Abstract
The invention provides a vehicle door type safety belt device which comprises a first fixing piece, a second fixing piece, a safety belt accommodating piece, a first locking piece and a second locking piece, wherein the first locking piece is positioned between the safety belt accommodating piece and the second locking piece, one end of the safety belt is fixed in the safety belt accommodating piece, the other end of the safety belt penetrates through the first locking piece and then is fixed on the second locking piece, the first fixing piece is used for fixing the first locking piece and is detachably connected with the first locking piece, and the second fixing piece is used for fixing the second locking piece and is detachably connected with the second locking piece. The safety belt device can respectively fix three points of the traditional three-point safety belt device on the top cover side beam, the threshold beam and the inner side of the seat, solves the problem that the traditional safety belt arrangement cannot be suitable when no B-pillar is designed, and can be recovered to one point or two points under the unlocking state, so that the use mode is more flexible.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of automobile safety, in particular to a safety belt device and a vehicle.
Background
With the development of society, the living standard of people is improved, automobiles become more and more important transportation tools for people to go out, the safety performance of the automobiles becomes more and more the key point of most concern of people, safety belts must be arranged at automobile seats, and drivers and passengers can improve the driving safety by tying safety belts. The safety belt of the prior art is designed, the safety belt assembly is arranged on a B column, a shoulder belt guide ring of the safety belt assembly is fixed above the B column of an automobile, a retractor is fixed below the B column of the automobile, and the safety belt is fastened through a plug-in structure of a lock catch and a lock tongue.
However, the vehicle without the B-pillar has the advantages of wider riding space and less blind dead angle at the side, so that the vehicle is more convenient to use and has an increasing momentum. The vehicle body without the B-pillar brings great difficulty to the arrangement and installation of the safety belt. The conventional design of arranging the seat belt assembly on the B-pillar cannot be directly used for the B-pillar-free vehicle type, so that a new seat belt device is needed to be provided to meet the seat belt configuration requirement of the B-pillar-free vehicle type.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a seat belt apparatus and a vehicle, which solve the problem that the conventional seat belt of the B-pillar-free vehicle body structure cannot be installed.
In order to solve the above problems, the specific technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
in one aspect, the present invention provides a seat belt apparatus including a first fixing member, a second fixing member, a seat belt accommodating member, a first locking member, and a second locking member;
the first locking piece is positioned between the safety belt accommodating piece and the second locking piece, one end of the safety belt is fixed in the safety belt accommodating piece, and the other end of the safety belt penetrates through the first locking piece and then is fixed on the second locking piece;
the first fixing piece is used for fixing the first locking piece and is detachably connected with the first locking piece;
the second fixing piece is used for fixing the second locking piece and is detachably connected with the second locking piece.
Further, the first locking member is movably disposed on the safety harness;
after the first fixing piece is connected with the first locking piece and the second fixing piece is connected with the second locking piece, the first locking piece divides the safety belt into a shoulder belt and a waist belt.
Optionally, the first fixing element and the first locking element are plug-in structures of a lock tongue and a lock catch;
the second fixing piece and the second locking piece are of a plug-in structure of a lock tongue and a lock catch.
Further, the belt container further comprises a locking mechanism for locking the harness when the pulling force exceeds a limit value to limit the pull-out length of the harness.
Preferably, the seat belt receiver is provided on a side sill of a roof panel of a vehicle body.
Preferably, the first fixing member is provided at an end of the seat remote from the door side or the floor structure.
Preferably, the second fixing piece is arranged on a threshold beam inner plate of the side wall of the vehicle body.

Further, after the first locking piece is separated from the first fixing piece, the safety belt accommodating piece recovers part of the safety belt, and the second locking piece connects the rest safety belt between the side sill beam and the top cover side beam of the automobile body.
Further, after the first locking piece and the second locking piece are respectively separated from the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece, the safety belt accommodating piece recovers all the safety belts, and the first locking piece and the second locking piece are suspended outside the safety belt accommodating piece.
By adopting the technical scheme, the safety belt device and the vehicle have the following beneficial effects that:
1. according to the safety belt device, the first fixing part and the first locking part are detachably connected, and the second fixing part and the second locking part are detachably connected, so that the traditional three-point safety belt device can be recovered to one point or two points in an unlocking state, and the use mode is more flexible.

