Abstract
The invention discloses a leveling layer hollowing repairing method, and relates to the technical field of reinforced concrete construction. The method aims to solve the problems that the existing hollowing repairing method for removing a leveling layer with local hollowing and then secondarily hanging a net and plastering has the problems of increasing the engineering rework cost and causing material and labor waste. The method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of detecting and determining the position, the area and the degree of an empty drum part needing to be repaired, sealing a surface crack of a leveling layer on the upper portion of the empty drum part, dividing the empty drum part needing to be repaired into a plurality of closed grouting units, wherein each grouting unit is provided with a grouting opening and a grout overflow hole, and respectively injecting a binder into an inner cavity of the empty drum part of each grouting unit through the grouting openings, so that the leveling layer and a base layer are fully combined into a whole by the binder in the inner cavity of the empty drum part.

Background
At present, some common quality problems and construction difficulties exist in building decoration construction, wherein the local hollowing phenomenon of a leveling layer is particularly prominent, the engineering quality and the subsequent construction progress are seriously influenced, a common treatment method is to remove the leveling layer with local hollowing, and after an interface is cleaned, secondary net hanging plastering and maintenance are carried out.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and specific examples. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention. For convenience of description, the directions of "up" and "down" described below are the same as the directions of "up" and "down" in the drawings, but this is not a limitation of the technical solution of the present invention.
In this embodiment, taking the hollowing repair construction of a leveling layer of a step of a grandstand of a theater building as an example, the hollowing repair method of a leveling layer according to the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 and 2, and the specific steps are as follows:

s3: and respectively injecting the adhesive into the inner cavity of the hollowing part 30 of each grouting unit through the grouting port 22 until the adhesive flows out of the grout overflow hole 21, and after standing for 24 hours, cleaning the adhesive overflowing from the surface of the leveling layer 20, so that the leveling layer 20 and the base layer 10 are fully combined into a whole by the adhesive in the inner cavity of the hollowing part 30.

Furthermore, as shown in fig. 2, the grouting nail 50 is hollow and cylindrical, and at least one grouting hole is transversely formed in the side wall of the lower portion of the grouting nail 50, and after the end portion of the grouting nail 50 is vertically driven into the base layer 10, at least one grouting hole can be communicated with the empty drum portion 30, in this embodiment, 3 grouting holes are formed in the side wall of the grouting nail 50, namely, a bottom grouting hole 51, a middle grouting hole 53 and a top grouting hole 52, and the position of the bottom grouting hole 51 is closer to the base layer 10, so that bubbles can be prevented from being formed in the empty drum portion 30 by the grout flowing along the surface of the base layer 10, and in case that the bottom of the leveling layer 20 is layered rather than empty drum, the bottom grouting hole 51 is arranged to enable the grout in the score layer to be filled more sufficiently, the top grouting hole 52 can be filled in the top of the empty drum portion 30 with a thickness of 1.5-2.0 cm, and the middle grouting hole 53 and the top grouting hole 52 are arranged to further improve the filling efficiency of the grout, through the multistage grouting of grouting holes, the grouting process can be improved in a targeted manner, so that the grouting process can be more flexibly applied to the repair construction of the hollowing parts 30 with different thicknesses.
It should be noted that the hollowing repair construction of the leveling layer of the stand step recited in the embodiment is only an example, and the hollowing repair method can also be applied to the hollowing repair construction engineering of the leveling layer at the ground, wall surface, top surface and other parts of the building.
