Abstract

On the basis of any one of the above embodiments, the electronic contract signing method further includes: sending the file to be verified to a second server so that the second server can verify whether the file to be verified is tampered; and receiving a verification result returned by the second server, wherein the file to be verified comprises the file to be verified and signed.
In this embodiment, the electronic contract signing method further includes verifying whether the document to be signed is falsified. Specifically, the service system sends the file to be verified to the second server, the second server verifies whether the file to be verified is tampered, and the verification result is returned to the service system. By verifying whether the document to be signed is falsified or not, the falsified document to be signed can be identified in time, so that the contract signing safety is improved, and the economic losses of both parties of the contract are avoided.
Further, the electronic contract signing method further comprises the following steps: sending the digital signature to be verified to a second server so that the second server can verify the validity of the digital signature to be verified; and receiving a verification result returned by the second server.
In this embodiment, the electronic contract signing method further includes verifying the validity of the digital signature. Specifically, the service system sends the file to be verified to the second server, the second server verifies whether the digital signature to be verified is valid, and the verification result is returned to the service system. By verifying the validity of the digital signature, the invalid digital signature can be identified in time, and the invalid digital signature is prevented from being used, so that the signing safety is improved, and the economic losses of both parties of the contract are avoided.

step S310: and receiving the scene certificate and the digital signature sent by the second server, and sending the scene certificate, the digital signature and the document to be signed to the service system.
When the electronic contract signing method provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for the second electronic device, the second electronic device and the service system as well as the second electronic device and the second server respectively carry out information transmission. And the second electronic equipment and the second server are introduced in the electronic contract signing process, so that the whole electronic contract signing process is subjected to complete and reliable supervision control, and the whole signing process is safe and reliable.
In the electronic contract signing process, the second electronic equipment scans the identification code displayed by the service system, acquires the service information and generates the service information into a document to be signed, wherein the service information can be the specific content of the contract document to be signed, and the document to be signed can be the contract document in the PDF format. The second electronic device obtains the signature information of the user, that is, the handwritten signature information of the user, generates a document to be signed according to the document to be signed and the signature information, and requests the second server to generate a scene certificate and a digital signature according to the scene information for generating the document to be signed. And after receiving the digital signature sent by the second server, sending the digital signature and the document to be signed to the service system together. Typically, the second server is a beijing digital certificate authority (abbreviated as CA center).
In the electronic contract signing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the document to be signed generates the document to be signed after the user carries out hand-written signature, and then the digital signature is carried out according to the digital signature information sent by the second server, so that an unauthorized user can not freely modify the information stored in the document, and the security of the document to be signed is ensured.
In one embodiment, the scene information: including time, location, equipment information, identity information of the applicant and the insured life, typically including the name and identification number of the applicant and the insured life.
Example five:
on the basis of the fourth embodiment, the fifth embodiment provides an electronic contract signing method, further limited to the step of acquiring the signature information, further comprising: acquiring identity information indicated by the service information, and verifying the identity information; and executing the step of acquiring the signature information based on the result of successful authentication of the identity information. As shown in fig. 4, the electronic contract signing method includes:
step S402: acquiring service information according to the identification code generated by the service system, and generating a document to be signed from the service information;
step S404: acquiring identity information indicated by the service information, and verifying the identity information;
step S406: executing the step of obtaining the signature information based on the result of successful authentication of the identity information;
step S408: acquiring signature information;
step S410: generating a document to be signed according to the document to be signed and the signature information;
step S412: requesting a second server to generate a scene certificate and a digital signature according to scene information for generating a document to be signed;
step S414: and receiving the scene information and the digital signature sent by the second server, and sending the scene information, the digital signature and the document to be signed to the service system.
In this embodiment, before acquiring the signature information, the second electronic device needs to authenticate the identity information of the user to ensure that the signature information is valid and that a subsequent application of a scene certificate is performed. And acquiring the identity information indicated by the service information, and verifying the identity information of the user, thereby ensuring that the identity information of the user is consistent with the identity information indicated by the service information. And after the identity information is successfully verified, executing the step S408 of acquiring the signature information, and if the identity information is not successfully verified, indicating that the input identity information does not conform to the identity information indicated by the service information, and needing to check the identity information of the user, thereby improving the security of contract signing. Specifically, the type of the identity information may be a fingerprint, or may be a voice.
