Claims (9)
1. A bottle cap storage device for aseptically storing a bottle cap, comprising:
a case (100) provided with a storage chamber, wherein a sterilization device (110) is arranged in the storage chamber to eliminate bacteria in the case (100);
the box cover is arranged on one side wall of the box body (100) and is used for opening and closing the box body (100);
the fixing device comprises a plurality of adsorption ports (310) and a negative pressure adsorption device (320), wherein the adsorption ports (310) are positioned at the top of the storage chamber and are communicated with the negative pressure adsorption device (320) to adsorb and fix the bottle cap by negative pressure;
the mounting seats (331) are positioned at the top of the storage chamber, each mounting seat (331) corresponds to each adsorption port (310), an elastic second switch (500) is arranged on each mounting seat (331), and the second switch (500) can open and close the adsorption port (310);
the second switch (500) is connected with the mounting seat (331) and is positioned on the mounting side of the mounting seat (331) and the bottle cap, and the bottle cap is arranged on the mounting seat (331) and presses the second switch (500) to open and close the adsorption port (310); the bottle cap is separated from the mounting seat (331), the bottle cap does not squeeze the second switch (500), and the second switch (500) closes the adsorption port (310).

The bottle cap storage device according to claim 1, wherein: the case lid includes left cabinet door (210) and right cabinet door (220), left cabinet door (210) right cabinet door (220) all with box (100) are articulated continuous, still include first switch (400), first switch (400) with sterilizing equipment (110) establish ties, and its part series circuit set up in on left cabinet door (210), another part series circuit set up in on right cabinet door (220), and series circuit pass through left cabinet door (210) with right cabinet door (220) open and shut, realize the circuit breaker, or pass through left cabinet door (210) with right cabinet door (220) are closed, realize the intercommunication.

The bottle cap storage device according to claim 2, wherein: the first switch (400) comprises a first guide rod (410) and a second guide rod (420), the first guide rod (410) is arranged on the left cabinet door (210), one end of the first guide rod (410) is located on the attaching side of the left cabinet door (210) and the right cabinet door (220) and is electrically connected with the sterilization device (110), the second guide rod (420) is arranged on the right cabinet door (220), one end of the second guide rod (420) is located on the attaching side of the right cabinet door (220) and the left cabinet door (210) and corresponds to one end of the first guide rod (410) so as to be connected with one end of the first guide rod (410) to form a series loop.

The bottle cap storage device according to claim 1, wherein: the fixing device is further provided with a negative control top plate (330), the negative control top plate (330) is installed at the top of the storage chamber, a negative pressure cavity is arranged in the negative control top plate (330), the adsorption port (310) is arranged on the negative control top plate (330) and located on one side of the negative control top plate (330) facing the inside of the storage chamber, and the negative pressure cavity is communicated with the negative pressure adsorption device (320).

The bottle cap storage device according to claim 1, wherein: the mounting seat (331) is solid, the adsorption port (310) runs through the mounting seat (331) and is arranged, the second switch (500) comprises two extrusion sheets (540) and two elastic pieces (550) which are oppositely arranged, the two extrusion sheets (540) are respectively connected with the mounting seat (331) through the two elastic pieces (550), the two extrusion sheets (540) are respectively arranged on the mounting seat (331) in a sliding mode, and the extrusion sheets (540) are provided with closed ends for opening and closing the adsorption port (310).
8. The bottle cap storage device of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein: the sterilizing device (110) is provided with a plurality of ultraviolet lamps, the ultraviolet lamps are connected in parallel, and each ultraviolet lamp is annularly arranged on the inner peripheral wall of the box body (100).
9. The bottle cap storage device of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein: the bottom of the storage chamber is provided with a waste liquid collecting table (120) for collecting waste liquid dropped from the bottle cap.
