Description

刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置
本发明涉及一种刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置,它包括一个接线装置外壳和一个装在接线装置外壳内可借助操纵件操纵的切削式接线夹,借助切削式接线夹可夹紧一未剥去绝缘层的导线。
例如由德国专利DE 19732182 C1已知此类刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置。
在现有技术中,切削式接线夹可例如通过回转杠杆被压紧。这不仅需要比较大的操作空间而且需要比较大的操纵力。此外,采用现有技术的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置通常只能夹紧一根导线。若应夹紧多根导线,则需要多个互相连接在一起的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置。
在更早一些的但未在先公开的德国专利申请19944312.2中介绍了一种刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置,它包括接线装置外壳和装在接线装置外壳内可借助螺钉操纵的切削式接线夹,借助切削式接线夹可夹紧一未剥去绝缘层的导线。
本发明要解决的技术问题是创造一种结构紧凑的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置,它可用较小的力操纵,而且借助它可夹紧多根导线。
上述技术问题按照本发明是这样来解决的,即,操纵件设计为螺钉,以及借助螺钉可附加地或可另外选择地夹紧至少另一根导线。
由此,为了操纵只需要采用一个螺丝改锥并转动此螺丝改锥即可。这种操作方式在螺丝接线夹(借助它夹紧剥去绝缘层的导线)中是众所周知的,它只需要小的空间位置。此外,由于螺丝改锥的旋转运动转换成一种轴向运动,所以只需要小的操纵力。
若刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置为了夹紧另一导线有另一个切削式接线夹,便可以夹紧两根无需事先切断和剥去绝绝层的导线。
若螺钉有一螺钉头以及借助此螺钉头和一个对应支座夹紧剥去绝缘层的另一导线,则按本发明的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置有特别好的灵活性。
这是因为在切削式接线夹中可夹紧一未剥去绝缘层的导线,这一导线有优选的导体截面。而在螺钉接线夹内则可夹紧多达两根的已剥去绝缘层的导线,在这种情况下这两根导线的导体截面可能与固定或可固定在切削式接线夹内的导线的导体截面相比有显著的差异。甚至这两根剥去绝缘层的导线的横截面彼此之间也可能明显地互不相同。虽然,除另一个切削式接线夹外附加的这种设计是特别有利的。
若在夹紧剥去绝缘层的导线的情况下在螺钉头与剥去绝缘层的导线之间设一顶片,则对于剥去绝缘层的导线的夹紧特别可靠。这在顶片设计为V形时特别有效。
若所述对应支座设在螺钉头与切削式接线夹之间,则获得一种特别紧凑的结构方式。
若螺钉通过一个有一定宽度的连接条带与切削式接线夹配合作用,则此刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置的结构设计得特别简单。
若螺钉有一个有一螺钉颈部厚度的螺钉颈部以及连接条带宽度与螺钉颈部厚度大体相同,则其结果是并未由于有连接条带而在插入或可插入螺钉接线夹内的导线的导体截面方面造成任何限制。
螺钉可选择沿轴向移动地或至少基本上不能沿轴向移动地装在接线装置外壳中。
在螺钉沿轴向不可移动地安装的情况下,刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置有一个可沿轴向移动地装在接线装置外壳中的框形体,螺钉可旋入此框形体内。切削式接线夹在这种情况下借助一操纵件操纵,该操纵件沿轴向不能移动地插入框形体的槽内并与切削式接线夹刚性连接,优选一体连接。
下面结合附图所示实施方式对本发明的其他优点和详情予以说明,附图中:

按图1和图2所示,一个刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置具有一接线装置外壳1。在接线装置外壳1内装一螺钉2,它可旋入对应支座3中。按图1和图2,对应支座3固定在外壳上。螺钉2有一螺钉头4和一螺钉颈部5。螺钉颈部5有一螺钉颈部厚度d。
螺钉头部4和对应支座3确定了一个螺钉夹紧腔6,在螺钉夹紧腔内可夹紧两根剥去绝缘层的单根导线7、8,例如已剥去绝缘层的电缆芯线7、8。在这里,夹紧通过一个V形顶片9进行,它被设在剥去绝缘层的导线7、8与螺钉头4之间。
在接线装置外壳1内的对应支座3下面有一设有一切削式接线夹11的切削式接线夹腔10。切削式接线夹11同样可借助螺钉2被操纵。在这里,螺钉2通过一连接条带12与切削式接线夹11配合作用。连接条带12有一连接条带宽度b。该连接条带宽度b与螺钉颈部厚度d大致相同。因此剥去绝缘层的导线7、8允许的截面,如在普通的螺钉接线夹中那样,取决于接线装置外壳1的尺寸和螺钉颈部厚度d,但未因连接条带宽度b而受限制。
借助切削式接线夹11,就象“切削式接线夹”一词的含意那样,可夹紧并因而还可实现对一根未剥去绝缘层的单根导线13的电接触。在这里,未剥去绝缘层的导线13的夹紧既可单独进行也可在夹紧剥去绝缘层的导线7和/或8的情况下附加地进行。因此可选择夹紧一根、两根或所有三根导线7、8、13。
按图1和2,螺钉2可沿轴向移动地装在接线装置外壳1内。但它也可以如图3和4中所表示的那样至少基本上不能沿轴向移动地装在接线装置外壳内。
在这种情况下接线装置外壳1有支承部位14、15,它们阻止螺钉2的轴向可移动性。此外,刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置有一框形体16,螺钉2可旋入其中。框形体16可沿轴向移动地装在接线装置外壳1中。在框形体16移动时,它将剥去绝缘层的导线7、8压靠在接触片17上并因而将导线夹紧。
此外,框形体16有一槽18。槽18在其下部区至少略有扩张。在此槽18内插入一操纵件19,该操纵件19因而不能沿轴向移动地支承在槽18内。操纵件19整体地并因而尤其刚性地与切削式接线夹11连接。因此,随着框形体16的移动同时操纵切削式接线夹11。在按图3和4的实施形式中(也可参见图5)切削式接线夹11设计为管状触头。
除此之外,图3至5所示的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置基本上与图1和2所示的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置一致。它只是除螺钉夹紧腔6和切削式接线夹腔10外还有另一个切削式接线夹腔10′,在此切削式接线夹腔10′内设另一个切削式接线夹11′。借助此另一个切削式接线夹11′夹紧并因而也可触点接通另一个没有剥去绝缘层的单根导线13′。因此,借助图3和图4所示的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置可任意组合地夹紧多达四根的单根导线7、8、13和13′。
当然,有两个切削式接线夹11、11′的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置的设计并不仅限于图3至5所示的实施形式,原则上也可以在图1和2的实施形式中实现。
按本发明的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置有许多优点。尤其在一种设有按本发明的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置的设备中,导线7、8或13(必要时还有导线13′)夹紧的方式可到现场才确定。此外,借助切削式接线夹11可将对于各电气设备而言在最常见的截面范围内的一根未剥去绝缘层的导线13(必要时借助切削式接线夹11、11′将甚至两根未剥去绝缘层的导线13、13′)无需剥去绝缘层地立即夹紧。另一方面,通过螺钉夹紧连接装置可连接较大截面范围内的导线7、8。此外可夹紧多达三根或四根的导线7、8、13、13′。
刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置的操纵只需要很小的力和很小的操作空间。因为螺丝改锥只须绕其纵轴线转动,而不必横向于此纵轴线偏转。而且由接线装置外壳1传递到一个设备固定装置的力也比较小,其中设有本发明刀形连接器的一个设备借助此固定装置例如固定在一支承轨上。

Claims (12)

1.一种刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置,它包括一个接线装置外壳(1)和装在接线装置外壳(1)内可借助一螺钉(2)操纵的一第一切削式接线夹(11),借助该切削式接线夹可夹紧一未剥去绝缘层的导线(13),以及,借助该螺钉(2)夹紧至少另一根导线(7、8、13′)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置,其特征在于:为了夹紧至少另一根导线(13′),该接线装置具有一第二切削式接线夹(11′)。
3.按照权利要求1所述的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置,其特征在于:所述螺钉(2)有一螺钉头(4);以及,所述至少另一根导线(7、8)可借助螺钉头(4)和一个对应支座(3)在剥去绝缘层的情况下被夹紧。
4.按照权利要求3所述的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置,其特征在于:在夹紧所述剥去绝缘层的导线(7、8)的情况下,在螺钉头(4)与该剥去绝缘层的导线(7、8)之间设有一顶片(9)。
5.按照权利要求4所述的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置,其特征在于:所述顶片(9)设计为V形。
6.按照权利要求3、4或5所述的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置,其特征在于:所述对应支座(3)设在螺钉头(4)与该第一切削式接线夹(11)之间。
7.按照权利要求6所述的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置,其特征在于:所述螺钉(2)通过一个有一连接条带宽度(b)的连接条带(12)与该第一切削式接线夹(11)配合作用。
8.按照权利要求7所述的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置,其特征在于:所述螺钉(2)有一个有一螺钉颈部厚度(d)的螺钉颈部(5);以及,所述连接条带宽度(b)与螺钉颈部厚度(d)大致相同。
9.按照权利要求1所述的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置,其特征在于:所述螺钉(2)轴向可移动地装在接线装置外壳(1)中。
10.按照权利要求1所述的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置,其特征在于:所述螺钉(2)基本上不能沿轴向移动地装在接线装置外壳(1)中。
11.按照权利要求10所述的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置,其特征在于:它具有一个可沿轴向移动地装在接线装置外壳(1)中的框形体(16);以及,所述螺钉(2)可旋入该框形体(16)内。
12.按照权利要求11所述的刺穿绝缘皮式接线装置,其特征在于:所述框形体(16)具有一槽(18);以及,在槽(18)内沿轴向不能移动地插入一个用于该第一切削式接线夹(11)的操纵件(19),其中,该操纵件(19)与该第一切削式接线夹(11)刚性连接。