Example six:
on the basis of the fourth embodiment, a sixth embodiment provides an electronic contract signing method, further defining the step of requesting a second server to generate a scene certificate and a digital signature according to scene information for generating a document to be signed, and specifically including: acquiring scene information for generating a document to be signed; calculating a first hash value according to the document to be signed, the signature information, the identity information and the scene information; and sending the first hash value, the scene information and the identity information to a second server so that the second server can generate a scene certificate and a digital signature.
As shown in fig. 5, the electronic contract signing method includes:
step S502: acquiring service information according to the identification code generated by the service system, and generating a document to be signed from the service information;
step S504: acquiring identity information indicated by the service information, and verifying the identity information;
step S506: executing the step of obtaining the signature information based on the result of successful authentication of the identity information;
step S508: acquiring signature information;
step S510: generating a document to be signed according to the document to be signed and the signature information;
step S512: acquiring scene information for generating a document to be signed;
step S514: calculating a first hash value according to the document to be signed, the signature information, the identity information and the scene information;
step S516: sending the first hash value, the scene information and the identity information to a second server so that the second server can generate a scene certificate and a digital signature;
step S518: and receiving the scene certificate and the digital signature sent by the second server, and sending the scene certificate, the digital signature and the document to be signed to the first electronic equipment.
In the embodiment, the scene information for generating the document to be signed is acquired, the first hash value is calculated according to the document to be signed, the signature information, the identity information and the scene information, and the first hash value, the scene information and the identity information are sent to the second server so that the second server can generate the scene certificate and the digital signature. The second server generates a scene certificate and a digital signature, and feeds the scene certificate and the digital signature back to the second electronic equipment, and after receiving the scene certificate and the digital signature sent by the second server, the second electronic equipment sends the scene certificate, the digital signature and the document to be signed to the service system together, so that the service system synthesizes the signed document and stores the signed document and the scene certificate. And calculating a first hash value according to the document to be signed, the signature information, the identity information and the scene information, so that a plaintext cannot be reversely deduced, and the occurrence of conflict can be avoided. And sending the first hash value to a second server for generating a scene certificate so as to verify whether the contract to be signed is tampered and the validity of the digital signature later, thereby improving the security of the document to be signed and the digital signature.
Specifically, the scene certificate is a certificate issued to a business scene, and after identity information verification is completed, a disposable CA certificate dedicated to the business transaction scene is issued to a user when a business is handled, and the CA certificate represents a digital certificate issued by a CA center. Under the scene of electronic contract signing, the contract document is digitally signed according to the issued scene certificate, and the reliable electronic signature has the legal effectiveness equal to that of a handwritten signature or a seal according to an electronic signature method.
In the current common application, the whole process of application, issuance and application of the scene certificate is transparent to the user, is obtained in a non-visible way, has no external supervision and no user supervision, and can cause the situation of misuse of the scene certificate, thereby causing economic loss of the user and bringing adverse effects to the reputation of the agent. By introducing the second electronic device and the second server, the CA center is used as a trusted and neutral third party, the scene certificate management service is provided in a manner that the second electronic device is directly connected with the CA center, the application process of the scene certificate, the calculation process of the hash value of the document to be signed and the calculation process of the hash value of the scene certificate are carried out on the mobile device of the user, the scene certificate is ensured not to be abused and embezzled, the issuing process of the scene certificate and the calculation process of the digital signature are carried out in the CA center, the safety and authority of the digital signature are ensured, the complete and reliable supervision control of the application, issuing and application processes of the scene certificate is realized, and the electronic contract signing process is safe and reliable.
Example seven:
an embodiment seventh provides an electronic contract signing method for a second server, as shown in fig. 6, the electronic contract signing method including:
step S602: acquiring a first hash value, scene information and identity information sent by second electronic equipment;
step S604: generating a pair of keys according to the first hash value, the scene information and the identity information;
step S606: generating a scene certificate according to a public key and scene information in a pair of secret keys;
step S608: generating a digital signature according to a private key in a pair of keys;
step S610: and sending the digital signature and the scene certificate to the second electronic equipment.
When the electronic contract signing method provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for the second server, information transmission is carried out between the second server and the second electronic equipment. And a second server is introduced in the electronic contract signing process to carry out complete and reliable supervision control on the whole electronic contract signing process, so that the whole signing process is safe and reliable.
