Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textiles, in particular to a production process of a cotton and spandex fabric.
Background
The textile fiber comprises natural fiber and chemical fiber, the natural fiber comprises animal hair fiber, hemp fiber, cotton fiber and the like, wherein the cotton fiber is used as the most applied natural fiber in the textile, has the advantages of comfort, softness, good air permeability, strong hygroscopicity, good heat retention and the like, is close to the skin of a human body, has no adverse reaction such as static electricity and the like, and is extremely excellent textile fiber; however, cotton fibers are not suitable for weaving alone in many cases because of their poor resilience and tendency to shrink. Spandex is a functional fiber with excellent resilience, and the elasticity of the fabric can be greatly improved by adding the spandex raw material into the textile fiber raw material for blending. In the blending process, spandex is generally used as a yarn core, and the outer surface of the spandex is coated with cotton fibers to form fasciated yarn. However, compared with cotton fiber, spandex fiber has poorer dyeability and has larger color difference with cotton fiber. After cloth forming, when the yarn core is elastically deformed by force, the yarn core is easily exposed, and the color difference exists in the sense of the cloth. Meanwhile, because the spandex fiber has high sensitivity to temperature, the situation of elastic force loss can occur at higher temperature, so that the traditional dyeing and setting process is not suitable for the processing process of spandex blended fabrics.

b1, pretreatment: padding the grey cloth by adopting a glacial acetic acid aqueous solution with the concentration of 2g/L, wherein the padding treatment is carried out in a padding machine, the padding temperature is maintained at 70-90 ℃, and the padding allowance is 20%; after padding, drying at 70-80 ℃, wherein the water content is less than or equal to 5 percent after drying;
b2, dyeing: adding a disperse dye solution adjusted by a dispersion machine into a dyeing box, and adding glacial acetic acid to adjust the pH value to 5-6; transferring the grey cloth into a dyeing box for soaking and dyeing, wherein the dyeing temperature is maintained at 80-90 ℃, and the dyeing time is 20-30 min; discharging the disperse dye solution after dyeing is finished; the method comprises the following steps that a dyeing box with a pressure adjusting function is selected as the dyeing box, after a disperse dye solution is discharged, pressure reduction treatment is carried out on the interior of the dyeing box, the pressure reduction amplitude is 1/2-2/3, then ultrasonic treatment is carried out on ultrasonic waves emitted from the interior of the dyeing box through an ultrasonic generator, the ultrasonic frequency is not less than 1.7MHZ, and the ultrasonic treatment time is 5-10 min;
b3, post-treatment: and sequentially carrying out primary washing, color fixing, secondary washing and drying to obtain a finished product.
Preferably, in the step B2, the ultrasonic frequency is 2.5MHZ, and the ultrasonic treatment time is 5 min.
Preferably, in the step a, the cotton yarn thickness is 80 cm, and the spandex yarn thickness is 160 cm.
The beneficial effects of the invention are concentrated and expressed as follows:
1. the coloring performance of the disperse dye on cloth in a low-temperature state (below 100 ℃) can be effectively improved, and the elasticity of spandex yarns is prevented from being damaged in a high-temperature state;
2. can promote the dye to be quickly diffused and attached in the fabric fiber, and greatly reduces the dyeing duration.
Detailed Description
The invention relates to a production process of cotton and spandex fabrics, which adopts cotton yarns and spandex yarns to jointly prepare fasciated yarns, wherein the spandex yarns are used as core yarns, the cotton yarns are used as fasciated yarns, and double-layer fasciated yarns are prepared; the two layers of covering yarns adopt directional spiral to balance the yarn count twist. The double-layer wrapping yarn is made into grey cloth by adopting a warp knitting or weft knitting mode on a knitting machine. In the preparation process of the fasciated yarn, the number of the core yarn is usually about 100-180, and the number of the fasciated yarn is usually about 50-90; for example: when the cotton yarn thickness is 80 cm, the spandex yarn thickness is 160 cm. Of course, in the actual production process, certain adjustment can be performed according to the requirements of the terminal customer.
Compared with the traditional fabric production process, the method has the greatest difference in the control of the dyeing link. Specifically, after the preparation of the grey cloth, the dyeing of the fabric comprises the following steps:
pretreatment: padding the grey cloth by adopting a glacial acetic acid aqueous solution with the concentration of 2g/L, wherein the padding treatment is carried out in a padding machine, the padding temperature is maintained at 70-90 ℃, and the padding allowance is 20%; after padding, drying at 70-80 ℃, wherein the water content is less than or equal to 5 percent after drying; the padding treatment is carried out by adopting glacial acetic acid aqueous solution, which mainly has the main functions of opening the pores of the grey fabric fiber and constructing an acid environment in the grey fabric fiber so as to be beneficial to the subsequent coloring of the disperse dye.
Dyeing: adding a disperse dye solution adjusted by a dispersion machine into a dyeing box, and adding glacial acetic acid to adjust the pH value to 5-6; transferring the grey cloth into a dyeing box for soaking and dyeing, wherein the dyeing temperature is maintained at 80-90 ℃, and the dyeing time is 20-30 min; discharging the disperse dye solution after dyeing is finished; the method comprises the steps of selecting a dyeing box with a pressure adjusting function, carrying out pressure reduction treatment on the interior of the dyeing box after discharging a disperse dye solution, wherein the pressure reduction amplitude is 1/2-2/3, then emitting ultrasonic waves into the interior of the dyeing box through an ultrasonic generator to carry out ultrasonic treatment, wherein the ultrasonic frequency is not less than 1.7MHZ, and the ultrasonic treatment time is 5-10 min.
And (3) post-treatment: and sequentially carrying out primary washing, color fixing, secondary washing and drying to obtain a finished product.
In order to verify the technical effects of the present invention, the present invention will be explained with reference to the following embodiments. In each example, the weaving process of the grey cloth is completely the same, and the preparation of the grey cloth selects the cotton yarn with the thickness of 80 metric counts and the spandex yarn with the thickness of 160 metric counts. The disperse dyes selected are all the same.
The specific difference lies in whether padding is needed, whether pressure reduction and pressure reduction amplitude are needed, ultrasonic frequency and ultrasonic duration and dyeing duration are needed, the color fastness of the product in each case is detected, and the detection standard adopts GB/T3921-1997 (washing fastness), GB/T8427-1998 (light fastness 60h), and GB/T3920-1997 (rubbing fastness) results are shown in the following table.
According to the table, the dyeing process has the advantages that under the condition of achieving the equivalent dyeing performance, compared with the traditional mode, the time is greatly shortened, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
Due to the adoption of the mode of combining the cotton yarn and the spandex yarn, the produced product has the excellent characteristics of softness, skin friendliness, good elasticity and the like, and meanwhile, the whole dyeing process is controlled below 100 ℃, so that the damage of high temperature to the elasticity of the spandex yarn can be effectively avoided.
