Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于时计的旋上或者螺纹柄头,更具体地说涉及这样的柄头,该柄头在其端面上包括一图案设计或者标志,并且其中所述的图案设计可以按需要取向。
背景技术
一般旋上柄头安装在表上,用于改进该表在上条柄轴或者控制轴处的防水性。这种柄头的特殊性是可以占用一旋松位置和一旋紧位置,在该旋松位置中该表可以被上紧发条,可以调整为正确的时间等,在该旋紧位置中该柄头被旋紧并且锁定在一管子上,该管子被驱动进入该表的外壳的中间部分中以便压缩一密封垫,因此改进了该表的防水性能。该旋紧位置因此对应于当戴上该表时的正常位置。
公知对表外壳上的这些旋上柄头的生产和组装。然而组装这样的柄头的方法不适合于具有一标记或者一图案设计,例如标志,上标或者类似物的旋上柄头。事实上,已知的生产方法并不总是允许该柄头在被旋松后进入到一相对于该外壳的预定取向位置中,这不利于当在该柄头的端面上题字时该外壳的美学外观。当然当这样的柄头安装到高质量的奢侈品上时这种情况是不能接受的。
发明内容
本发明的目标是克服上述的现有技术的缺陷,即提供一种结构简单经济的旋上柄头,该旋上柄头包括诸如标志或者商标的图案,其中在该柄头已经旋到该管子上之后,可以容易地将实施在所述的柄头端面上的标志或者商标的位置调整到一预定的位置中或者取向位置中。
本发明因此涉及一种用于一时计的旋上柄头,该柄头包括一头部,一中央部分和一侧向裙部,该头部包括一含有一图案设计的端面,该柄头的特征在于,该端面包括一基片,该基片的一个表面上实施了一种图案设计,该基片安装成可以在该头部中旋转移动,并且该柄头还包括制动装置,该制动装置设置成可以相对该头部围绕该柄头的旋转轴沿不同的角度取向保持该基片。
因为这些特征,一旦该柄头处于旋紧位置中,通过相对该头部克服该制动装置的力旋转该基片,则该基片所携带的图案设计的取向就可以容易地相对于中间部分被调整到该期望的位置。由该制动装置产生的该制动力当然可以调整为在戴表时使得该基片不会无意间旋转。
根据本发明的一有利特征,该制动装置通过摩擦力作用在该基片上。使用摩擦制动装置允许了相对该表外壳对该基片及因此的图案设计的取向进行连续和细微的调整。

具体实施方式
图1和2示出了用整体的附图标记1表示的一旋上柄头,该旋上柄头用于旋紧到一螺纹管子(未示出)上,该螺纹管子被驱动进入到一表外壳(未示出)的中央部分中。
柄头1包括一第一部分,该第一部分包括一头部2,该头部2延伸出一侧向裙部4,该侧向裙部4围绕一紧固到该头部上的中央部分6。该头部2包括一端面或者前表面8,在该前表面8上通过印制或者雕刻或者任何合适的方式实施有诸如标志或者商标M的图案设计。中央部分6用于以常规的方式通过一发条或者时间调整杆与该钟表装置的运动相连。在示出的实施例中,中央部分6被加到并紧固在头部2上。中央部分6包括一管子10,该管子10在其一端安装有一盘片12。一般通过例如焊接、粘合、压接或者任何合适的方式将该中央部分6紧固到设置在头部2中的第一肩部14中。侧向裙部4在其内部部分中设置有一内部螺纹16,该螺纹16用于与被驱动进入该中央部分的管子的螺纹配合。在示出的实施例中,通过一紧固在裙部4的内壁上的螺纹环18加入内部螺纹。在这里还可以设计任何适合的装置来紧固,例如可以引用焊接、粘合、压接等。
根据本发明,端面8包括一支撑元件或者基片20,该基片20包括一前表面20a和一后表面20b,在该前表面20a上实施一图案设计M。基片20安装成可以围绕该柄头1的旋转轴A在头部2中旋转移动,从而该前表面20a可以从该柄头外面看见。在图2中可以看到头部2包括一开口22,该开口22具有3个阶梯的直径,分别限定出第一肩部14和第二肩部24,靠着该第二肩部设有基片20的环形边缘26。此外设有制动装置28,该制动装置28通过摩擦作用,并且设置成可以相对中央部分沿不同的角度取向地固定该基片20。因此,当尽可能远的将柄头1旋在被驱动进入到中央部分中的管子上,克服制动装置28产生的摩擦力可以容易地有角度地将图案设计移动到期望的位置并且保持在期望的位置中。因此将基片20轴向地夹持在基片20的后表面20b和盘片12的前表面12a之间。最好选择该基片的相对尺寸,特别是其厚度及该头部的相对尺寸为使得该前表面20a与柄头1的前表面齐平以便因此形成了一连续的表面。
根据一优选实施例,制动装置28包括一弹性环形件,该环形件特别是沿平行于旋转轴A的方向具有弹性。一般该环形件可以由天然或者合成的压缩材料构成的连接件形成。环形件28在环形槽30中设置在盘片12和基片的后表面20b之间,该环形槽30可以设置在基片(图2)的后表面20b中或者设在该盘片12的前表面12a中。
将注意到通过生产期间调整该环形件的压缩率可以控制期望的制动力。
还将注意到使用增加到该柄头上的基片允许了柄头生产者考虑头部/侧向裙部和中央部分,并且可以通过含有不同图案设计的基片或者其它元件例如宝石或者类似物来利用这些元件。这种柄头还允许了将不同的材料组合制成由它们构成的多种元件。
将理解到在不脱离本发明的由所附的权利要求书限定的范围下对于本领域普通技术人员来说可以对本说明书中的实施例进行一些很明显的修改/或者改进。特别地,如果沿轴A具有压缩的弹性,人们可以使用波纹弹簧环代替环形连接件28,人们还可以设计在基片20的边缘和头部2之间设置该制动装置。在另一个变型中,人们可以设计一些与该制动装置连接的分度刻痕,以便设置该基片在多个预定的角度位置中。最后尽管在所示的示例中基片20制成板形或者盘片形,勿庸置疑,只要该基片可以克服该制动装置相对该柄头的部分旋转,就可以设计其它的基片形状,其中该柄头旋紧在该管子上,该管子被驱动进入到中央部分中。
Claims (8)
1.用于时计的柄头,包括一头部,一中央部分和一侧向裙部,所述的头部包括一含有一图案设计的端面,其特征在于该端面包括一基片,在该基片上实施了所述的图案设计,所述的基片安装成可以在所述的头部中移动,该柄头还包括制动装置,该制动装置设计用于相对头部围绕该柄头的旋转轴在不同的角度取向上保持所述的基片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柄头,其特征在于,所述的制动装置通过摩擦起作用。
3.根据权利要求2所述的柄头,其特征在于,所述的制动装置包括一弹性环形件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的柄头,其特征在于,所述的环形件沿平行于该柄头的旋转轴的方向是弹性的。
5.根据上述权利要求任一项所述的柄头,其特征在于,所述的制动装置由一环形连接件构成,该环行连接件由一可压缩材料制成。
6.根据上述任一项权利要求所述的柄头,其特征在于,在该头部上加入该中央部分,所述的中央部分包括一管子,该管子在其端部中的一个端部处装有一盘片,所述的基片包括一环形边缘并且所述的基片通过其边缘轴向夹持在该盘片和头部之间。
7.根据权利要求6所述的柄头,其特征在于,所述的制动装置设置在该盘片和该基片之间。
8.根据上述任一项权利要求所述的柄头,其特征在于,该柄头是旋上类型的。
