when the pipe fitting passes through the cleaning and air-drying component between the second vertical plate 4 and the fourth vertical plate 6, washing water is connected into the pipe fitting through a water inlet pipe 36 by external water supply equipment, the washing water is sprayed out through a pressurizing spray head 38 at the bottom of a spraying and washing pipe 37 to wash the pipe fitting at high pressure, dust and scraps caused by production, processing and cutting processes are washed clean, pressurized air is connected into the pipe fitting through an air inlet pipe 39 by the external air pressurizing equipment, the pressurized air is discharged through an air outlet pipe 41 at the bottom of an air drying pipe 40 to quickly air-dry the cleaned pipe fitting, the next processing stage is facilitated, and waste water remained in the cleaning and air-drying processes is discharged into external sewage treatment equipment through corresponding water discharge pipes 42;
the supporting plate 8 is provided with a clamping structure convenient to mount, the supporting plate 8 has multiple specifications, the only difference of the supporting plates 8 with different specifications is that through holes with different sizes for adapting to pipe fittings with different outer diameters are formed in the supporting plate 8, and before the equipment is started, the supporting plates 8 with the same specification and matched with the outer diameters of the pipe fittings need to be replaced and mounted in advance;
the distance between the L-shaped supporting block 25 and the fourth vertical plate 6 can be measured in real time by the movable distance measuring assembly through the distance sensor, the length from the fourth vertical plate 6 to the reset initial position of the movable cutting assembly is fixed, when the cutting length of the target pipe fitting is changed as required, the reset initial position of the movable distance measuring assembly can be set through an external operation panel, the distance from the L-shaped supporting block 25 to the fourth vertical plate 6 is changed, and the purpose of modifying the cutting length of the target pipe fitting is achieved;
the buffer 44 matched with the movable cutting assembly is arranged, so that when the movable cutting assembly is reset, impact is relieved, and the first flexible magnet 45 and the second flexible magnet 46 are attracted and attached to each other, the reset position of the movable cutting assembly is accurate, and the stability of continuous work is ensured;
the distance between the first vertical plate 3 and the second vertical plate 4 is a safe distance larger than the moving distance when the movable cutting assembly completes the quick cutting, and a small amount of scraps generated by the cutting are transported to an external waste recycling device through a waste transport plate 43.
However, as is well known to those skilled in the art, the working principles and wiring methods of the industrial jaw 11, the electric chain saw 15, the first hub motor 16, the second hub motor 21, the distance sensor 27, the third hub motor 29, and the buffer 44 are common and are conventional means or common knowledge, and will not be described herein, and those skilled in the art can make any choice according to their needs or convenience.

the movable distance measuring assembly comprises a second movable table (24) which is sleeved on the outer walls of two second sliding rods (23) in a sliding mode, wherein an L-shaped supporting block (25) is fixedly connected to the top of the second movable table (24), one side, close to a fourth vertical plate (6), of the L-shaped supporting block (25) is fixedly connected with a bowl-shaped supporting tube (26) and a distance sensor (27), two second supporting rods (28) are fixedly connected to one side, far away from a guide conveying plate (32), of the second movable table (24), the other ends of the two second supporting rods (28) are provided with a same third hub motor (29), two ends of a fixed shaft of the third hub motor (29) are fixedly connected with one ends of the two second supporting rods (28) respectively, and a second rubber ring (30) is fixedly sleeved on the outer ring of the third hub motor (29).

The device capable of cleaning and cutting off the processed pipe fitting is characterized in that the cleaning and air-drying assembly comprises a washing pipe (37) and an air-drying pipe (40) which fixedly penetrate through the inner wall of one side of the U-shaped box (1), the washing pipe (37) is located between a second vertical plate (4) and a third vertical plate (5), the air-drying pipe (40) is located between the third vertical plate (5) and a fourth vertical plate (6), a pressurizing sprayer (38) is arranged at the bottom of the washing pipe (37), an air outlet pipe (41) is arranged at the bottom of the air-drying pipe (40), a water inlet pipe (36) is fixedly communicated with one end, located outside the U-shaped box (1), of the washing pipe (37) and one end, located outside the U-shaped box (1), of the air-drying pipe (37) is fixedly communicated with a water outlet pipe (42) which is fixedly communicated with the lower portion of the air-washing pipe (37) and the lower portion of the air-drying pipe (40).

6. An integrated apparatus for cleaning and cutting off a pipe to be processed according to claim 1, wherein a scrap conveyor (43) is inserted between the first vertical plate (3) and the second vertical plate (4) at one side of the U-shaped box (1).

The integrated device for cleaning and cutting off the processed pipe fitting according to claim 1, wherein a first sliding groove (34) matched with the first rubber ring (22) and a second sliding groove (35) matched with the second rubber ring (30) are respectively formed in one side of the U-shaped box (1).
