Thus, a feature defining "a second" or "a first" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more such feature. The heat pump type clothes dryer dries clothes through the heat pump system, the clothes dryer can be provided with an NTC temperature sensor, the temperature of the system is monitored in real time, and when the temperature of the system is too high, the fan is started to cool; when the system temperature falls within the acceptable range, the blower is turned off. However, if the NTC temperature sensor fails, the real system temperature cannot be detected in time, and the dryer may not be able to start the blower in time to cool.
If a fixed start-stop time sequence (for example, the fan is started to periodically run, and the fan is closed for 180 seconds after being started for 60 seconds in each period) is adopted to control the fan to run, the system can be effectively cooled, but if the setting of the start-stop time sequence parameters of the fan is unreasonable, the fan can possibly not timely cool a heat pump system, the service life is influenced due to overhigh temperature of an electric device, and even clothes are possibly damaged due to overhigh temperature; or the drying temperature cannot be kept in an ideal range due to overlong opening time of the fan, so that the drying efficiency is reduced.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a clothes dryer control method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises at least the following steps.
Step 110: and responding to a start instruction of a drying program, collecting the system temperature of a heat pump system in the clothes dryer, controlling a fan in the clothes dryer to be closed within a first preset time range according to the time sequence control logic, and operating the time sequence control logic according to the time sequence control logic after the fan is controlled within the first preset time range and at a preset start-stop time sequence.
During the operation of the drying program, the compressor in the heat pump system heats the air in the system to dry the clothes. After a user sets and starts a drying program, the system temperature in the heat pump system is monitored in real time, and in the initial stage of the operation of the drying program, in order to enable the system temperature to rise rapidly to dry clothes, the fan is turned off within a first preset time range, and after the first preset time range, the fan is operated at a preset start-stop time sequence, so that the situation that the system temperature rises too fast or is avoided due to continuous heating of the compressor.
And setting the duration corresponding to the first preset time range as T1, wherein in specific implementation, a timer can be adopted to count down the T1, and after the count down is finished, the fan is controlled to operate at a preset start-stop time sequence.
Step 120: if the system temperature is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature, the time sequence control logic is interrupted, and the fan is controlled to be continuously started.
The first preset temperature is an intermediate value of a normal operating temperature range of the heat pump system during the operation of the drying program. When the temperature of the system is higher than or equal to a first preset temperature, if the fan is continuously controlled according to the time sequence control logic, the temperature of the system is further increased, the condition of overhigh temperature of the compressor can be possibly caused, the service life of the compressor and clothes are negatively influenced, so that the time sequence control logic is interrupted, the fan is controlled to be continuously started, and the temperature of the heat pump system is rapidly reduced.
Step 130: if the system temperature is less than or equal to the third preset temperature, the fan is controlled to continue to operate from the interruption position of the time sequence control logic, and the third preset temperature is lower than the first preset temperature.
The third preset temperature is a minimum value of a normal operating temperature range of the heat pump system in the operation of the drying program. When the system temperature is less than or equal to the third preset temperature, if the continuous control is continued, the system temperature is further reduced, and the clothes drying efficiency is obviously reduced, so that the continuous opening state of the fan is stopped, and the operation is continued from the interruption position of the time sequence control logic. When the fan operates according to the time sequence control logic, the system temperature can slowly rise, so that energy consumed by continuously starting the fan can be saved, the system temperature is maintained within a certain ideal temperature range, and the drying efficiency is improved.
Step 140: if the system temperature is greater than or equal to a second preset temperature, performing fault detection on the clothes dryer, and controlling the fan to operate according to control logic matched with a fault detection result, wherein the second preset temperature is higher than the first preset temperature.
The second preset temperature is a highest limit value of a normal operating temperature range of the heat pump system in the operation of the drying program. The NTC temperature sensor assembled by the heat pump clothes dryer may be damaged or the detection value is abnormal, so that the system temperature measurement is inaccurate or the clothes dryer is influenced by external force factors such as filter screen blockage and the like, so that the system temperature is suddenly increased, when the system temperature is greater than or equal to the second preset temperature, the clothes dryer is subjected to fault detection, whether software and hardware faults occur to the clothes dryer or not is detected in time, and the operation of a fan is controlled by combining the fault condition of the clothes dryer.
