Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种注射泵,包括一个具有注射器槽用来在其中放置注射器的外壳,一个操作板和一个用来推动注射器的注射柱塞的驱动头,驱动头能够相对于外壳直线移动。
在现代重病特护医疗部门中,大量的注射装置得到越来越多的运用。单个重病特护点就会有不下二十个注射泵。这就要求在设计注射泵时尽量使其少占空间。因此,它们的尺寸应设计成小型的。
本发明的目的是提供一种注射泵,除了它的小型尺寸,还虑及插在其中的注射器的良好的易读性。
根据本发明,利用权利要求1的特征来实现该目的。据此,盖住注射器槽至少一部分的转动盖包括一个放大装置以放大显示注射器表面,可以从视觉上放大不同尺寸的直径至少相差2倍的注射器的注射器表面。
盖的一部分设计成一个放大装置以便于给使用者提供注射器相关部分的放大显示。如果注射泵适合于不同规格的注射器,这样一种视觉上的放大尤其有用。就一个小的注射器而言,它上面的刻度和数字必然是小的。在这种情况下,放大装置给观察者的眼睛带来了一个深躺在注射器槽中的注射器表面的放大形式。由此,避免了使用者首先不得不四处查看来搜寻小注射器,并且然后还得经受对很微小的刻度进行认读的麻烦。甚至在观察者离得稍远,并且观察角度不理想的情况下,也能够很容易地认读出小注射器上的刻度。
另外,盖还包括一个照明装置,将光导入注射器槽中。可选地,该照明装置可以设置在注射器槽中。在黑暗环境下照明装置所提供的帮助更是特别有用。此外,照明装置还能够对装置的特殊状态引起注意,例如显示警告。为此,特殊的灯的颜色也可起到一定的作用。

注射泵包括一个扁平箱子形状的外壳10。在外壳10的前侧,置有一个水平的注射器槽14,注射器15可以放入其中。注射器15有一个注射筒16和一个位于其中的与一个活塞杆17相连接的柱塞。一个活塞板18装在活塞杆17的端部。注射筒16的近端设置有一个凸耳20,靠置于外壳的注射器支撑体21以固定注射器的轴向位移。
外壳10还设置有一个注射器支架22,可以手工拉出到前面并为此目的具有一个手柄23。注射器支架22通过一根弹簧使其接近注射器15,由此它把注射器推向注射器槽14。检测并电子估算注射器支架22的位置从而来确定注射器的尺寸。注射器支架22有一个部分地伸入到凸耳20中的叶片24,可以啮合活塞杆17来充作一个活塞闸。叶片24能够按照受控的方式移动。
为了相对于注射筒16来移动注射器活塞,外壳10上装有一个驱动杆25,它可以从外壳10的前端面伸出来并且在它的端部有一个驱动头26。驱动头26包括一个紧夹并支撑活塞板18的手柄装置。通过驱动杆25的受控移动,活塞杆17被向前推进而把注射器15中的内容物排出。通向患者的注射管27与注射器15的末端相连。
注射器槽14沿外壳10的前边在端壁28和中间壁29之间延伸。注射器槽14终止于一个用铰链31铰接在外壳前边下缘的盖30。在关闭的状态下,盖30与外壳的端壁28、中间壁29和顶壁13紧密地靠在一起。
如图1所示,盖30的前面包括操作板32,该操作板包括供使用者操作的各种按键。而且,盖的前面有一个显示装置33。操作板32和显示装置33电连接于外壳中的一个处理器。
操作板32和显示装置33只占了盖30的整个高度的一部分。盖30的上面部分有一个透明窗口34。窗口34包含有一个构成放大装置35的圆柱透镜。当盖30闭合后,放大装置35放大注射器,特别是注射器上的刻度36。放大装置的焦距比物体和放大装置之间的距离a要大,以使最小的注射器可以使用。
盖30包括一个照明装置40,在该例中它有三个向注射器15发射光的光源。照明装置一方面可以去照亮注射器,而在注射器发出警告时,也可以作为一种信号装置来确认引起警告的注射泵。
图4说明不同尺寸的注射器可被放置到注射器槽14中,其方向为能够通过放大装置35来观察。15a限定了一个较大的注射器的圆周,而15b限定了一个较小的注射器的圆周。
Claims (4)
1.一种注射泵,包括带有用来在其中放置注射器(15)的注射器槽(14)的外壳(10);用来推动注射器的注射柱塞的驱动头(26),驱动头能够相对于外壳(10)直线移动;以及操作板(32),其特征在于,盖住注射器槽(14)至少一部分的转动盖(30)包括一个放大装置(35),用于放大显示注射器表面,可以从视觉上放大不同尺寸的直径至少相差2倍的注射器(15a,15b)的注射器表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的注射泵,其特征在于,放大装置(35)包括伸长的圆柱透镜。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的注射泵,其特征在于,盖(30)或注射器槽(14)包括一个照明装置(40),用于照亮注射器槽(14)中的注射器(15)。
4.如权利要求1-3中一个所述的注射泵,其特征在于,盖(30)包括一个操作板(32)和一个显示装置(33)。