The embodiment provides a safety belt device, is different from the installation of the safety belt on the B-pillar and the threshold beam of the conventional motorcycle type, because this arrangement structure relies on the B-pillar and can't be applied to the vehicle without B-pillar design, therefore, the embodiment provides a safety belt device suitable for the vehicle type without B-pillar, combines fig. 1 ~ 4, and the concrete description is as follows:
the seatbelt apparatus of the present embodiment includes: the safety belt fixing device comprises a first fixing piece 1, a second fixing piece 2, a safety belt 4, a safety belt accommodating piece 3, a first locking piece 10 and a second locking piece 20;
the first locking piece 10 is positioned between the safety belt accommodating piece 3 and the second locking piece 20, one end of the safety belt 4 is fixed in the safety belt accommodating piece 3, and the other end of the safety belt 4 penetrates through the first locking piece 10 and then is fixed on the second locking piece 20;
the first fixing piece 1 is used for fixing the first locking piece 10 and is detachably connected with the first locking piece 10;
the second fixing member 2 is used for fixing the second locking member 20, and is detachably connected to the second locking member 20.
The first locking member 10 is movably disposed on the harness strap 4; after the first fixing member 1 is connected with the first locking member 10 and the second fixing member 2 is connected with the second locking member 20, the first locking member 10 divides the harness 4 into a shoulder strap and a waist strap; wherein the shoulder straps are used for restraining the upper body of the passenger, and the waist straps are used for restraining the waist of the passenger.
In the seat belt use state, the seat belt apparatus of the present embodiment is disposed corresponding to the first fixing point 100, the second fixing point 200, and the third fixing point 300 of the vehicle body structure, and preferably, the first fixing point 100 positions the seat belt 4 on the roof side rail of the vehicle body, the second fixing point 200 fixes the seat belt 4 to the seat inner side, and the third fixing point 300 fixes the seat belt 4 to the rocker beam of the vehicle body side. The first fixing point 100 and the second fixing point 200 of the present embodiment are not arranged depending on the B-pillar structure, so that the problem that the conventional vehicle-type safety belt without a B-pillar cannot be applied can be effectively solved.
As a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, it is possible to arrange that the belt receiver 3 of this embodiment is located on the side sill of the roof panel of the vehicle body, the first attachment 1 is located on the end of the seat remote from the door side or on the floor structure, and the second attachment 2 is located on the rocker inner panel of the side wall of the vehicle body.
It should be noted that, for the comfort, the specific installation position of the belt accommodating part 3 needs to be determined according to the position of the R point of the seat, and the present embodiment is not limited in detail due to the existing vehicle and seat layout differences. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the attachment location of the seat belt to the vehicle body may be adjusted as desired for different vehicle body structure designs.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the first fixing element 1 and the first locking element 10 are plug-in structures of a lock tongue and a lock catch; the second fixing element 2 and the second locking element 20 are plug-in structures of a lock tongue and a lock catch. The first fixing member 1 and the first locking member 10 fix the harness 4 to the end or the floor structure away from the door side; the second fixing member 2 and the second locking member 20 fix the safety belt 4 to the rocker inner panel of the body side.
As an alternative embodiment of the present embodiment, automatic locking devices may be provided in the first fixing unit 1 and the first lock unit 10 and the second fixing unit 2 and the second lock unit 20, and the operation burden on the driver and the passenger may be reduced by the automatic locking devices instead of manual operation.
The seatbelt apparatus of the present embodiment has two unlocked states, and the restraint of the seatbelt on the occupant of the seat can be released in both the unlocked states. The first mode is that only the lock catch at the inner side of the seat is unlocked, in an unlocked state, the safety belt accommodating piece 3 recovers part of the shoulder belt and the waist belt, and the rest safety belt is suspended between the top cover side beam and the threshold beam, so that the self getting-on and getting-off requirements of passengers can be met; the second way is that the inside and outside buckles of the seat are all unfastened, and in the unlocked state, the safety belt accommodating part 3 recovers all the safety belts, thus being matched with the structural design of the vehicle body without the upright post.
As an alternative to this embodiment, the belt receiver 3 is selected from universal retractors, preferably also comprising a locking mechanism for locking the safety belt 4 when the pulling force exceeds a limit value, in order to limit the pulled-out length of the safety belt 4. When the vehicle is impacted by the opposite side opposite to the driver seat, the passenger inclines towards the impact direction due to inertia, the safety belt device of the embodiment can effectively restrain the inertial motion of the driver and the passenger, protect the passenger from impacting hard objects in the vehicle due to too much inclination, and effectively improve the riding safety risk of the passenger.
