Abstract
本发明提供一种止血消肿型创可贴,包括下表面设有黏贴层的外套;外套内部的中央设有由发热材料填充的、透气面料包裹的发热包;发热包周围设有由防水层包裹的制冷包;制冷包内从上至下填充有海绵体和薄膜水囊,海绵体内均匀掺入有硝酸铵颗粒;外套的上表面由弹性树脂片构成,且弹性树脂片覆盖在制冷包上的区域制有通气孔;薄膜水囊未破裂时,薄膜水囊与海绵体使制冷包处于膨胀状态,此时,弹性树脂片的通气孔被制冷包的上表面堵住,以使发热包接触不到外界空气。该止血消肿型创可贴可形成缓慢持久的冷敷效果,使伤口附近血管从容收缩,以减少冷刺激;并且,可在伤口完全止血后,形成热敷效果,以促进新皮肤细胞的生长。

技术领域
本发明涉及医用材料领域,特别地,涉及一种创可贴。
背景技术
目前普通的创可贴,基本只有盖住伤口的作用,并不能快速地对伤口止血、消肿。为此,申请号为2014201876494的专利申请中,提出了一种冷敷创可贴,其原理是,通过内置的硝酸铵片,与水体进行溶解吸热,以使伤口表面快速降温,从而收缩伤口附近血管,以期获得快速止血、消肿效果。但是该种采用硝酸铵片直接与水体接触并溶解的方式,导致硝酸铵片的溶解速度十分迅速。由此,当创可贴刚贴上去时,伤口一下子感到十分寒冷,所受的冷刺激十分明显,对伤口愈合具有一定的副作用;并且硝酸铵片很快溶解完后,制冷效应就很快消失了,降温效果不持久,不稳定。再者,伤口在完全止血后,则需要较温暖的环境,即热敷,才利于皮肤细胞的生长,而普通创可贴,以及上述冷敷型创可贴,都不具有热敷功能。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种止血消肿型创可贴,该止血消肿型创可贴在贴敷于伤口后,可形成缓慢持久的冷敷效果,使伤口附近血管从容收缩,以减少冷刺激;并且,可在伤口完全止血后,形成热敷效果,以促进新皮肤细胞的生长。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该止血消肿型创可贴包括下表面设有黏贴层的外套;所述外套内部的中央设有一个由发热材料填充的、透气面料包裹的发热包;所述发热包周围设有由防水层包裹的制冷包;所述制冷包内从上至下填充有海绵体和薄膜水囊,所述海绵体内均匀掺入有硝酸铵颗粒;所述外套的上表面由弹性树脂片构成,且所述弹性树脂片覆盖在制冷包上的区域制有通气孔;所述薄膜水囊未破裂时,薄膜水囊与海绵体使所述制冷包处于膨胀状态,此时,所述弹性树脂片的通气孔被制冷包的上表面堵住,以使所述发热包接触不到外界空气。
作为优选,所述黏贴层由可揭除的保护膜覆盖。
作为优选,所述止血消肿型创可贴呈条状,所述发热包设于中部,发热包两侧对称设有一个所述制冷包。
作为优选,所述止血消肿型创可贴呈圆形,所述发热包设于中部,发热包周围环绕设置所述制冷包。
作为优选,所述发热包内的发热材料包括铁粉、蛭石、活性炭、无机盐。
作为优选,所述海绵体的体积大于所述薄膜水囊中的水体体积。
作为优选,所述制冷包的下表面与所述外套的内表面黏合,以使制冷包缩小时,总是向下方收缩,确保制冷包上方与所述弹性树脂片之间留出较大的间隔。
作为优选,所述弹性树脂片表面的通气孔均为锥形孔,且具有如下特点:处于所述发热包一侧的通气孔大口朝内,小口朝外;而处于发热包另一侧的通气孔小口朝外,大口朝外。
本发明的有益效果在于:该止血消肿型创可贴在使用时,直接将外套覆盖在伤口上,使其中央的发热包正对伤口中央;然后手动按压其制冷包,使其内部的薄膜水囊破裂,此后,由于制冷包内部的海绵体的吸水效应,使薄膜水囊流出的水体逐渐被吸入海绵体中,并逐渐溶解均布于海绵体内部的硝酸铵颗粒,由此可以形成较长一段时间的吸热降温效应,以对伤口冷敷的同时,降低对伤口的过冷刺激;而随着薄膜水囊中的水体被海绵体吸干,制冷包的体积明显减小(由硝酸铵颗粒溶解导致),由此,制冷包的上表面与构成外套上表面的弹性树脂片脱离,使外界空气可以通过弹性树脂片表面的通气孔进入到发热包内,使发热包发热而形成热敷效应,以促进伤口皮肤细胞的生长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
实施例一:
