Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the present application is given for the purpose of enabling those skilled in the art to better understand the technical solutions of the present application, and the description in this section is only exemplary and explanatory, and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the present application in any way.
Example 1
The present embodiment provides a medical dressing, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, which includes a carrier 1; the carrier is made of a flexible material; the carrier 1 has a treatment area and an adhesive area for adhesion to the skin located around the treatment area; the adhesive area is coated with glue for adhering the carrier 1 to the skin of a human body; a plurality of treatment units 10 are removably arranged in the treatment area, for example, a connection mode of glue or magic tape can be adopted, when in use, an appropriate number of treatment units 10 can be selected according to the size and the shape of a wound, and the appropriate number of treatment units 10 are fixed at appropriate positions in the treatment area of the carrier 1; in this embodiment, three treatment units 10 arranged side by side are removably disposed on the treatment region, and in other embodiments of the present application, other numbers of treatment units 10 may be disposed according to actual needs.
The treatment unit 10 includes a treatment substrate 100, and optionally, the treatment substrate 100 may have any shape, such as a circle, a rectangle, a square, and the like; the treatment substrate 100 has opposing first and second surfaces; said first surface being intended for removable connection with a treatment area of said carrier 1; optionally, the removable fixing means of the first surface and the treatment area may be an adhesive means or a hook and loop fastener connection means; the phototherapy unit 101 and the dressing unit 102 are arranged on the second surface in a tiled mode; the phototherapy unit 101 is used for emitting light for sterilizing and inhibiting inflammation of a wound of a patient; the dressing unit 102 is used to contact the skin of a human body to absorb exudate from a wound.
The light emitted from the phototherapy unit 101 may be blue light in visible light band, or may be light in 400nm to 500nm band, and when the light in the band is applied to the bacteria, the bacterial endoporphyrin absorbs the light in the band, and active oxygen is generated in the cells of the bacteria by the energy of the light in the band, and the active oxygen is accumulated in the cells of the bacteria, so that the cell walls of the bacteria are oxidized, and as a result, the bacteria killing effect is obtained; in particular, the blue light wave band with the wavelength of 400 nm-420 nm and 455 nm-470 nm has high bactericidal power, which corresponds to the absorption wave band of the photosensitizer porphyrin. Porphyrins are essential pigments for intracellular oxygen transfer processes, and they exhibit high absorption especially at wavelengths from 402nm to 420nm, and also absorb at wavelengths from about 455nm to 470 nm.
Further, the dressing unit 102 includes a connecting layer and a dressing layer; the connecting layer is used for connecting with the treatment substrate 100, the dressing layer is provided with a contact surface which is contacted with the skin, the dressing layer can be made of flexible materials which can absorb wound exudate and is used for absorbing the wound exudate, for example, the dressing layer can be a foam dressing type comprising polyurethane foam and the like, and can also be a porous silicon film dressing type and the like; preferably, the dressing layer of the dressing unit 102 may further have a medicament for healing a wound of a patient, and the medicament may be in the form of a paste, a gel or the like.
The type of medicament may vary widely depending on the subject patient to whom the dressing unit 102 is applied. For example, the medicament may comprise a therapeutic agent for treating a predetermined condition, and may also comprise substances like therapies, non-therapeutic treatments, or ointments and the like. The agent may include, for example, an agent such as a hormone, an antibiotic, an antibacterial agent, an antifungal agent, an anesthetic, a disinfectant, an anti-inflammatory agent, an antihistamine, an analgesic, an acne medication, an anti-aging compound, a skin moisturizer, a hair growth promoter, a hair growth preventing agent, a skin growth promoter, a cleanser, or any other beneficial agent.
Preferably, the thickness of the dressing unit 102 is greater than the thickness of the phototherapy unit 101. When using this medical dressing, dressing unit 102 can contact with the skin, because the texture of phototherapy unit 101 is relatively hard, through setting the thickness of phototherapy unit 101 to be less than the thickness of dressing unit 102, can reduce the foreign object sensation of human skin.
Preferably, the carrier 1 is further provided with an electric connection area 11; the electric connection region 11 is positioned on one side of the carrier 1; the power supply unit 12 for supplying power is detachably mounted on the carrier 1, for example, a groove may be provided on the carrier 1, the corresponding two ends in the groove are respectively provided with an electrical contact, the electrical contact is connected with a conductive spring, the power supply unit 12 is a battery, the battery is mounted in the groove, and the positive pole and the negative pole of the battery are respectively abutted against the conductive spring on the same side; the power supply unit 12 is electrically connected to the phototherapy unit 101 through the power connection region 11.
Example 2
In this embodiment, based on embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 3, the phototherapy unit 101 includes a mounting plate 103 for connecting with the treatment substrate 100, and a treatment light source 104 mounted on the mounting plate 103, where the treatment light source 104 may be an OLED light source or an LED light source; be equipped with protection cover 105 on the mounting panel 103, treatment light source 104 is located in the protection cover 105, protection cover 105 can effectively avoid the wound sepage to cause the erosion to treatment light source 104.
Alternatively, the protective cover 105 may be configured to have a scattering structure to improve the light extraction rate of the therapeutic light source 104, for example, the protective cover may be configured to have a multi-faceted structure.
Optionally, scattering particles are disposed on the sidewall of the protective cover 105 to increase the scattering effect of the therapeutic light source 104, so that the light emitted from the therapeutic light source 104 can cover a larger skin area.
Optionally, the protection cover 105 has a plurality of supporting protrusions 106 on a side opposite to the mounting plate 103; the supporting protrusions 106 are used for forming supporting spaces between the protective cover 105 and the skin, so that the therapeutic light source 105 can be protected from being corroded by wound seepage, the skin can be contacted with oxygen, and the therapeutic effect is better by combining phototherapy; as shown in fig. 4, the bottom surface of the protective cover 105 is formed by connecting a plurality of spherical convex covers in sequence, one or a group of therapeutic light sources 105 are arranged in the spherical convex covers, and the spherical convex covers form the supporting protrusions 106; as shown in fig. 5, the bottom surface of the protective cover 105 is a smooth and integral structure, the therapeutic light source 105 is located in the protective cover 105, a plurality of supporting protrusions 106 are arranged at the bottom of the bottom surface of the protective cover 105, and the supporting protrusions 106 may be in the shape of a column, a hemisphere, or the like.
