Description

Sludge dewatering complexing agent and sludge dewatering method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of sludge treatment, relates to a sludge dewatering complexing agent and a sludge dewatering method, and in particular relates to a sludge deep dewatering complexing agent and a method for dewatering sludge by using the same.
Background
Municipal sludge is a by-product generated in sewage treatment processes. With the emphasis on environmental problems and the increasing awareness of environmental pollution, the number and scale of sewage treatment plants have increased year by year. However, there are problems in that a large amount of municipal surplus sludge is inevitably produced in these sewage treatment processes, and the produced amount also shows a tendency to rapidly increase year by year. Because the surplus sludge is a high-plasticity fluid, the compressibility of the surplus sludge is extremely poor, and if the surplus sludge is directly dehydrated without conditioning, the water content of a sludge cake is still more than 90%, which is not beneficial to the subsequent treatment and recycling of the sludge. Therefore, the sludge must be effectively conditioned before dehydration to improve the dehydration performance of the sludge, so as to improve the dehydration effect of the sludge.
The sludge conditioning methods are generally classified into physical methods, chemical methods and biological methods according to the principle of their actions. In recent years, researchers have researched and developed various framework particles for conditioning sludge to improve the dewatering performance of the sludge, but most of the framework particles need to be combined with chemical conditioning agents to play a better role in dewatering the sludge, and if the framework particles are used alone, the effect is not obvious. CN106746475a discloses a composite polymer sludge dewatering flocculant and a preparation method thereof, wherein the dewatering flocculant is prepared from alkylamine polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, trimethylglycine, tetraethylenepentamine, heavy metal ion trapping agent, lignin sulfonate, polyvinylpyrrolidone, activated carbon, composite polymer ferric sulfate salt and ethyl acetate, and the composite medicament related to the patent application has a plurality of types, is complex in preparation method and large in dosage, and is not suitable for large-scale popularization and application. CN104724897a discloses a sludge dewatering conditioner and a use method thereof, the sludge dewatering conditioner comprises a coagulant, a coagulant aid, an oxidant, an ion exchanger and a surfactant, and the components of the patent application are complex and mainly exist in the form of oxides, so that flocculation and precipitation of Fe and Al ions are difficult to take place.
Therefore, it is desired to provide a dewatering agent which has a simple raw material and high dewatering efficiency and can achieve deep dewatering of sludge.
