The inventor finds that under the premise that the enteral nutrition recipe is generally a dairy product or pasty food, and the intravenous nutrient solution is generally a sugar solution, the enteral nutrient solution and the intravenous nutrient solution have large physical and chemical property differences, including but not limited to differences of conductivity, concentration, pH value and the like. In this embodiment, the type of the nutrient solution is determined by detecting the conductivity of the nutrient solution and using the section in which the conductivity is located. Based on this, the detecting device 3 of the present embodiment includes a conductivity detecting module (a conductivity tester) and a processing module (a microprocessor), the conductivity detecting module is electrically connected to the processing module for detecting the conductivity of the nutrient solution in the liquid storage portion 25, and the processing module is electrically connected to the alarm device for processing the data obtained by the conductivity detecting module and sending different signals to the alarm device according to the processing result.
The conductivity detection module of the embodiment specifically includes a detection head 31 inserted into the bottom of the liquid storage portion 25, when the cavity in the liquid storage portion 25 is communicated with the outside, the detection head 31 acquires conductivity data of the nutrient solution in the liquid storage portion 25 and reports the conductivity data to the processing module, the processing module compares the acquired conductivity data with a pre-stored conductivity range (the data is obtained in advance by detecting the conductivity of the nutrient solution with different formulas under different types and is stored in the processing module in advance) according to a preset program, if the detected conductivity exceeds the preset conductivity range, the processing module determines that the nutrient solution (for example, enteral nutrient solution) provided by the liquid supply component 1 is not the preset nutrient solution (for example, intravenous nutrition), at this time, the processing module transmits an alarm signal to the alarm device, and makes the alarm device send an alarm sound (for example, so as to warn a caregiver, thereby completing the fool-proof purpose of the infusion operation.
Further, alarm device can also report specific nutrient solution kind when sending the alarm sound, changes suitable nutrient solution with sound prompt nursing staff simultaneously, so, the mode of accessible report nutrient solution kind supplies nursing staff secondary to confirm that the nutrient solution kind of reporting conforms to with predetermined nutrient solution kind. In other embodiments of the present invention, a manner of sounding an alarm and/or prompting the caregiver to change the appropriate nutrient solution by sound and displaying the type of the nutrient solution by a display screen may also be employed to allow the caregiver to secondarily confirm whether the type of the infused nutrient solution matches the preset type of nutrient solution. It should be noted that the specific structure of the conductivity tester, and the specific software and hardware structure and processing module program related to the alarm of the command alarm device, which are designed by those skilled in the relevant art according to the prior art, are electrically connected to the processing module through the conductivity tester, and therefore the problem of insufficient disclosure of the present invention will not occur if the detailed description is omitted.
During detection, if the detected conductivity falls into the preset conductivity range, the processing module determines that the nutrient solution (such as enteral nutrient solution) provided by the liquid supply part 1 conforms to the type of the preset nutrient solution (such as intravenous nutrition), at the moment, the processing module sends a passing signal to the alarm device, so that the alarm device prompts the correct type of the nutrient solution through prompting sound (such as cheering sound), infusion operation can be carried out, or the correct type of the nutrient solution is broadcasted through sound, the infusion operation can be carried out, and the nutrient solution type can be broadcasted through sound or displayed through a display screen at the same time, so that a caregiver can secondarily confirm the type of the nutrient solution.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the nursing staff can be assisted in determining the type of the nutrient solution to be infused through other manners, for example, the second pipelines II with different colors are used to distinguish different types of nutrient solution detection tubes, or corresponding marks or characters are arranged on different types of nutrient solution detection tubes, so that the function of multiple confirmation can be played, and the fool-proof effect of nutrient solution mis-infusion can be better improved. It should be noted that, in other embodiments of the present invention, the type of the nutrient solution to be infused may be adjusted at the detection device 3, in which case, the detection device 3 may be provided with an adjustment button and a display screen, which is convenient for the caregiver to adjust the type of the nutrient solution to be infused, and of course, the detection device 3 may also be provided with no adjustment button and no display screen, and the type of the nutrient solution to be infused is adjusted at the external control device by means of an external control device. In the embodiment that the type of the pre-transfusion nutrient solution can be adjusted, the second pipeline II may not be configured with the auxiliary judgment manner described in this paragraph.
Furthermore, in order to prevent the nutrient solution in the liquid storage part 25 from flowing back to the liquid supply part 1 after the detection is finished, a blocker 24 is further arranged between the end part of the detection tube 23, which is communicated with the liquid supply part 1, and the liquid storage part 25 (namely, the upstream of the liquid storage part 25), the blocker 24 has a structure similar to that of the infusion speed regulator 22, and also comprises a connecting frame arranged on the detection tube 23 and a flow rate regulating wheel arranged on the connecting frame, and the flow rate regulating wheel is pushed to the corresponding end part of the connecting frame, so that the nutrient solution in the detection tube 23 can be blocked from flowing, and the nutrient solution in the liquid storage part 25 can be prevented from flowing back.
In the present invention, a person skilled in the art can flexibly adjust the specific shape of the liquid storage portion 25 and the communication manner between the first pipeline I, the second pipeline II and the liquid supply part 1 according to the above description, for example, by connecting the end portions of the first pipeline I and the second pipeline II with an infusion main pipe, and communicating with the liquid supply part 1 through the infusion main pipe (as shown in fig. 2), or communicating the end of the second pipeline II far from the liquid storage portion 25 with a liquid storage bag on the first pipeline I.

when the type of the infused nutrient solution is inconsistent with the type of the preset nutrient solution, warning broadcasting is carried out to prompt that the type of the nutrient solution is inconsistent; the warning broadcasting at least comprises an alarm sound, and can also comprise broadcasting contents such as voice broadcasting of the type of the nutrient solution to be tested, voice prompting of the need of replacing a proper nutrient solution, or visual prompting of the type of the nutrient solution;
when the type of the infused nutrient solution is consistent with the type of the preset nutrient solution, the nutrient solution is reported to indicate that the type of the nutrient solution is consistent; the broadcasting at least comprises prompting sound and at least one of voice or text display contents for broadcasting the type of the nutrient solution to be detected or confirming the correct type of the nutrient solution;
if a warning indicating that the type of the nutrient solution is not the same is received, a correction operation (for example, discarding the infusion set or discarding the infusion tube assembly 2) is performed, and if a warning indicating that the type of the nutrient solution is the same is received, the flow of the nutrient solution in the detection tube 23 is blocked by using the blocker 24.
Alternatively, the characteristic data can be other characteristics which can reflect the difference of physicochemical properties between the enteral nutrient solution and the venous nutrient solution, such as concentration or pH value, and the invention also provides a nutrient solution distinguishing method based on the characteristic data, which comprises the following steps:
detecting and recording characteristic data of different nutrient solutions;