In the electronic contract signing process, the second server acquires a first hash value, scene information and identity information sent by the second electronic equipment, generates a pair of keys, and generates a scene certificate according to a public key and the scene information in the pair of keys; and generating a digital signature according to a private key in the pair of keys, sending the scene certificate and the digital signature to the second electronic equipment, and sending the digital signature and the signature to be signed to the service system by the second electronic equipment so that the service system synthesizes the signed document and stores the signed document. Typically, the second server is a beijing digital certificate authority (abbreviated as CA center).
In one embodiment, the pair of keys are two numeric fields.
Example eight:
on the basis of the seventh embodiment, the eighth embodiment provides an electronic contract signing method, further comprising, after the step of further limiting generation of the digital signature according to the private key of the pair of keys: and deleting the private key based on a successful result generated by the digital signature.
In this embodiment, after the second generation of the digital signature is successful, in order to ensure the security and authority of the digital signature, the private key in the digital signature is destroyed, and then the scene certificate and the digital signature are sent to the second electronic device, and the subsequent user and the agent can verify the signed document through the public key.
Further, the electronic contract signing method further comprises the following steps: acquiring a file to be verified sent by a service system; calculating a second hash value according to the file to be verified, the signature information corresponding to the file to be verified, the scene information corresponding to the file to be verified and the identity information corresponding to the file to be verified; and determining whether the file to be verified is tampered or not based on the relation between the second hash value and the first hash value, wherein the file to be verified comprises the file to be verified and signed.
In this embodiment, the electronic contract signing method further includes verifying whether the document to be signed is falsified. Specifically, a file to be verified sent by the service system is obtained, a second hash value is calculated according to the file to be verified, signature information corresponding to the file to be verified, scene information corresponding to the file to be verified and identity information corresponding to the file to be verified, if the second hash value is the same as the second hash value, the file to be verified is the same as the original file to be signed, otherwise, the file to be verified is different. By verifying whether the document to be signed is falsified or not, the falsified document to be signed can be identified in time, so that the contract signing safety is improved, and the economic losses of both parties of the contract are avoided.
Further, in this embodiment, the electronic contract signing method further includes: acquiring a digital signature to be verified, which is sent by a service system; calculating a scene certificate corresponding to the digital signature to be verified, the digital signature to be verified and a first hash value corresponding to the digital signature to be verified according to a preset rule; and determining the validity of the digital signature to be verified based on the operation result.
In this embodiment, the electronic contract signing method further includes verifying the validity of the digital signature. Specifically, a digital signature to be verified sent by the service system is obtained, a scene certificate corresponding to the digital signature to be verified, the digital signature to be verified and a first hash value corresponding to the digital signature to be verified are operated according to a preset rule, if the operation result is self consistent, the digital signature is valid, otherwise, the operation result is an invalid signature. By verifying the validity of the digital signature, the invalid digital signature can be identified in time, and the invalid digital signature is prevented from being used, so that the signing safety is improved, and the economic losses of both parties of the contract are avoided.
Example nine:
as shown in fig. 7, the ninth embodiment provides an electronic contract signing system 700, including: a first electronic device 702, the first electronic device 702 comprising: a first memory and a first processor, wherein the first memory stores a program or an instruction, and the first processor executes the program or the instruction to implement the steps of the electronic contract signing method according to the first embodiment or the second embodiment, so that the method has all the beneficial technical effects of the electronic contract signing method according to the first embodiment or the second embodiment, and further description is omitted herein; a second electronic device 704, the second electronic device 704 comprising: a second memory and a second processor, wherein the second memory stores a program or an instruction, and the second processor executes the program or the instruction to implement the steps of the electronic contract signing method according to any one of the third to sixth embodiments, so that the method has all the advantages of the electronic contract signing method according to any one of the third to sixth embodiments, and details are not repeated herein; the second server 706 includes: a third memory and a third processor, where the third memory stores a program or an instruction, and the third processor executes the program or the instruction to implement the steps of the electronic contract signing method according to the seventh embodiment or the eighth embodiment, so that the method has all the advantages of the electronic contract signing method according to the seventh embodiment or the eighth embodiment, and details are not described herein.

