技术领域
本发明属于内衣制作技术领域,具体涉及一种热压成型内衣的制作工艺。
背景技术
内衣是每个女性的亲肤贴身衣物,主要用于遮蔽和支撑乳房,传统的内衣大多是对布料进行裁剪,然后将裁剪得到的各部位采用缝纫方式进行缝合,但传统的缝纫缝合工艺,由于采用缝纫针线而存在影响美观的缝合线,同时缝纫时缝合处产生的缝合骨会摩擦穿戴者的皮肤,容易引起肌肤的磨损,降低了内衣的穿戴舒适性;现有一些内衣是在布料内进行点胶工艺处理,再通过热压将上下两层布料直接固定,省去了缝纫缝合的工序,极大的提高了生产效率,但其随着使用时间的增加,本身的弹性走下坡路,多次水洗后,容易变形,稳定性十分差劲,而传统的缝纫式成本过高,不利于文胸内衣行业的发展;并且,虽然热压成型可以进一步提高内衣文胸的制备效率,但其无法很好的在制备的同时,提高内衣文胸的美感,单调的内衣形式容易使消费者厌倦,加工后对其再进行单独装饰又增加了工艺的复杂性,降低了出货效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种结构简单,设计合理的热压成型内衣的制作工艺。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种热压成型内衣的制作工艺,内衣包括胸罩主体,所述胸罩主体包括外布料层、内布料层以及稳定层,所述稳定层位于外布料层与内布料层之间,包括以下步骤:步骤1,裁切外布料层与内布料层至设定的平面形状;
步骤2,将稳定层的上下端面贴敷热熔胶胶膜;
步骤3,对稳定层进行冲压处理后,得到胸罩主体的轮廓形状;
步骤4,将稳定层摆放入外布料层与内布料层之间,放置入模具内进行高温热压处理,得到平面的胸罩主体形状;
步骤5,对平面的胸罩主体形状进行罩杯处理,得到立体的胸罩主体。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,步骤1,裁切外布料层与内布料层至胸罩主体的平面形状。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,步骤3,对稳定层进行冲压处理后,得到胸罩主体的轮廓形状,所述胸罩主体的轮廓形状内同样冲压得到有填充凹槽。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,步骤4,将稳定层摆放入外布料层与内布料层之间时,在填充凹槽内填充弹性件。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,步骤4,热压成型后,胸罩主体的表面由弹性件形成突起件。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,步骤3,所述填充凹槽包括侧骨凹槽、比位竖直凹槽与比位横置凹槽。

本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的制作工艺中增加了稳定层,稳定层分布于胸罩主体的边缘位置,稳定层为氨纶层,氨纶层具有良好的弹性,还可以给整个胸罩主体提供较高的稳定性,提高胸罩主体的使用寿命;稳定层的上下端面设置有热熔胶胶膜,在不改变传统热压成型的同时,进一步提高了胸罩主体的稳定性、弹性以及使用寿命;本发明的稳定层内还冲压出填充凹槽,填充凹槽内填充有弹性件,在不改变传统热压成型的同时,根据稳定层的结构、填充凹槽的预留位置以及弹性件的大小,制造厂商可以依此提高文胸主体的美感以及其防滑性能,侧面增强文胸主体的透气性;该工艺制备的文胸主体结构简单,操作方便,使用灵活,便于推广使用。

