Abstract
本发明包括一个组合部件(1),这个组合部件由金属上盖板层(11)、金属下盖板层(12)、由金属蜂窝状结构芯(13)构成的夹层部件(10)以及至少一个成形于连接面(21)用于将力导入夹层部件(10)的金属型材(20)所组成,在此型材平面的接合在夹层部件上,本发明还涉及到制造这种组合部件的方法。
Description
本发明涉及到一个组合部件,这个组合部件由金属上盖板层、金属下盖板层、由蜂窝状结构金属芯构成的夹层部件以及至少一个具有连接面用于将力导入夹层部件的金属型材所组成,本发明还涉及到制造这种组合部件的方法。
夹层式结构在很轻重量的情况下同时表现出很高的抗弯刚度。由于这个原因这种结构形式在运输领域,尤其是在铁路运输领域被经常采用。对于有较高要求的结构这种夹层组合由金属材料制造是完全适合的。
为了在夹层部件上铰接其它的组件或者为了使不同的夹层部件能够以任意的角度相互连接,型材被组合进来用于连接点的力导入和设置。更大的夹层部件构件通过多个较小的夹层部件,在下面称之为基本部件,按照需求拼接成大的夹层部件。
在EP 0 544 498中由夹层部件和力导入型材构成的组合部件为公众所知,其中型材与对于夹层部件盖板层垂直设置的搭臂焊接,搭臂位于两个在端部相互对接的基本部件之间。此外使用了用于装配型材的加固体,加固体不仅在夹层部件端部而且在基本部件端部一般通过U形的、其开口指向外部并插入中心层的加固型材而封闭并加固。对于这种装配形式焊接沿着盖板面与型材的接触位置。
在EP 0 644 096的组合部件中,型材以其连接面或者焊接在通过U形加固型材加固的两个基本部件连接区的边缘上,或者铆接在空心加固型材下面的盖板层上。
在所有公知的组合部件中,型材被焊接或铆接在夹层部件上,由此产生逐点的或直线形的型材到夹层部件的力传递。但是这一点的前提条件是夹层部件在焊接区是被加固的。加固体通过特别引入的空心加固型材作用于金属中心层处或者通过U形加固型材作用于两个基本部件的接头处。
在这种形式的组合部件中由数个力导入型材构成大的部件的结构具有缺陷。或者大型部件,例如车箱侧壁,必需由许多小型组合部件构成,以便能够在接头处安置力导入型材,或者夹层部件必须事先在相应位置以空心加固型材配置进中心层处。如果在那里没有设置加固型材,在各种情况下力导入型材的事后装配都不再可能实现。此外由数个小型组合部件构成更大的部件的结构是费钱又费时的。此外在焊接缝或铆接位置上出现的缝隙腐蚀或者说接触腐蚀问题明显影响到结构部件的寿命。
本发明的任务在于,给出一种由夹层部件和一个或数个用于力导入的型材构成的组合部件,通过这种部件可以实现,需要多个力导入点的更大型部件由较少的大型部件组合而成。对组合部件而言,以后还可以在不影响力传递的情况下将型材设在任意位置上。
为了解决这个任务按照本发明上述形式的组合部件具有下列特征,一个或多个型材平面地接合在夹层部件上。
通过按照本发明的组合部件能够方便地制造出较大型的、配备有数个力导入型材的构件,这是由于通过组合部件以其尺寸及其形状与要成形的部件最佳适配,而无须在力导入位置断开夹层部件并接入新的,这使得部件的制造过程简化并节省费用。在夹层部件以其尺寸最佳适配于要成形的部件以后,力导入型材接合在夹层部件上。因为力导入型材的接合位置不取决于接头位置或者说夹层部件的加固位置,因此其它的型材也可以在以后的时刻任意接合在已经成形的组合部件上,这提高了组合部件的可变性。此外型材和夹层部件的连接质量通过型材的平面接合而被改善,由此使组合部件的结构稳定。这样可以在接合位置防止缝隙腐蚀或接触腐蚀以提高寿命。
为了使型材平面地接合在夹层部件上,型材具有至少一个连接在盖板层上的连接面。所采用的型材的全部几何尺寸适配于各自的应用目的。根据其它的部件是否被焊接、螺纹连接或铆接,型材具有其它的表面或者说T形元件或用于安置螺栓头或铆钉头的开口空心体。这种成型体具有优点的通过挤压型材作为力导入元件而实现。
与型材焊接在加固的夹层部件上相比,具有优点的平面接合可以通过型材粘接在夹层部件上而实现,然而优选金属型材钎焊在金属盖板层上。由此尤其是在强烈震颤时可靠性得到提高。
下面的叙述部分涉及到按照本发明的组合部件的制造方法。
根据EP 0 405 889的方法所制造组合部件,在第一工序中将加固体固定在夹层部件的预定的型材位置上或者在边缘处将被加固的基本部件相互接合,而在第二工序中将型材以至少一条焊缝焊接在被加固处。
第一工序除了单纯的夹层部件制造以外还包括其他的制造方法,因为必须要将加固体置于预定的型材位置上,这使得金属芯的插入被中断,而且这种形式的被加固的夹层部件的制造是很奢侈的。此外加固体型材不能以对于中心层蜂窝结构任意的角度插入,这使得应用的可能性受到限制。这也提高了在第一工序中由相互接合的基本部件制造的夹层部件的加工费用。如果为了将型材固定在被加固的夹层部件上要有多条焊缝,则相应的在第二工序中增加了加工方法步骤。
