Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于汽车的燃油滤清器。根据本发明,保持滤网(7)的两个盖盘(5,6)分别与滤网(7)的支承笼架(8)的一半整体制成。盖盘(5,6)具有相同的构造并可以安装在一起。因此可以以特别经济的方式制造燃油滤清器。

Description

用于汽车的燃油滤清器
本发明涉及一种用于汽车的燃油滤清器,其具有布置在滤清器壳体内并保持在两个盖盘之间的滤网,具有径向支承滤网的支承笼架,还具有用于连接管道的接管。
这种燃油滤清器在现在的汽车中都安装在位于燃油泵和内燃发动机之间的引导管道里并在实践中众所周知。在这种燃油滤清器中,支承体松散地安置在盖盘之间,而密封件则形状配合地安装在盖盘中。密封件将燃油滤清器的清洁侧与污染侧分隔开。
已知的燃油滤清器的缺点在于:它具有大量独立的构件,其装配复杂。因而,大量独立构件造成燃油滤清器的制造费用高昂。
本发明要解决的问题是设计一种开头所述类型的燃油滤清器,并使其尤其可以经济地制造。
根据本发明这样来解决该问题:将至少一个盖盘与至少一部分支承笼架整体制造;以及支承笼架的背离该盖盘的一端与另一个盖盘制造在一起和/或与整体连接到另一个盖盘的构件制造在一起。
通过这种设计,支承笼架与盖盘连接成一体。因此根据本发明的燃油滤清器不需要分别制造和装配的支承笼架。因此使得根据本发明的燃油滤清器可以特别经济地制成。盖盘和支撑笼架的整体加工还确保了:盖盘相对于由支承环支承的滤网可靠地对准。因此就避免了燃油绕过滤网从污染侧流向清洁侧。
如果盖盘具有相同的形状和尺寸,根据本发明的燃油滤清器就可以由相同的构件组成。使用相同的构件就可以使根据本发明的燃油滤清器的制造特别经济。
如果盖盘各与支承笼架的一半相连接,那么根据本发明的燃油滤清器的结构就特别简单。
根据本发明的另一有利改进,如果支撑笼架具有基本垂直地布置在盖盘上并且相互间间距大于其自身宽度的支柱和平行于盖盘设置的环,而且如果这些支柱在内部径向或在外部径向延伸经过这些环并超出距离盖盘最远的环,那么就可以以简单的方式将盖盘安装在一起。
根据本发明的另一有利的改进,如果支柱在其自由端具有导销,那么就简化了盖盘和支撑笼架相互的对准。
如果支柱自由端具有与对面构件相对应的用于将支柱夹住或锁住的装置,那么就进一步地简化了根据本发明的燃油滤清器的装配。
根据本发明的另一有利改进,如果至少一个盖盘具有中心凹口,若其中一个接管伸入中心凹口里,以及若密封唇布置在接管或盖盘上并靠在对面构件上,那么燃油的导向就需要特别低的结构费用。
如果中心凹口具有用于接管或者壳体密封螺栓的导入斜面,那么就进一步简化根据本发明的燃油滤清器的装配。
根据本发明的另一有利的改进,如果滤网被焊接到盖盘,那么滤网的密封需要特别小的费用。滤网和盖盘优选地采用镜面焊接方法(SpiegelschweiBverfahren)来加工。通过盖盘以及进而支承环相对于滤网的对准,确保了滤网在进行镜面焊接之前可靠地靠在盖盘上。因此可靠地保证了在镜面焊接之后的密封性。
本发明允许有多个实施例。为了进一步说明其基本原理,用附图示出了其中一个实施例并在下面进行描述。图中所示为:
图1示出了根据本发明的燃油滤清器的截面图;
图2示出了图1所示的燃油滤清器的盖盘的放大立体图。
