不会由此脱离发明构想的范围。况且,本发明的所有细节可以由技术等效元件替代。
Claims (10)
1.一种用来密封材料幅材(2)的装置,包括用来发射超声波辐射的器具(4)、和在密封区域中与发射超声波辐射的器具(4)一起作用的接触器具(5),该装置的特征在于,接触器具(5)装有至少一个切割表面(10),该切割表面(10)设计成与发射超声波辐射的器具(4)的密封端(12)的匹配切割表面(14)相互作用,从而同时密封和切割材料幅材(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,切割表面(10)由接触器具(5)的周缘表面(6)的突起(8)的锋利边缘(9)限定。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,接触器具(5)包括接触辊(5)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,锋利边缘(9)是辊(5)的圆柱形周缘表面(6)的突起(8)的边缘。
5.根据以上权利要求一项或多项所述的装置,其特征在于,器具(4)的切割表面(14)包括密封端(12)的锋利切割边缘(14)。
6.根据以上权利要求从1至5的一项或多项所述的装置,其特征在于,发射超声波辐射的器具(4)的切割表面(14)包括密封端(12)的台阶表面(13)的锋利切割边缘(14)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,台阶表面(13)具有四边形截面。
8.一种用来发射用于密封材料幅材(2)的超声波的装置(4),包括密封端(12),其特征在于,所述密封端(12)具有用来切割幅材(2)的切割表面(14)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,切割表面(14)包括密封端(12)的台阶表面(13)的锋利切割边缘(14)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,表面(13)具有四边形截面。