本发明的任务还在于提供一种根据本发明的由夹层部件和力导入型材构成的组合部件的制造方法,在此方法中加工步骤和其中所包括的加工过程最少。
这个任务按照本发明通过在夹层部件制造过程中将一个或多个型材接合在夹层部件上而被解决。
在按照本发明的制造方法中具有优点的是,通过同时进行夹层部件的制造和型材的接合而使整个第二工序被省去。因为型材也可以接合在没有加固体型材的部位而且无须关注对于中心层蜂窝结构的确定方向,因此采用本发明的方法,可以以任意取向的型材制成组合部件。
在夹层部件制造过程中,型材接合在夹层部件上的处理参数被充分利用。因为在盖板层和蜂窝状芯涉及到金属组件,盖板层通过钎焊与中心层连接是有利的。特别具有优点的是,为了将盖板层钎焊到芯部上采用敷有焊剂的盖板层。如果敷有焊剂的一面与金属芯接触,当组件在隔绝空气的条件下,尤其是在真空条件下,被加热到超过焊剂熔点的温度,就可以实现钎焊过程。焊剂呈液态并且汇集到盖板层与芯部蜂窝状结构的接触位置,使得在冷却过程中形成钎焊的夹层部件。
夹层部件的制造参数,如上升的温度,可以被用来同时将型材接合在夹层部件上。为此也优选将型材钎焊在夹层部件上。在按照本发明的方法中具有优点的是盖板层在朝着型材的面上敷有焊剂,使得在制造过程中通过加温,盖板层这面上的焊剂也同样呈液态并且在隔绝空气条件下汇集到型材与盖板层的接触位置。由此在组合部件的冷却过程中将型材平面地接合在夹层部件上。
下面通过图示的实施例来详细阐述本发明,并由此给出其它的细节、特征和优点。
图示为由夹层部件和平面接合的力导入型材组成的组合部件。
所示实施例涉及一种组合部件1,该部件包括夹层部件10和附于其上用于力导入的型材20。夹层部件由上盖板层11、下盖板层12和金属芯13构成。金属芯插在盖板层11、12之间并由大量相互接合的蜂窝13a构成。通过这种结构夹层部件在具有很轻重量的同时具有很高的抗弯强度。
通过采用上盖板层11和下盖板层12朝着金属芯13的一面11a、12a上敷有焊剂,使夹层部件或者说组合部件的制造过程简化,这是因为这种叠堆层在真空条件下被加热到超过焊剂的熔点,由此使焊剂汇集到蜂窝13a与上盖板层11以及下盖板层12的接触位置并且在钎焊过程冷却时固定。
通过这个过程型材20也同时在夹层部件的制造过程中钎焊在上盖板层11外表面11b的连接表面21上。在此在上盖板层11的外表面11b上也涂敷有焊剂并且型材20被放在相应的位置。型材20接合在上盖板层11的连接表面21上的过程与夹层部件10的制造过程同时进行。在超过焊剂熔点的高温加热下敷在外表面11b上的焊剂汇集到连接表面21并且在冷却过程中将型材20接合在夹层部件10上。但是也可以仅在后来与型材接触的上盖板层11的外表面11b上敷上焊剂。
在所选实施例中,型材20除了连接表面21以外还有两个构成T形槽的卡口22、23,T形槽或者可以固定垂直于夹层部件的平面构件,或者可以在T形槽中固定数个螺栓的T形头部用于装配支撑体或类似部件。当然为了实现不同形式的力导入,也可以将除了具有连接表面21以外还具有其它几何形状的型材接合在按照本发明的组合部件上。
Claims (9)
1.组合部件(1),包括金属上盖板层(11)、金属下盖板层(12)、由蜂窝状结构金属芯(13)构成的夹层部件(10)以及至少一个具有连接面(21)用于将力导入夹层部件(10)的金属型材(20),其特征为,型材的一个或多个平面接合在夹层部件上。
2.如权利要求1的组合部件,其特征为,型材(20)由挤压型材构成。
3.如上述权利要求之一的组合部件,其特征为,型材(20)被粘接在夹层部件(10)上。
4.如权利要求之一或多个的组合部件,其特征为,型材(20)被钎焊在夹层部件(10)上。
5.如上述权利要求之一或多个的组合部件(1)的制造方法,其特征为,在夹层部件制造过程中将一个或多个型材(20)接合在夹层部件(10)上。
6.如权利要求之一或多个的制造方法,其特征为,通过金属盖板层(11,12)与金属中心层(13)的钎焊而制成夹层部件(10)。
7.如上述权利要求之一或多个的制造方法,其特征为,带有涂敷焊剂面(11a,12a)的盖板层(11,12)置于中心层(13)上并且钎焊过程在隔绝空气的情况下以高于焊剂熔点的温度进行。
8.如上述权利要求之一或多个的制造方法,其特征为,型材(20)钎焊在夹层部件(10)上。
9.如上述权利要求之一或多个的制造方法,其特征为,盖板层(11,12)具有朝着型材(20)的敷有焊剂的面(11b)。
