Abstract

本发明提供了一种基于低真空度密闭空间的聚氨酯硬泡及其制备方法和应用。该聚氨酯硬质泡沫以一种高粘度聚醚多元醇为主原料,所述聚醚多元醇具有粘度高和对气体吸附能力强的特点,能有效改善泡沫壁在流动过程中的稳定性,减少泡沫表面气泡。在具有一定真空度的密闭空间,箱体发泡层压力绝对值越低的环境中,发泡剂含量较多或者含低沸点发泡剂的体系,泡沫流动较快,容易与内胆和金属外壳发生剪切,同时绕弯过程中产生裹气,形成气泡,使用该体系能有效解决该问题。