According to the embodiment of the application, the system temperature of the heat pump system is combined, the fan is controlled to run in a time sequence control logic or to be continuously started, so that the system temperature is stabilized in a reasonable drying temperature range, and the drying efficiency of the clothes dryer is improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, based on the foregoing solution, controlling the fan to operate at a preset start-stop time sequence after a first preset time range includes:
and controlling the fan to periodically run after the first preset time range, and controlling the fan to turn on for a second preset time period and turn off for a third preset time period in one period.
It should be noted that, the first preset time range, the second preset time period and the third preset time period are important parameters for controlling the operation of the fan, and may be set in the MCU control software of the clothes dryer. In a specific implementation, the best parameters can be fitted through experimental data in combination with specific working indexes of the dryer heat pump system.
In some embodiments of the present application, based on the foregoing, the dryer control method further includes:
If a pause instruction of the drying program is received in a first preset time range when the fan operates according to the time sequence control logic, interrupting the time sequence control logic, and controlling the fan to continue to operate from the interrupt position of the time sequence control logic in response to a resume instruction of the drying program;
If a pause instruction of the drying program is received after a first preset time range when the fan operates according to the time sequence control logic, the fan is controlled to operate again at a preset start-stop time sequence in response to a recovery instruction of the drying program.
The application considers the condition that the drying program is suspended in stages, if the drying program is suspended in the stage (namely in the first preset time range) where the fan does not operate, the countdown of the T1 is interrupted, and after the drying program resumes operation, the countdown of the T1 is continued. After the drying program is suspended, the system temperature is at a lower level at the moment, and the system temperature gradually decreases, so that after the drying program resumes operation, the fan is continuously controlled to be closed until the countdown of T1 is finished, so that the system temperature is rapidly increased to dry clothes, and the drying efficiency is improved.
At the stage that the fan operates according to the preset start-stop time sequence (namely after the first preset time range), the drying program is suspended, and at the moment, the system temperature can be gradually reduced, but at the middle level, the fan is closed to cause the system temperature to rise too fast, so that after the drying program resumes operation, the fan is restarted to operate according to the preset start-stop time sequence, and the system temperature is prevented from rising too fast to cause negative effects on the compressor and clothes.
In some embodiments of the present application, based on the foregoing solution, if the system temperature is greater than or equal to the second preset temperature, performing fault detection on the clothes dryer, and controlling the fan to operate according to a control logic matched with the fault detection result, including:
If the system temperature is greater than or equal to the second preset temperature and the clothes dryer fails, terminating the drying program and closing the load of the clothes dryer;
If the system temperature is greater than or equal to the second preset temperature and the clothes dryer does not fail, the fan is controlled to continue to operate from the interruption position of the time sequence control logic.
The temperature sensor is also inaccurate in collected system temperature due to faults, or the temperature of the system is suddenly increased due to external force factors such as blockage of a clothes dryer filter screen, and when the temperature of the clothes dryer system exceeds a normal range, the clothes dryer can judge whether the current complete machine system reaches a fault alarm condition. If the clothes dryer reaches an alarm condition, displaying a fault alarm on a display panel of the clothes dryer or a client corresponding to the clothes dryer so as to inform a user, and closing all loads (including a motor, a compressor, a fan and the like) to prevent the compressor from being damaged due to overhigh temperature or damage to dried clothes; if the clothes dryer does not reach the alarm condition, the fan is controlled to be closed, and the fan is controlled to continue to operate from the interruption position of the time sequence control logic.
In some embodiments of the application, based on the foregoing scheme, the method further comprises:
If a pause instruction of the drying program is received when the fan is continuously started, responding to a resume instruction of the drying program, and controlling the fan to continuously start until the system temperature is less than or equal to a third preset temperature.