在图1、图2所示的实施例一中,该止血消肿型创可贴呈长条状,包括下表面设有黏贴层12的外套1;黏贴层12上正常应当覆盖一层保护膜,使用时揭去保护膜后,直接将外套1贴在伤口上。所述外套1内部的中央设有一个由发热材料填充的、透气面料包裹的发热包2;所述发热包2两侧对称设有由防水层包裹的制冷包3;所述制冷包3内从上至下填充有海绵体31和薄膜水囊32,所述海绵体31内均匀掺入有硝酸铵颗粒;所述外套1的上表面由弹性树脂片11构成,且所述弹性树脂片11覆盖在制冷包3上的区域制有通气孔110;所述薄膜水囊32未破裂时,如图1所示,薄膜水囊32与海绵体31使所述制冷包3处于膨胀状态,此时,所述弹性树脂片11的通气孔110被制冷包3的上表面堵住,以使所述发热包2接触不到外界空气。
上述的止血消肿创可贴,所述发热包2内的发热材料包括铁粉、蛭石、活性炭、无机盐。即普通暖宝宝的材料。所述海绵体31的体积大于所述薄膜水囊32中的水体体积,以使海绵体31可以将薄膜水囊32中流出的水体吸干。所述制冷包3的下表面与所述外套1的内表面黏合,以使制冷包3缩小时,总是向下方收缩,确保制冷包3上方与所述弹性树脂片11之间留出较大的间隔。
上述止血消肿型创可贴在使用时,直接将外套1覆盖在伤口上,使其中央的发热包2正对伤口中央;然后手动按压其制冷包3,使其内部的薄膜水囊32破裂,此后,由于制冷包3内部的海绵体31的吸水效应,使薄膜水囊32流出的水体逐渐被吸入海绵体31中,并逐渐溶解均布于海绵体31内部的硝酸铵颗粒,由此可以形成较长一段时间的吸热降温效应,即可以有效防止水体一下子浇灌到硝酸铵上,形成剧烈溶解吸热现象;从而在对伤口冷敷的同时,降低对伤口的过冷刺激;而随着薄膜水囊32中的水体被海绵体31吸干,制冷包3的体积明显减小,由此,制冷包3的上表面与构成外套上表面的弹性树脂片11脱离,如图2所示,此时外界空气可以通过弹性树脂片11表面的通气孔110进入到发热包2内,使发热包2发热而形成热敷效应,以促进伤口皮肤细胞的生长。
除了以上实施例外,对于所述弹性树脂片11表面的通气孔110,还可以作进一步的优化设计。如,将通气孔110均制成锥形孔,并且处于所述发热包2一侧的通气孔大口朝内,小口朝外;而处于发热包2另一侧的通气孔小口朝外,大口朝外。按照该设计,在热敷状态下时,创可贴状态如图2所示,可知,用手指按压弹性树脂片11上通气孔110小口朝内的一侧时,弹性树脂片该侧所包围的空气向外的气阻较大,而易于穿过发热包2后,从发热包2另一侧的弹性树脂片上的通气孔流出,而放开手指,弹性树脂片11回弹,则空气自动补入弹性树脂片11回弹侧的包围区。由此,在需要提高热敷温度时,只需用手指连续点压弹性树脂片11的一侧,即可加快发热包2内的空气供给,从而增强发热效应。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种止血消肿型创可贴,包括下表面设有黏贴层(12)的外套(1),所述外套(1)内部的中央设有一个由发热材料填充的、透气面料包裹的发热包(2);所述发热包(2)周围设有由防水层包裹的制冷包(3);所述制冷包(3)内从上至下填充有海绵体(31)和薄膜水囊(32),所述海绵体(31)内均匀掺入有硝酸铵颗粒;其特征在于:所述外套(1)的上表面由弹性树脂片(11)构成,且所述弹性树脂片(11)覆盖在制冷包(3)上的区域制有通气孔(110);所述薄膜水囊(32)未破裂时,薄膜水囊(32)与海绵体(31)使所述制冷包(3)处于膨胀状态,此时,所述弹性树脂片(11)的通气孔(110)被制冷包(3)的上表面堵住,以使所述发热包(2)接触不到外界空气;所述制冷包(3)的下表面与所述外套(1)的内表面黏合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的止血消肿型创可贴,其特征在于:所述黏贴层(12)由可揭除的保护膜覆盖。
3.根据权利要求1所述的止血消肿型创可贴,其特征在于:所述止血消肿型创可贴呈条状,所述发热包(2)设于中部,发热包两侧对称设有一个所述制冷包(3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的止血消肿型创可贴,其特征在于:所述止血消肿型创可贴呈圆形,所述发热包(2)设于中部,发热包周围环绕设置所述制冷包(3)。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的止血消肿型创可贴,其特征在于:所述发热包(2)内的发热材料包括铁粉、蛭石、活性炭、无机盐。
6.根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的止血消肿型创可贴,其特征在于:所述海绵体(31)的体积大于所述薄膜水囊(32)中的水体体积。
