Description
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to a human nail ornament, in particular to a nail ornament which can be quickly assembled, disassembled and replaced with false nails of different shapes, has no damage to human nails and no pollution and is convenient to replace.
[ background of the invention ]
It is known that fingernails are one of the important parts for showing the personality and charm of women, and also one of the key beauty parts of women. More and more women currently beautify the hands by dying or making artificial nails. However, existing methods of making false nails are time consuming, labor intensive, and costly. When a woman does a nail, the surface of the nail is filed with a tool or ground with an electric tool, and the process inevitably damages the nail. After the nail is sanded, a commercially available artificial nail is attached to the sanded nail surface with a double-sided tape or other adhesive. Another method is to apply the nail polish to the surface in one pass until the desired shape is achieved, so that the false nail is cured on the real nail surface, which process often lasts for several hours. The false nail made in this way can only be used once, if the shape is changed, the original false nail must be removed by soaking in a solvent, and the process can also cause corrosion damage to the real nail and the adjacent muscle tissue. Because the traditional method for making false nails has obvious defects, the development of the nail ornament which has no harm to the human nails and is quick and convenient to replace becomes an objective demand.

Example 1
As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the artificial nail 10 is a nail decoration which is a sheet-like body matching the shape of a human real nail and has a length greater than that of the real nail, and can be customized. In this embodiment, the artificial nail 10 is a non-magnetic artificial nail, and the non-magnetic artificial nail 10 may be formed by injection molding of non-magnetic materials such as plastic, celluloid, elastic nylon, hawksbill, and the like, or may be formed by printing with a 3D printer. The non-magnetic artificial nail 10 is connected to a human real nail 40 through a first magnetic connector 20 and a second magnetic connector 30. The artificial nail 10 is provided with two through holes 11, which are penetrated from one side to the other side of the artificial nail 10 for penetrating the first magnetic connecting piece 20. In this embodiment, an annular step 12 having a diameter larger than that of the through hole 11 is provided at the upper end of the through hole 11 for mounting the packing 21.
As shown in FIG. 2, the first magnetic connecting member 20 is a cylindrical or plate-shaped member, which may be a cylinder or a polygonal cylindrical member, and has an outer diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the through hole 11 of the artificial nail, and can be inserted into or removed from the through hole 11. This first magnetism connecting piece 20 is the strong magnet, and it can be by sintering neodymium iron boron, sintering samarium cobalt, sintering ferrite, bonding neodymium iron boron, bonding samarium cobalt, bonding samarium iron nitrogen, the neodymium iron boron of moulding plastics, the samarium cobalt of moulding plastics or mould plastics at least indisputable arbitrary kind of making of moulding plastics. In this embodiment, the first magnetic connecting member 20 is preferably made of sintered neodymium iron boron. In this embodiment, in order to enhance the decoration, a decoration 50 is provided on the top of the first magnetic connecting element 20, and the decoration 50 may be a diamond, a plant or an animal, and the like, and the decoration 50 may be embedded in the top of the first magnetic connecting element 20 and may be removed for replacement.
As shown in fig. 2, the second magnetic connecting member 30 is a magnetizer, which is matched with the shape of the surface of the real nail of the human. The film can be made of a thin iron sheet with the thickness of 0.05mm or a film with the thickness of 0.03mm, the film contains magnetic substances such as ferrite, samarium-iron-nitrogen or neodymium-iron-boron, and the content of the magnetic components in the film is 60 percent. The second magnetic connecting piece is adhered and fixed on the surface of the real nail. In other embodiments, the coating may also be formed by applying a coating containing a high-component magnetically permeable powder to the nail.
As shown in fig. 1, the two first magnetic connectors 20 are inserted into the two through holes 11 of the artificial nail and pressed by a pressing washer 21, the pressing washer 21 is made of plastic, silicon, etc., is mounted at the annular step 12 of the through hole 11 and is tightly sleeved on the upper end of the first magnetic connector 20, and is used for applying pressure to the first magnetic connector 20, so that the artificial nail 10 can be stably combined on the real nail 40. In other embodiments, the first magnetic connector 20 can be embedded in the non-magnetic artificial nail 10 at the side of the second magnetic connector 30. The lower end of the first magnetic connector 20 is in contact with the second magnetic connector 30, and the first magnetic connector 20 is a strong magnet and the second magnetic connector 30 is a magnetizer, so that a magnetic loop is formed in the second magnetic connector 30, when the first magnetic connector 20 is in contact with the second magnetic connector 30, the artificial nail 10 is detachably connected to the surface of the real nail of a person through magnetic force, and the first magnetic connector 20 is removed from the through hole 11, so that the artificial nail 10 can be detached and replaced.

The second magnetic coupling 30 is the same as in embodiment 1. Since the artificial nail 10 is magnetic, the second magnetic connecting member 30 is a magnetizer, so that when the artificial nail 10 is attached to the surface of the second magnetic connecting member 30, a magnetic loop is formed in the second magnetic connecting member 30, so that the magnetic artificial nail 10 and the second magnetic connecting member 30 are detachably connected to the surface of the real nail of the person by magnetic force, and the artificial nail 10 can be removed and replaced by removing the magnetic artificial nail 10 from the surface of the real nail of the person.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in the present embodiment, the artificial nail 10 is a non-magnetic artificial nail. A layer of permanent magnetic film 13 is arranged on the inner side of the non-magnetic artificial nail, namely the connecting side of the non-magnetic artificial nail and the second magnetic connecting piece 30, the thickness of the permanent magnetic film 13 is 0.05mm, the permanent magnetic film can be adhered to the inner side of the non-magnetic artificial nail, and then the permanent magnetic film 13 is subjected to multi-pole magnetization. Because the artificial nail 10 with the permanent magnetic film 13 has magnetism and the second magnetic connecting piece 30 is a magnetizer, when the artificial nail 10 is attached to the surface of the second magnetic connecting piece 30, a magnetic loop is formed in the second magnetic connecting piece 30, so that the artificial nail 10 and the second magnetic connecting piece 30 can be directly attracted to the surface of the real nail of a person through magnetic force.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above embodiments, the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and modifications, substitutions and the like of the above members are intended to fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
