the adjusting mechanism (5) comprises a moving block (51), a fixed block (52), a first spring (53), an adjusting block (54), a movable groove (55), a clamping groove (56), a limiting block (57), a connecting rod (58), a clamping block (59), an adjusting groove (591) and a limiting groove (592), wherein the adjusting groove (591) is formed in the outer surface of the front end of the tray main body (41) close to the middle position, a plurality of limiting grooves (592) are formed in the position, away from the lower end, of the upper end of the adjusting groove (591) at equal intervals, a connecting rod (58) is movably connected to the inside of the adjusting groove (591), the adjusting block (54) is arranged outside the connecting rod (58), the movable groove (55) is formed in the position, close to the middle, of the outer surface of the rear end of the adjusting block (54), and the limiting block (57) is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the rear end of the adjusting block (54).

6. A method of using an AOI optical inspection device for an LCD liquid crystal display according to claim 1, the method comprising the steps of:
