Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一次性尿布。
背景技术
在JP特开昭52-20692号文献中,给出了由卫生巾所使用的棉状纸浆与高吸收性聚合物颗粒形成的多种的体液吸收芯体。这些芯体可用作一次性尿布的芯体,在例举的芯体中,具有高吸收性聚合物颗粒与棉状纸浆均匀混合的结构类型,在高吸收性聚合物颗粒的集合层的上下,形成棉状纸浆层的夹芯结构的类型。
众所周知,为了使高吸收性聚合物颗粒的保水力大大超过称为棉状纸浆的粉碎纸浆的保水力,以及防止芯体的重新湿润(リ·ウェツト)现象,采用高吸收性聚合物颗粒是有效的。然而,如果为了防止重新湿润现象而使用的高吸收性聚合物颗粒必然具有下述问题,即,作为卫生巾,尿布中的体液泄漏防止用的材料,其吸收速度不快。作为解决该问题的一种技术措施,采用吸收速度较快的高吸收性聚合物颗粒,但是,这样的高吸收性聚合物颗粒容易形成胶块,体液滞留于该胶块的上方。如果卫生巾、尿布的穿着者的体压作用于这样的芯体上,则滞留的体液朝向穿着者的皮肤逆流,产生严重的重新湿润现象,对穿着者造成不适的湿润感,产生与使用高吸收性聚合物颗粒的目的相反的结果。
发明内容
本发明的课题在于针对一次性尿布,提高包括高吸收性聚合物颗粒的体液吸收性芯体的重新湿润现象和体液泄漏的防止性能。
为了解决上述课题,本发明所涉及的对象为一种一次性尿布,该一次性尿布包括前腰围区域、后腰围区域、以及位于这两个区域之间的裆下区域。在尿布的这些区域中的每个区域中,形成有上述尿布穿着者的皮肤的接触面与穿着衣服的接触面,在上述裆下区域,在形成有上述皮肤的接触面的透液性层的内侧,设置有体液吸收性芯体。
在上述的一次性尿布中,本发明的特征在于上述芯体包括含量在30~70重量%的范围内的亲水性纤维和含量在70~30重量%的范围内的高吸收性聚合物颗粒,上述高吸收性聚合物颗粒由吸液时间较长的第1聚合物颗粒与吸收时间较短的第2聚合物颗粒形成,在上述芯体的宽度方向与厚度方向的中间部,形成第1聚合物颗粒实质上构成主体的聚合物相,并且,在上述芯体中的聚合物相的上方部分与下方部分、以及靠近外侧的的部分,形成上述亲水性纤维与聚合物颗粒混合的混合相。
本发明具有下述这样的优选的实施形式。
(1)上述第1、2聚合物颗粒的透液时间在15~100秒的范围内,并且上述第1聚合物颗粒在30~60秒的吸收时间,上述第2聚合物颗粒的吸收时间在3~30秒的范围内,该第1、第2聚合物颗粒的吸收时间差至少为5秒。
(2)上述芯体中的第1聚合物颗粒与第2聚合物颗粒的重量和为100时的两者的比在(20~70)∶(80~30)的范围内。
(3)上述聚合物相在上述裆下区域,具有相当于上述芯体的全部宽度的40~90%的宽度。
(4)上述芯体具有与上述宽度方向相垂直的长度方向,上述聚合物相具有相当于上述芯体的长度方向的尺寸的40~100%的长度。
(5)上述芯体的厚度在3~15mm的范围内,上述聚合物相的厚度在0.3~3.5mm的范围内。
在本发明中,高吸收性聚合物颗粒的“吸液时间”象下述这样测定。在100ml的烧杯中,放入50g的生理食盐水,在25℃的温度下,通过转子尺寸为直径8mm×长度30mm,旋转次数为600rpm的磁性(magnetic)搅拌器。接着,将2.0g的高吸收性聚合物颗粒投入到烧杯中,测定到生理食盐水的旋转涡消失,水面处于平坦状态的时间,将该时间称为“吸液时间”。
本发明的高吸收性聚合物颗粒的“透液时间”象下述这样测定。在直径为39mm的圆筒的底面上,放置250号粒度筛(メツシュ/mesh)的尼龙过滤器,在该过滤器上,均匀地散布1g的高吸收性聚合物颗粒。接着,按照10秒的时间,注入50g的生理食盐水。使按照3分钟的间隔反复6次地进行该注入操作后的高吸收性聚合物颗粒处于饱和状态。在6次操作后,经过3分钟,按照10秒的时间注入50g的生理食盐水,测定该生理食盐水的基本总量通过过滤器所需要的时间,将该时间作为“透液时间”。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图,对本发明的一次性尿布进行具体描述。
图1为一次性尿布1的局部剖开的平面图。该尿布1为敞开型,其包括透液性外面层2,该透液性外面层2形成尿布1穿着者的皮肤的接触面;非透液性内面层3,该非透液性内面层3形成穿着者所穿衣服的接触面;体液吸收性芯体4,该体液吸收性芯体4介于上述两个层2、3之间。外面层2、内面层3从芯体4的周缘伸出而重合,相互接合,形成前后端缘部翼片11、12,以及一对侧缘部翼片13。尿布1沿其长度方向(图的上下方向),包括前腰围区域6、后腰围区域7、位于这两个区域6、7之间的裆下区域8,在后腰围区域7中的一对侧缘部翼片13上,安装有带式固定件14。在前后端缘部翼片11、12,以及裆下区域8的侧缘部翼片13,在外面层2、内面层3中的至少1个层的内面上,以伸长状态安装有腰围弹性部件15、16和腿围弹性部件17。
图2、图3为表示沿图1中的II-II线和III-III线的剖开面的图。在尿布1中,外面层2采用无纺布、开孔薄膜。该无纺布除了为聚烯烃、聚酯系、聚酰胺系等的热塑性合成纤维,聚乙烯/聚丙烯、或聚乙烯/聚酯形成的外层加芯(sheath and core)型、或并排(side by side)型的复合纤维形成的无纺布以外,还使用由对这些纤维进行亲水化处理而形成的材料,纸浆、尼龙、乙酸酯、棉花等的吸水性纤维形成的无纺布。开孔薄膜比如,包括聚乙烯制的薄膜。
内面层3采用聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酯、聚氨酯等的薄膜,最好采用具有通气性的薄膜。
象通过同时参照图1知道的那样,宽度方向的尺寸为A,与宽度方向垂直的长度方向的尺寸为B,在前后腰围区域6、7处,宽度A较大,在裆下区域8,宽度A较小。上述芯体4的厚度最好在3~15mm的范围内,与外面层2面对的表面积在350~2000cm2的范围内。芯体4除了包括粉碎纸浆等的亲水性纤维26以外,还包括由第1聚合物颗粒27以及第2聚合物颗粒28形成的高吸收性聚合物30,其由薄棉纸29,通过经过亲水化处理的热塑性合成纤维形成的湿润强度较高的无纺布覆盖。
在该芯体4中,亲水性纤维26占30~70重量%。亲水性纤维26采用粉碎纸浆、棉、麻等的天然纤维,尼龙、乙酸酯等的再生纤维、经过亲水化处理的热塑性合成纤维。高吸收性聚合物30占70~30重量%。形成高吸收性聚合物颗粒30的第1聚合物颗粒27的透液时间在15~100秒的范围内,其吸收时间在30~60秒的范围内,第2聚合物颗粒28的的透液时间在15~100秒的范围内,其吸收时间在3~30秒的范围内,该两个聚合物颗粒27,28的吸收时间差至少为5秒。最好,对于第1聚合物颗粒27和第2聚合物颗粒28,在重量之和为100时,两者的重量比在(20~70)∶(80~30)的范围内。最好,对于第1聚合物颗粒27和第2聚合物颗粒28,粒径为250~600微米的颗粒占50重量%以上。
第1聚合物颗粒27在裆下区域28,形成位于沿芯体4的厚度方向和宽度方向的中间部的聚合物相31,第2聚合物颗粒28基本均匀地与亲水性纤维26混合,在芯体4的宽度方向的截面中,形成包围聚合物相31的混合相32。在该聚合物相31中,第1聚合物颗粒27的坪量在50~600g/m2的范围内,按照构成聚合物相31的实质的主体的方式,占重量的90%以上。上述的聚合物相31可以重量的10%为限度,包括亲水性纤维26和/或第2聚合物颗粒28。优选的聚合物相31在裆下区域8,具有相当于芯体4的宽度的尺寸A的40~90%的宽度,另一方面,在前后腰围区域6、7,相对芯体4的尺寸A的比例可小于40%(参照图3)。另外,聚合物相31具有相当于芯体4的长度方向的尺寸B的40~100%的长度。最好,按照下述方式对聚合物相31进行压缩,该方式为:其厚度在0.3~3.5mm的范围内,密度在0.09~0.47g/cm2的范围内。最好,混合相32由含量在35~95重量%的范围内的亲水性纤维26,以及含量在5~65重量%的范围内的第2聚合物颗粒28形成,按照密度在0.06~0.15g/cm3的范围内的方式对其进行压缩。
尿布1具有下述芯体4,其中,吸收时间较长的第1聚合物颗粒27在芯体4的厚度方向与宽度方向的中间部集合,吸收时间较短的第2聚合物颗粒28与亲水性纤维26混合,分布在芯体4的厚度方向和宽度方向的外侧部,排泄的尿为位于芯体4的外面的薄棉纸29吸收,实现扩散,与此同时,还朝向混合相32转移。在混合相32中,该尿为亲水性纤维26以及吸收时间较短的第2聚合物颗粒28快速地吸收。与纤维26为粉碎纸浆的场合相比较,为亲水性纤维26吸收的尿更加容易朝向与芯体4的厚度方向下方转移。在芯体4的宽度方向中间,朝向下方转移的尿朝向聚合物相31渗透,为第1聚合物颗粒27吸收,此外,一部分的尿通过聚合物相31,为位于聚合物相31的下方的混合相32吸收。由于在芯体4的宽度方向的两侧部,混合相32沿芯体4的厚度方向保持连续,故尿可转移到芯体4的底部,在其底部,一部分的尿按照为位于聚合物相31的下方的混合相32吸收的方式朝向宽度方向转移。第1聚合物颗粒27和第2聚合物颗粒28的透液时间均在15~100秒的范围内,即使在形成胶块的情况下,仍容易使尿通过,由此,尿容易在混合相32中,从上方,朝向下方转移,并且可容易地通过聚合物相31。
尿为芯体4吸收,特别是为位于芯体4的厚度方向的亲水性纤维26与吸收时间较短的第2聚合物颗粒28快速地吸收,由此,在排尿后,抑制朝向尿布1的侧缘部翼片13的漏出,尿布1在防止泄漏的方面是优良的。另外,一般,吸收时间较短的高吸收性聚合物颗粒具有胶结强度较低。如果对颗粒作用体压,则容易将已吸收的尿排出的倾向,但是,由于在上述尿布1中的芯体4中,通过胶结强度较高,不容易将已吸收的尿排出的吸收时间较长的第1聚合物27,形成聚合物相31,故为该聚合物相31与聚合物相31的下方的混合相32吸收的尿即使在对芯体4作用体压的情况下,仍不逆流到外面层2上。这样,采用了芯体4的尿布1同样在防止重新湿润现象的方面,是优良的。
(实例)
在图1的一次性尿布中,采用下述芯体,在该芯体中,宽度方向的尺寸A在前后腰围区域,为200mm,在裆下区域,为100mm,长度方向的尺寸B为600mm,求出重新湿润量与尿开始泄漏时的最小尿量,其结果列于表1中。用于该芯体的亲水性纤维与高吸收性聚合物颗粒的配合比如表1所示。亲水性纤维为粉碎纸浆,构成高吸收性颗粒的第1聚合物颗粒为颗粒a、或颗粒b、第2聚合物颗粒为颗粒c,这些颗粒a、b、c的性质如表2所示。
本实例中的尿开始泄漏时的最小尿量象下述这样计算。首先,将本实例所采用的一次性尿布穿着于人体模型上,使该模型处于横向的姿势。接着,通过设置于该模型中的排尿口,将代替尿的,生理食盐水按照10ml/sec(毫升/秒)的速度,连续地排出,观察从尿布产生的泄漏,求出开始泄漏时的尿量,将其作为最小尿量。此外,本实例中的重新湿润量象下述这样计算。首先,使尿布处于平坦状态,在芯体的中间部,放置内径为60mm,重量为750g的圆筒。按照10ml/sec的速度,从尿布上方10mm处,将150ml的生理食盐水注入到圆筒中。如果将生理食盐水吸收,则去掉圆筒,在从注入开始5分钟后,在放置圆筒的部位,放置秤量好的100×100mm的滤纸,然后,在该滤纸上,放置3.5kg/100×100mm的秤砣,搁置3分钟。然后,秤量该滤纸,求出3分钟的滤纸的吸水量,将该量作为重新湿润量(第1次)。从生理食盐水注入开始,10分钟后,再次将圆筒放置于芯体的中间部,注入150ml的生理食盐水,反复测定滤纸的吸水量,求出重新湿润量(第2次)。接着,进行再一次的同样的操作,求出重新湿润量(第3次)。
