Referring to fig. 4, a fourth embodiment of the stretchable display according to the present invention is shown in the structure diagram. As shown in fig. 4, the stretchable display of the present invention comprises a substrate 10B, a plurality of first electronic components 20, a plurality of bridges 30B and a plurality of grooves GR, and the configuration is similar to that of the second embodiment, and the description of the similarities will not be repeated herein, but the fourth embodiment of the present invention is different from the second embodiment, and the differences are: the second surface S2 includes an auxiliary area AR, and the present invention further includes a second electronic component 40, where the second electronic component 40 is disposed in the auxiliary area AR; the plurality of first electronic components 20 are distributed in a plurality of accommodating areas AS, a single accommodating area AS accommodates a plurality of first electronic components 20, grooves GR are formed between the accommodating areas AS, and a plurality of bridging members 30B are respectively disposed between the first electronic components 20 in the same accommodating area AS. Among them, the fourth embodiment has similarities with the third embodiment in that it is: when viewed from the second surface S2 of the substrate 10A toward the first surface S1, the auxiliary area AR partially overlaps the positions of the plurality of first electronic components 20, the plurality of first electronic components 20 are located around the second electronic component 40, the plurality of first electronic components 20 are respectively coupled to the second electronic component 40 through the through holes TH, and the electrical relationship and electronic signal transmission between the second electronic component 40 and the first electronic component 20 are similar to those of the third embodiment, and will not be repeated herein. On the contrary, the fourth embodiment is different from the third embodiment in that: the substrate 10B has a plurality of grooves GR on the first surface S1, each groove GR and each bridge 30B are correspondingly disposed, the substrate 10B has a plurality of GAPs GAP on the second surface S2, the grooves GR and the GAPs GAP are separately disposed, the position of each groove GR projected on the second surface S2 is different from the position of each GAP, the position of each groove GR projected on the second surface S2 is located between the positions of two GAPs GAP, the plurality of bridges 30B are used for coupling the two first electronic components 20 in different accommodation areas AS with each other, the position of each second electronic component 40 is different from the position of each bridge 30B, and the position of the second electronic component 40 disposed on the second surface S2 is determined.
Referring to fig. 5A and 5B, a side view of a fifth embodiment of the stretchable display of the present invention and a structure diagram of the fifth embodiment of the stretchable display of the present invention are shown. As shown in fig. 5, the stretchable display of the present invention comprises a substrate 10B, a plurality of first electronic components 20, a plurality of bridges 30B, a plurality of grooves GR, a plurality of GAPs GAP and an auxiliary area AR, and the configuration is similar to that of the fourth embodiment, and the similarities will not be described again, but the fifth embodiment of the present invention is different from the fourth embodiment, and the differences are: the number of the second electronic elements 40 is plural, the number of the second electronic elements 40 is smaller than the number of the first electronic elements 20, the second electronic elements 40 are electrically connected with each other, and the position of each second electronic element 40 projected on the first surface S1 is staggered with the position of each first electronic element 20, that is, the position of each second electronic element 40 projected on the first surface S1 is partially overlapped with the position of each first electronic element 20; in addition, due to the arrangement of the plurality of second electronic components 40 and the modification of the positions of the plurality of grooves GR and the plurality of GAPs GAP for coupling the first electronic components 20 to the second electronic components 40, specifically, the GAPs GAP are formed around the auxiliary area AR, there is no groove GR between the portions of the first electronic components 20 located under the second electronic components 40, and the first electronic components 20 located under the second electronic components 40 are directly electrically connected to the second electronic components 40 through the through holes TH without the bridge 30B. Similarly, each second electronic component 40 is coupled to the plurality of first electronic components 20 of the adjacent second electronic components 40 through the through holes TH, so that each second electronic component 40 can operate according to the electronic signal. However, the number of the second electronic components 40 is 9 as shown in fig. 5B, and the number of the first electronic components 20 is 36, but the numbers of the first electronic components 20 and the second electronic components 40 can be adjusted according to the actual configuration of the stretchable display, and the invention is not limited to the stated scope of the invention.
The stress corresponding to the auxiliary area AR is larger than the stress corresponding to the auxiliary area AR, the strain amount (strain) corresponding to the auxiliary area AR is larger than 5%, and the strain amount corresponding to the auxiliary area AR is smaller than 5%. The strain amount here is a change amount of the present invention in the principal axis of strain caused by applying stress in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction of the present invention, and is a change amount of the shape of strain. According to the above, the strain amount corresponding to the auxiliary area AR is larger, and the strain amount corresponding to the auxiliary area AR is smaller, so that the stretchable display of the present invention causes the adjacent first electronic components 20 to be stretched at a distance therebetween during stretching, which may cause the resolution of the area where the first electronic components 20 are located to be reduced, the first electronic components 20 and the second electronic components 40 should be disposed in the auxiliary area AR, the first electronic components 20 should be disposed outside the auxiliary area AR, and the problem of resolution reduction is improved by disposing the first electronic components 20 and the second electronic components 40 in the auxiliary area AR; by the above mechanism, the resolution of the stretchable display of the present invention is significantly increased to meet the current high resolution requirement.
As described above, in the stretchable display of the present invention, the plurality of bridge members 30A or 30B are disposed on the second surface S2 of the substrate 10A or 10B, and the plurality of first electronic components 20 are disposed on the first surface S1 of the substrate 10A or 10B, so that the bridge members 30A or 30B and the first electronic components 20 are located on different planes, thereby increasing the wiring space of the display and improving the tensile strength of the display.
The foregoing is by way of example only and is not intended as limiting. Any equivalent modifications or alterations to the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention are intended to be included in the claims.
