4. and when the concentration of hydrogen peroxide gas in the sterilization box 1 is less than C, repeating the steps 2-3 until the sterilization time reaches the preset sterilization time, vacuumizing the sterilization box 1 by the vacuumizing mechanism 3 until the pressure in the sterilization box 1 is 20-80 pa, treating the gas pumped out by the vacuumizing mechanism 3 by the residual hydrogen peroxide treatment mechanism 4, discharging, filling sterile air into the sterilization box 1, completing sterilization, and taking out the sterilized articles in the basket 14.
In conclusion, the sterilization device disclosed by the invention is good in sterilization effect, environment-friendly, high in safety performance and suitable for popularization and application; adopt hydrogen peroxide as disinfectant, have broad-spectrum disinfection and sterilization effect, the hydrogen peroxide after the vaporization can evenly distributed in sterilization case 1, reaches the effect at no sterilization dead angle, degrades through remaining hydrogen peroxide in 4 sterilization case 1 of hydrogen peroxide processing mechanism of remaining after disinfection and sterilization are accomplished, through evacuation mechanism 3 and remaining hydrogen peroxide processing mechanism 4, has realized that the hydrogen peroxide in the sterilization case 1 remains to be zero.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