实施例1
如图1、图2与图3所示,一种热压成型内衣的制作工艺,内衣包括胸罩主体1,所述胸罩主体1包括外布料层2、内布料层3以及稳定层4,所述稳定层4位于外布料层2与内布料层3之间,包括以下步骤:步骤1,裁切外布料层2与内布料层3至胸罩主体1的平面形状,该胸罩主体1的平面形状应当为已确定设计的平面图形;
步骤2,对冲压得到的稳定层4的上下端面贴敷热熔胶胶膜,通过该热熔胶胶膜可以在高温的条件下,将外布料层2、内布料层3以及稳定层4三者固定;
步骤3,对稳定层4进行冲压处理后,得到胸罩主体1的轮廓形状,该轮廓形状应当以设计完毕的平面图形为准,且其形状应当贴合于胸罩主体1的轮廓,对于一些如较小或较细位置的部分(如肩带的部位),直接与其(指的是外布料层2与内布料层3的肩带部分)贴合即可;
步骤4,将稳定层4摆放入外布料层2与内布料层3之间,放置入模具内进行高温热压处理,得到平面的胸罩主体1形状;
步骤5,对平面的胸罩主体1形状进行罩杯处理,得到立体的胸罩主体1,一般来说,如图所示,稳定层4的罩杯部分留有较大的空间,在此处的外布料层2与内布料层3也可以设置一些其他材质的、易于冲压变形的布料(与其他部位相比),实际罩杯处理中,采用的是对罩杯部位进行吸附处理,将罩杯的半球形吸出来,最后得到立体的胸罩主体,在此过程中一般还需要对其进行开口,并塞入弹性海绵等物质。
所述稳定层为氨纶层,氨纶价格实惠,且其稳定性高,弹性效果好,便于提高整个胸罩内衣的使用寿命。
实施例2
如图1、图4与图5所示,一种热压成型内衣的制作工艺,内衣包括胸罩主体1,所述胸罩主体1包括外布料层2、内布料层3以及稳定层4,所述稳定层4位于外布料层2与内布料层3之间,包括以下步骤:步骤1,裁切外布料层2与内布料层3至胸罩主体1的平面形状,该胸罩主体1的平面形状应当为已确定设计的平面图形;
步骤2,对冲压得到的稳定层4的上下端面贴敷热熔胶胶膜,通过该热熔胶胶膜可以在高温的条件下,将外布料层2、内布料层3以及稳定层4三者固定;
步骤3,对稳定层4进行冲压处理后,得到胸罩主体1的轮廓形状,该轮廓形状应当以设计完毕的平面图形为准,且其形状应当贴合于胸罩主体1的轮廓,对于一些如较小或较细位置的部分(如肩带的部位),直接与其(指的是外布料层2与内布料层3的肩带部分)贴合即可;在实施例1的基础上,还可以通过冲压在稳定层4的表面得到填充凹槽,在本实施例中,所述填充凹槽包括侧骨凹槽10、比位竖直凹槽11与比位横置凹槽12,一般的填充凹槽也会设置于罩杯附近;
步骤4,将稳定层4摆放入外布料层2与内布料层3之间,并且,在实施例1的基础上,在填充凹槽内填充弹性件,再通过模具,对几者进行高温热压处理,得到平面的胸罩主体1形状,此时,由于弹性件的存在,胸罩主体1的表面由弹性件形成突起件,突起件可以提高胸罩主体1的美感,给予消费者很好的视觉冲击力,本实施例中根据侧骨凹槽10、比位竖直凹槽11与比位横置凹槽12,形成侧骨突起7、比位竖直突起8与比位横置突起9,该三组突起的位置从纵向以及横向上提高了胸罩主体1的防滑性;
步骤5,对平面的胸罩主体1形状进行罩杯处理,得到立体的胸罩主体1,一般来说,如图所示,稳定层的罩杯部分留有较大的空间,在此处的外布料层2与内布料层3可以设置一些其他材质的、易于冲压变形的布料(与其他部位相比)。
所述弹性件包括天然乳胶条、橡胶条或塑胶条中的一种或多种,也可以选择其他材质的弹性件;所述稳定层为氨纶层,氨纶价格实惠,且其稳定性高,弹性效果好,便于提高整个胸罩内衣的使用寿命。
实施例3
一种热压成型内衣的制作工艺,内衣包括胸罩主体1,所述胸罩主体1包括外布料层2、内布料层3以及稳定层4,所述稳定层4位于外布料层2与内布料层3之间,包括以下步骤:步骤1,将外布料层2与内布料层3裁切成平面的胸罩主体1形状大小的布块;
步骤2,对冲压得到的稳定层4的上下端面贴敷热熔胶胶膜,通过该热熔胶胶膜可以在高温的条件下,将外布料层2、内布料层3以及稳定层4三者固定;
步骤3,对稳定层4进行冲压处理后,得到胸罩主体1的轮廓形状,该轮廓形状应当以设计完毕的平面图形为准,且其形状应当贴合于胸罩主体1的轮廓,对于一些如较小或较细位置的部分(如肩带的部位),直接与其(指的是外布料层2与内布料层3的肩带部分)贴合即可;
步骤4,将稳定层4摆放入外布料层2与内布料层3之间,放置入模具内进行高温热压处理,再对其进行冲压处理,在该冲压处理的过程中,需要先对稳定层4进行定位,再对整个布块进行冲压,最终得到平面的胸罩主体1;
步骤5,对平面的胸罩主体1形状进行罩杯处理,得到立体的胸罩主体1。
与实施例1相比,本实施例可以减去了一开始的对外布料层2与内布料层3的精细加工裁剪步骤,仅需要将其裁剪出胸罩主体1的大小布料即可,在后续的步骤中,直接采用现有较为成熟的冲压技术将其外布料层2与内布料层3一次裁出,十分方便。

步骤2,将稳定层的上下端面贴敷热熔胶胶膜;

所述突起件包括侧骨突起、比位竖直突起与比位横置突起;
步骤5,对平面的胸罩主体形状进行罩杯处理,得到立体的胸罩主体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热压成型内衣的制作工艺,其特征在于:步骤1,裁切外布料层与内布料层至胸罩主体的平面形状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种热压成型内衣的制作工艺,其特征在于:步骤4,所述弹性件包括天然乳胶条、橡胶条或塑胶条,所述稳定层为氨纶层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种热压成型内衣的制作工艺,其特征在于:步骤1,裁切外布料层与内布料层至平面胸罩主体大小的布料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种热压成型内衣的制作工艺,其特征在于:步骤4,将稳定层摆放入外布料层与内布料层之间,放置入模具内进行高温热压处理后,再对该其进行冲压处理,得到胸罩主体的平面形状。
