Abstract
本发明提出一种优质的高能量全密闭铅酸蓄电池用板栅合金材料,该合金材料具有优良的机械性能、可铸造性能、良好的耐腐蚀性能和较高的析氢过电位,该材料采用微合金化处理,克服了常用铅钙合金的缺点。
Description
技术领域:随着时代的发展,全密闭铅酸蓄电池已成为铅酸电池的换代产品,由于铅酸蓄电池价格低廉、性能稳定,至今在世界可充电电池领域仍然具有绝对优势。而铅酸蓄电池中板栅合金材料又是极其重要的一部分。板栅合金的腐蚀,是造成电池失效的最主要原因之一,因此,生产高能量全密闭铅酸蓄电池的关键技术之一是提供优质的板栅合金材料。本发明属于材料科学领域。
背景技术:近年来,铅酸蓄电池向密闭免维护方向发展,而蓄电池中直接影响高能量全密闭铅酸蓄电池的关键技术之一是板栅合金材料。目前,国际上常用的板栅合金材料为铅钙合金材料,采用此材料制作的密闭铅酸蓄电池深度放电受到极大地限制。造成这一现象的主要原因是板栅合金材料的表面形成了使电池失效的PbSO4物质,为此,研制优质的板栅合金材料成为提高全密闭铅酸蓄电池寿命的关键。本发明的目的就是提供一种优质的板栅合金材料,可以有效防止板栅腐蚀,克服合金的缺陷,控制表面腐蚀产物的生成。
发明内容:本发明是这样实现的,高能量全密闭免维护铅酸蓄电池用板栅合金材料的组成(重量百分比)为:0.01~1%Sb,0.01~0.1%Ag,0.01~0.5%As,0.01~0.8%Na2S5,0.01~0.1%Cu,0.01~0.5%Al,0.01~0.5%Bi,0.01~0.8%Sn,余量Pb粉。
具体实施方式:
高能量全密闭免维护铅酸蓄电池用板栅合金材料的组成(重量百分比)为:
0.5%Sb,0.02%Ag,0.15%As,0.08%Na2S5,0.01%Cu,0.03%Al,0.1%Bi,0.5%Sn,余量Pb粉。
高能量全密闭免维护铅酸蓄电池用板栅合金材料的组成(重量百分比)为:
0.5%Sb,0.02%Ag,0.15%As,0.01%Na2S5,0.01%Cu,0.02%Al,0.1%Bi,0.5%Sn,余量Pb粉。
高能量全密闭免维护铅酸蓄电池用板栅合金材料的组成(重量百分比)为:
0.4%Sb,0.02%Ag,0.05%As,0.5%Na2S5,0.01%Cu,0.02%Al,0.1%Bi,0.4%Sn,余量Pb粉。
高能量全密闭免维护铅酸蓄电池用板栅合金材料的组成(重量百分比)为:
0.4%Sb,0.02%Ag,0.15%As,0.05%Na2S5,0.01%Cu,0.03%Al,0.15%Bi,0.4%Sn,余量Pb粉。

高能量全密闭免维护铅酸蓄电池用板栅合金材料的组成(重量百分比)为:
0.8%Sb,0.04%Ag,0.2%As,0.05%Na2S5,0.06%Cu,0.03%Al,0.1%Bi,0.4%Sn,余量Pb粉。
将上述合金材料在510-530℃条件下熔化,搅拌均匀后铸成不同尺寸的高能量全密闭铅酸蓄电池板栅。
本发明的合金材料通过Na2S5的形式加入Na和S,避免了单独加入钠而发生剧烈反应和碳难以加入的问题,起到了强化和变质的效果。
本发明板栅合金材料具有优良的机械性能、可铸造性能、良好的耐腐蚀性能和较高的析氢过电位。该材料采用微合金化处理,使材料的电阻率降低,克服了常用铅钙合金的缺点,同时该板栅合金制造工艺简单易行,生产成本低廉。
Claims (10)
1、一种高能量全密闭铅酸蓄电池用板栅合金材料,其特征在于,该合金材料的组成(重量百分比)为:0.01~1.0%Sb,0.01~0.1%Ag,0.01~0.5%As,0.01~0.8%Na2S5,0.01~0.1%Cu,0.01~0.5%Al,0.01~0.5%Bi,0.01~0.8%Sn,余量Pb粉。
2、按照权利要求1所述的板栅合金材料,其特征在于合金材料的组成(重量百分比)为:0.1~1.0%Sb,0.01~0.09%Ag,0.05~0.5%As,0.01~0.7%Na2S5,0.01~0.08%Cu,0.01~0.4%Al,0.01~0.45%Bi,0.1~0.8%Sn,余量Pb粉。
3、按照权利要求2所述的板栅合金材料,其特征在于合金材料的组成(重量百分比)为:0.5%Sb,0.02%Ag,0.15%As,0.08%Na2S5,0.01%Cu,0.03%Al,0.1%Bi,0.5%Sn,余量Pb粉。
4、按照权利要求2所述的板栅合金材料,其特征在于合金材料的组成(重量百分比)为:0.5%Sb,0.02%Ag,0.15%As,0.01%Na2S5,0.01%Cu,0.02%Al,0.1%Bi,0.5%Sn,余量Pb粉。
5、按照权利要求2所述的板栅合金材料,其特征在于合金材料的组成(重量百分比)为:0.4%Sb,0.02%Ag,0.05%As,0.5%Na2S5,0.01%Cu,0.02%Al,0.1%Bi,0.4%Sn,余量Pb粉。
6、按照权利要求2所述的板栅合金材料,其特征在于合金材料的组成(重量百分比)为:0.4%Sb,0.02%Ag,0.15%As,0.05%Na2S5,0.01%Cu,0.03%Al,0.15%Bi,0.4%Sn,余量Pb粉。
7、按照权利要求2所述的板栅合金材料,其特征在于合金材料的组成(重量百分比)为:0.8%Sb,0.02%Ag,0.15%As,0.05%Na2S5,0.01%Cu,0.03%Al,0.1%Bi,0.3%Sn,余量Pb粉。
8、按照权利要求2所述的板栅合金材料,其特征在于合金材料的组成(重量百分比)为:0.9%Sb,0.02%Ag,0.2%As,0.07%Na2S5,0.01%Cu,0.03%Al,0.1%Bi,0.3%Sn,余量Pb粉。
9、按照权利要求2所述的板栅合金材料,其特征在于合金材料的组成(重量百分比)为:1.0%Sb,0.04%Ag,0.2%As,0.07%Na2S5,0.06%Cu,0.03%Al,0.1%Bi,0.6%Sn,余量Pb粉。
10、按照权利要求2所述的板栅合金材料,其特征在于合金材料的组成(重量百分比)为:0.8%Sb,0.04%Ag,0.2%As,0.05%Na2S5,0.06%Cu,0.03%Al,0.1%Bi,0.4%Sn,余量Pb粉。