(比较实例)
对于代替上述实例中所采用的芯体,而分别采用高吸收性聚合物颗粒仅仅由颗粒a形成的芯体,仅仅由颗粒b形成的芯体,仅仅由颗粒c形成的芯体的尿布,与实例相同,计算重新湿润量与尿开始泄漏的最小尿量。其结果列于表1中。芯体中的这些颗粒a、b、c中的分布状态与实例的芯体相同。
从表1知道,与高吸收性聚合物颗粒仅仅采用第1聚合物颗粒a的芯体相比较,在包括同时采用第1聚合物颗粒a和第2聚合物颗粒c的芯体的尿布中,开始泄漏时的最小尿量变多,尿难于泄漏(参照实例1和比较实例1)。另外,与仅仅采用第2聚合物颗粒c的芯体相比较,在包括同时采用第1聚合物颗粒a和第2聚合物颗粒c的芯体的尿布中,重新湿润量变少(参照实例1与比较实例3)。另外,与仅仅采用第1聚合物颗粒b的芯体相比较,在包括同时采用第1聚合物颗粒b和第2聚合物颗粒c的芯体的尿布中,尿难于泄漏(参照实例2和比较实例2)。

在本发明的一次性尿布中,由于体液吸收性的芯体由亲水性纤维与高吸收性聚合物颗粒形成,高吸收性聚合物颗粒同时采用透液时间较短,吸收时间较长的第1聚合物颗粒,以及透液时间较短,吸收时间较短的第2聚合物颗粒,故具有防止尿的泄漏与重新湿润现象的效果。
Claims (6)
1.一种一次性尿布,该一次性尿布包括前腰围区域、后腰围区域、以及位于这两个区域之间的裆下区域,在尿布的这些区域中的每个区域中,形成有上述尿布穿着者的皮肤的接触面与穿着衣服的接触面,在上述裆下区域,在形成有上述皮肤的接触面的透液性层的内侧,设置有体液吸收性芯体,其特征在于:
上述芯体包括含量在30~70重量%的范围内的亲水性纤维和含量在70~30重量%的范围内的高吸收性聚合物颗粒,上述高吸收性聚合物颗粒由吸液时间较长的第1聚合物颗粒与吸收时间较短的第2聚合物颗粒形成,在上述芯体的宽度方向与厚度方向的中间部,形成第1聚合物颗粒实质上构成主体的聚合物相,并且,在上述芯体中的聚合物相的上方部分与下方部分以及靠近外侧的的部分,形成上述亲水性纤维与所述第2聚合物颗粒混合的混合相。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性尿布,其特征在于上述第1、2聚合物颗粒的透液时间在15~100秒的范围内,并且上述第1聚合物颗粒在30~60秒的吸收时间,上述第2聚合物颗粒的吸收时间在3~30秒的范围内,该第1、第2聚合物颗粒的吸收时间差至少为5秒。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一次性尿布,其特征在于上述芯体中的第1聚合物颗粒与第2聚合物颗粒的重量和为100时的两者的比在(20~70)∶(80~30)的范围内。
4.根据权利要求1~3中的任一项所述的一次性尿布,其特征在于上述聚合物相在上述裆下区域,具有相当于上述芯体的全部宽度的40~90%的宽度。
5.根据权利要求1~4中的任一项所述的一次性尿布,其特征在于上述芯体具有与上述宽度方向相垂直的长度方向,上述聚合物相具有相当于上述芯体的长度方向的尺寸的40~100%的长度。
6.根据权利要求1~5所述的一次性尿布,其特征在于上述芯体的厚度在3~15mm的范围内,上述聚合物相的厚度在0.3~3.5mm的范围内。
