Referring to fig. 1-4, the adjusting driving mechanism includes a lead screw stepping motor 13, a lead screw nut 14 mounted on a rotating shaft of the lead screw stepping motor 13, a swing link 15 and a connecting rod 16; the lead screw stepping motor 13 is installed on the outer wall of the fog gun barrel 4 through the motor frame 1, and a lead screw shaft of the lead screw stepping motor 13 is arranged along the radial direction of the fog gun barrel 4; the swing rod 15 is rotatably connected to a swing rod bracket 17, and the swing rod bracket 17 is installed on the outer wall of the fog gun barrel 4; the tail end of the swing rod 15 is connected with the lead screw nut 14 in a sliding mode along the advancing direction of the spray droplets, the front end of the swing rod 15 is connected with the tail end of the connecting rod 16, and the front end of the connecting rod 16 is connected with the outer end of the outer swing rod 10-1. The adjusting and driving mechanism is arranged, when the lead screw stepping motor 13 rotates forwards, the lead screw nut 14 moves linearly inwards along the radial direction of the fog gun barrel 4, so that the tail end of the swing rod 15 is driven to swing inwards, the front end of the swing rod 15 swings outwards, and as the front end of the swing rod 15 is connected with the outer end of the outer swing rod 10-1 through the connecting rod 16, when the front end of the swing rod 15 swings outwards, the outer end of the outer swing rod 10-1 is pulled to swing outwards, so that the outer barrel support 10 is opened outwards, and the adjusting outer barrel 7 arranged on the outer barrel support 10 is opened outwards by a certain angle; in the same principle, when the lead screw stepping motor 13 rotates reversely, the lead screw nut 14 moves linearly outwards along the radial direction of the fog gun barrel 4, so that the tail end of the swing rod 15 is driven to swing outwards, the front end of the swing rod 15 swings inwards, the outer end of the outer swing rod 10-1 is dragged to swing inwards, the outer barrel support 10 swings inwards, and the adjusting outer barrel 7 arranged on the outer barrel support 10 is closed inwards by a certain angle.

An intelligent dust settling method realized by using the adjustable spraying dust settling device comprises the following steps:
(1) according to the requirement of dust fall, a liquid supply system is started, so that liquid in a liquid storage tank reaches a spray head in a fog gun barrel through a liquid conveying pipeline, and the liquid becomes atomized liquid drops under the atomization effect of the spray head;

(4) judging the requirement of a dust fall range, and when a larger dust fall requirement exists at a position with a medium distance from the spraying device, adjusting the action of the driving mechanism to drive the adjusting sleeve to open a medium angle, so that the spray from the adjusting sleeve is outwards diverged and sprayed at a medium angle, and the divergence angle is medium, so that the spray stroke is medium, and the best spray effect is formed at the position with the medium stroke distance;
(5) judging the requirement of a dust fall range, and when a larger dust fall requirement exists at a near end close to the spraying device, adjusting the action of the driving mechanism to drive the adjusting sleeve to open a large angle, so that the spray from the adjusting sleeve is outwards diverged and sprayed at a large angle, and the spraying stroke is small if the divergence angle is large, thereby forming the best spraying effect at the near end;
(6) judging the requirement of a dust fall range, and when the dust fall requirement exists in the whole spraying stroke, adjusting the driving mechanism to continuously act to drive the opening angle of the adjusting sleeve to be switched back and forth between a small angle and a large angle, so that the spray from the adjusting sleeve is switched back and forth between the small angle and the large angle to be dispersed outwards, and the best spraying effect is achieved on the space between the near end and the far end;
(7) judge the demand of dust fall scope, when atomizer all had the dust fall demand all around, in the time of carrying out step (6), adjusting device adjusts the spraying subassembly and rotates around vertical axis to realize the spraying of 360 within ranges, further strengthen the coverage of spraying dust fall, improve the spraying effect.