When the fan is continuously started (namely, when the system temperature is between the first preset temperature and the second preset temperature), the system temperature is reduced after the compressor stops working and is still at a higher temperature, so that after the drying program resumes operation, the fan is controlled to continuously start until the system temperature is less than or equal to the third preset temperature.
In some embodiments of the application, based on the foregoing scheme, the method further comprises:
If the whole machine pause instruction of the clothes dryer is obtained or the door opening of the clothes dryer is detected, the pause instruction of the drying program is generated.
It should be noted that the suspension of the drying program may be due to the user pressing the whole machine suspension key of the dryer or the door of the dryer being opened or the user operating to suspend the drying program.
In some embodiments of the application, based on the foregoing scheme, the method further comprises:
If the dryer satisfies the drying end condition, the drying process is ended and the load of the dryer is turned off.
The clothes dryer can monitor whether the environment in the heat pump system meets the drying condition in real time, for example, the air humidity in the heat pump system is detected to determine whether the clothes dryer meets the drying condition. After the drying process is finished, all loads (including motors, compressors, fans, etc.) of the washing machine are turned off.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a timing control logic of a clothes dryer according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the logic includes at least the following steps.
Step 210: and starting a drying program.
Step 220: count down T1.
After the drying program is started, the compressor starts to heat, at the moment, the fan is controlled to be turned off, so that the temperature of a system in the heat pump system is quickly increased, and countdown is started, and the countdown time is assumed to be T1.
Step 230: after the countdown is finished T1, the fan T2 is started for a long time.
Step 220 is executed while keeping the fan turned off until the countdown T1 is ended, and step 230 is executed after the end.
Step 240: and turning off the fan T3 for a period of time, and circularly executing the steps 230-240 until the drying condition is met.
Before the clothes dryer meets the drying condition, the fan is operated periodically, and after the fan is started for a period of T2, the fan is closed for a period of T3, so that the temperature of the system is steadily increased, and the temperature is kept within a reasonable range. T1, T2, and T3 may be set in the dryer MCU to control parameters.
Step 250: after the dryer satisfies the drying condition, all loads are turned off.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of temperature control logic of a clothes dryer according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the logic includes at least the following steps.
Step 310: and starting a drying program and collecting the system temperature in the heat pump system.
Step 320: if the system temperature is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature, the time sequence control logic is interrupted, and the fan is controlled to be continuously started.
Step 330: if the system temperature is less than or equal to the third preset temperature, the fan is controlled to continue to operate from the interruption position of the time sequence control logic, and the third preset temperature is lower than the first preset temperature.
Step 340: if the system temperature is greater than or equal to a second preset temperature, detecting faults of the clothes dryer, wherein the second preset temperature is higher than the first preset temperature.
Step 350: if the clothes dryer does not fail, the fan is controlled to continue to operate from the interruption position of the time sequence control logic.
Step 360: if the clothes dryer fails, displaying a failure alarm and executing step 380;
step 370: if the dryer reaches the drying condition, step 380 is performed, and if the dryer does not meet the drying condition, steps 320 to 350 are circularly performed.
Step 380: the drying process is terminated and the load of the dryer is turned off.
The embodiment of the application adopts the time sequence control logic and the temperature control logic to control the operation of the fan, the two control logics are in cross action, and the possibility that an NTC temperature sensor assembled by the heat pump clothes dryer is possibly damaged or the detection value is abnormal is considered, so that the operation of the fan can be controlled according to the preset start-stop time sequence based on the time sequence control logic to cool the compressor and the heat pump system. Meanwhile, the condition of sudden increase of the temperature of the compressor caused by blockage of a filter screen and other external factors is considered, the fan is controlled to operate through the temperature control logic, so that the fan can be started in time, and the temperature of the heat pump system is stabilized in a reasonable drying temperature range. The intelligent control of the fan is realized to a certain extent, and the drying efficiency of the heat pump clothes dryer is effectively improved; meanwhile, the failure condition of other key electric devices in the system is considered, the safety of a user when using the heat pump clothes dryer is guaranteed to a certain extent, and the use experience of the user is improved.