图1示出了燃油滤清器的纵向截面图,具有壳体1和三个接管2-4。在壳体1内设有保持在两个盖盘5、6之间的滤网7。支承笼架8在内部径向支承滤网7。支承笼架8具有从盖盘5、6成直角伸出的支柱9和与支柱9相连的环10。盖盘5、6各与支承笼架8的一半整体加工并且例如利用镜面焊接方法与滤网7焊接起来。支柱9分别超出具有导销18并距离各个盖盘5、6最远的环10,并且传力地与对面的盖盘5、6的下一环10相连接。因此,支撑笼架8的两个一半部分和盖盘5、6传力地相互连接。为了简化装配,支柱9的自由端具有导入斜面11。当然,支柱9的自由端在导入斜面11区域里可以具有径向弹性锁钩(图中未示出),利用该锁钩其与支撑笼架8的对面另一半的环10后接合。盖盘5、6具有相同的结构。
盖盘5、6各有一个中心凹口12、13,它具有导入斜面14、15和密封唇16、17。密封唇16、17密封在壳体1内中心布置的接管2、3。因此壳体1中的中央接管2、3首先与径向布置在支承笼架8之内的燃油滤清器的部位连接。第三接管4通向由滤网7所限定的径向外部区域并构成燃油滤清器的入口。通过第三接管4流入的燃油通过滤网7,然后流向两个中央接管2、3。在两个中央接管2、3处可使净化的燃油排出。通常,单一的中央接管2、3足够用来排出净化的燃油。在此情况下,其中一个中央接管2、3可以被设计为壳体的防漏密封螺栓,并且专用于封闭盖盘5、6中的各自的凹口12、13。另一替换方式是,可以在接管2、3中安装一个限压阀或者压力调节器。燃油滤清器的壳体1概略表示于图中。当然,壳体1可以具有更多的构件,例如用于支承盖盘5、6的止动件(图中未示出)。
图2示出了图1所示的燃油滤清器的盖盘5的立体图。在此可见,支柱9比支柱9之间的中间距离窄。因此图1所示的两个相同构造的盖盘5、6可以安装在一起。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于汽车的燃油滤清器,具有:滤网,布置在滤清器壳体内并保持在两个盖盘之间;支承笼架,径向支承所述滤网;以及用于连接管道的接管;其特征在于,至少一个所述盖盘(5,6)与至少一部分所述支承笼架(8)整体制造;以及所述支承笼架(8)的背离所述盖盘(5,6)的一端与另一盖盘(5,6)制造在一起和/或与整体连接到所述另一盖盘(5,6)的构件制造在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃油滤清器,其特征在于,所述盖盘(5,6)各具有所述支承笼架(8)的一半。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的燃油滤清器,其特征在于,所述盖盘(5,6)具有相同的形状和尺寸。
4.根据上述权利要求中至少一项所述的燃油滤清器,其特征在于,所述支承笼架(8)具有基本上垂直布置在所述盖盘(5,6)上并且相互间距大于其自身宽度的支柱(9)以及平行于所述盖盘(5,6)布置的环(10),以及,所述支柱(9)在内部径向或在外部径向经过所述环(10)并超出距离所述盖盘(5,6)最远的所述环(10)。
5.根据上述权利要求中至少一项所述的燃油滤清器,其特征在于,所述支柱(9)在其自由端具有导销(18)。
6.根据上述权利要求中至少一项所述的燃油滤清器,其特征在于,所述支柱(9)的所述自由端具有与对面构件相对应的用于将其夹住或锁住的装置。
7.根据上述权利要求中至少一项所述的燃油滤清器,其特征在于,至少一个所述盖盘(5,6)具有中心凹口(12,13);所述接管(2,3)中的一个伸入所述中心凹口(12,13)中;以及在所述接管(2,3)上或所述盖盘(5,6)上设有密封唇(16,17),该密封唇靠在所述对面构件上。
8.根据上述权利要求中至少一项所述的燃油滤清器,其特征在于,所述中心凹口(12,13)具有用于所述接管(2-4)或者用于所述壳体(1)的密封螺栓的导入斜面(14,15)。
9.根据上述权利要求中至少一项所述的燃油滤清器,其特征在于,所述滤网(7)被焊接到所述盖盘(5,6)。