Example 2
The present embodiment provides a vehicle including the seatbelt apparatus of embodiment 1 on the basis of embodiment 1. Due to the design of the safety belt device, when a passenger unlocks the safety belt, the vehicle of the embodiment can switch the unlocking mode according to the requirement, the first mode is to only unlock the lock catch on the inner side of the seat, and under the unlocking state, the front row personnel can get on or off the vehicle conveniently; the second mode is that the locks on the inner side and the outer side of the seat are unlocked, so that the door opening state of passengers can be ensured, and the arrangement of the safety belts does not influence the passengers on the rear row to get on or off the vehicle.
Specifically describing the first mode of use with reference to fig. 3, the occupant unlocks the seat belt only at the first fixing point 100, that is, unlocks the first locking piece 10 and the first fixing piece 1, and in the vehicle of the present embodiment, after the first locking piece 10 is disengaged from the first fixing piece 1, the seat belt accommodating piece 3 recovers a part of the seat belt 4, and the second locking piece 20 connects the remaining seat belt 4 between the rocker beam and the roof side rail.
Referring to fig. 4, the second mode of use will be described in detail, in which the occupant unlocks the seat belt at the first fixing point 100 and the second fixing point 200, that is, unlocks the first lock member 10 and the first fixing member 1 and the second lock member 20 and the second fixing member 2, respectively. In the vehicle of the embodiment, after the first lock 10 and the second lock 20 are disengaged from the first mount 1 and the second mount 2, respectively, the seat belt housing 3 recovers the entire seat belt 4, and the first lock 10 and the second lock 20 are suspended outside the seat belt housing 3.
It should be noted that, for the design of a vehicle without a B-pillar, in some scenes, when the vehicle door needs to be completely opened, a second unlocking mode is preferred, when a passenger gets off the vehicle, the first fixing point 100 and the second fixing point 200 are unlocked, the safety belt accommodating part 3 completely retracts the safety belt 4, so that the vehicle door space is given out, the arrangement of the safety belt does not influence the passengers in the rear row to get on or off the vehicle, and the loading of large goods is also facilitated.
Preferably, the vehicle of the present embodiment is a B-pillar-free vehicle body structure design.

1. A safety belt device, characterized in that it comprises a first fixing element (1), a second fixing element (2), a safety belt (4), a safety belt accommodating element (3), a first locking element (10), a second locking element (20);
the first locking piece (10) is positioned between the safety belt accommodating piece (3) and the second locking piece (20), one end of the safety belt (4) is fixed in the safety belt accommodating piece (3), and the other end of the safety belt (4) penetrates through the first locking piece (10) and then is fixed on the second locking piece (20);
the first fixing piece (1) is used for fixing the first locking piece (10) and is detachably connected with the first locking piece (10);
the second fixing piece (2) is used for fixing the second locking piece (20) and is detachably connected with the second locking piece (20).
2. A safety-belt arrangement according to claim 1, characterised in that the first locking element (10) is movably arranged on the safety-belt (4);
after the first fixing piece (1) is connected with the first locking piece (10) and the second fixing piece (2) is connected with the second locking piece (20), the safety harness (4) is divided into a shoulder belt and a waist belt by the first locking piece (10).
3. The safety belt device according to claim 1, characterized in that the first fixing member (1) and the first locking member (10) are a tongue and buckle insertion structure;
the second fixing piece (2) and the second locking piece (20) are in a plug-in structure of a lock tongue and a lock catch.
4. The safety belt device according to claim 1, characterized in that the belt receiver (3) further comprises a locking mechanism for locking the safety belt (4) when the pulling force exceeds a limit value, in order to limit the pulled-out length of the safety belt (4).
5. The safety belt device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the belt receiver (3) is arranged on a side rail of the roof panel.
6. A safety-belt arrangement according to claim 5, characterised in that the first fixing (1) is provided on the end of the seat remote from the door side or on the floor structure.
7. The safety belt device as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the second attachment piece (2) is provided on a rocker inner panel of the body side.
8. A vehicle characterized by comprising the seatbelt apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. The vehicle of claim 8, characterized in that the belt receiver (3) recovers a portion of the harness (4) after the first latch (10) is disengaged from the first anchor (1), and the second latch (20) connects the remaining harness (4) between the rocker sill and roof side rail.
10. The vehicle according to claim 8, characterized in that the belt container (3) recovers the entire safety belt (4) after the first and second lock members (10, 20) are disengaged from the first and second fixing members (1, 2), respectively, and the first and second lock members (10, 20) are suspended outside the belt container (3).