Step S828: receiving a scene certificate and a digital signature sent by a second server, and sending the scene certificate, the digital signature and a document to be signed to a service system;

In the process of signing an electronic contract, after a user and an agent finish early-stage business processing on mobile equipment of the agent, the mobile equipment of the agent displays an identification code and prepares to enter a user handwriting and signing link; the user scans codes by using the own mobile equipment, skips the WeChat small program and carries out user identity authentication; after the identity authentication is passed, displaying a contract document on mobile equipment of the user, and performing handwriting signature after ensuring that the user completely reads to form a document to be signed; the small program applies for and obtains a scene certificate from a CA center, and then submits the hash value of the document to be signed, the hash value of the scene certificate and the identity information to a service interface provided by the CA center; the service interface of the CA center calculates the digital signature, and destroys the private key before returning to the WeChat applet of the user to ensure the safety; the WeChat small program provides the digital signature returned by the CA center and the document to be signed to the mobile equipment of the agent, and completes the digital signature synthesis and the filing storage of the document.
The electronic contract signing method provided by the embodiment of the invention combines the mobile equipment of the agent and the mobile equipment of the user to jointly complete the mobile signing service, and the mobile signing service is completed in a code scanning skip mode, so that the user experience flow is natural and smooth.

1. An electronic contract signing method for a service system, the electronic contract signing method comprising:
acquiring service information, and generating and displaying an identification code according to the service information so that the second electronic equipment can return a digital signature, a document to be signed and a scene certificate according to the service information;
and synthesizing the digital signature and the document to be signed into a signed document, and storing the signed document and the scene certificate.
2. The electronic contract signing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
deleting the identification code based on the signed document being stored.
3. The electronic contract signing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
sending a file to be verified to a second server so that the second server can verify whether the file to be verified is tampered;
receiving the verification result returned by the second server,
and the file to be verified comprises the file to be verified and signed.
4. The electronic contract signing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
sending the digital signature to be verified to a second server so that the second server can verify the validity of the digital signature to be verified;
and receiving a verification result returned by the second server.
5. An electronic contract signing method for a second electronic device, the electronic contract signing method comprising:
acquiring service information according to an identification code generated by a service system, and generating a document to be signed by the service information;
acquiring signature information;
generating a document to be signed according to the document to be signed and the signature information;
requesting a second server to generate a scene certificate and a digital signature according to the scene information for generating the document to be signed;
and receiving the scene certificate and the digital signature sent by the second server, and sending the scene certificate, the digital signature and the document to be signed to the service system.
6. The electronic contract signing method of claim 5, further comprising, before said step of obtaining signature information:
acquiring identity information indicated by the service information, and verifying the identity information;
and executing the step of acquiring the signature information based on the result of successful authentication of the identity information.
7. The electronic contract signing method according to claim 6, wherein the step of requesting the second server to generate a scene certificate and a digital signature according to the scene information for generating the document to be signed specifically comprises:
acquiring scene information for generating the document to be signed;
calculating a first hash value according to the document to be signed, the signature information, the identity information and the scene information;
and sending the first hash value, the scene information and the identity information to the second server so that the second server can generate a scene certificate and a digital signature.
8. An electronic contract signing method for a second server, the electronic contract signing method comprising:
acquiring a first hash value, scene information and identity information sent by second electronic equipment;
generating a pair of keys according to the first hash value, the scene information and the identity information;
generating a scene certificate according to a public key in the pair of keys and the scene information;
generating a digital signature according to a private key in the pair of keys;
and sending the digital signature and the scene certificate to the second electronic equipment.
9. An electronic contract signing system, comprising:
a first electronic device, the first electronic device comprising: a first memory storing a program or instructions and a first processor executing the program or instructions to implement the steps of the electronic contract signing method according to any one of claims 1 to 4;
a second electronic device, the second electronic device comprising: a second memory storing a program or instructions and a second processor executing the program or instructions to implement the steps of the electronic contract method according to any one of claims 5 to 7;
a second server, the second server comprising: a third memory storing a program or instructions, and a third processor executing the program or instructions to implement the steps of the electronic contract signing method according to claim 8.
10. A readable storage medium on which a program or instructions are stored, the program or instructions, when executed by a processor, implementing the steps of the electronic contract signing method according to any one of claims 1 to 4; or the program or instructions when executed by a processor implement the steps of the electronic contract method according to any one of claims 5 to 7; or which program or instructions, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the electronic contract signing method according to claim 8.
