By setting the initial angle β between the driving lever 221 and the driven lever 222, a suitable driving unit 210 can be selected, so that reliable transmission is ensured, the condition that the gripping unit does not move after the driving unit 210 is started to work is prevented, and meanwhile, the cost is controlled within a suitable range. Furthermore, beta is more than or equal to 1 degree and less than or equal to 30 degrees, so that the transmission reliability is ensured, the torque of the driving unit is proper, and the cost is reasonable; when beta is smaller than 1 DEG, a motor capable of outputting larger torque is required to be selected, so that the connecting rod transmission mechanism can be ensured to transmit force to the grabbing unit, and the cost is increased; when beta is more than 30 degrees, a larger installation space is occupied, so that the volume of the machine is increased; or, in order to miniaturize the machine, the grabbing unit is arranged on the side wall of the garbage throwing opening with a gap, so that the area of the garbage throwing opening is reduced.
As shown in fig. 10, the connection between the driven rod 222 and the driving rod 221 is located between the other end of the driven rod 222 and the other end of the driving rod 221, so that the driving rod 221, the driven rod 222 and the mounting frame 240 are configured into an acute triangle, reliable transmission is ensured, and the link transmission mechanism can be effectively driven to move in an initial state. As shown in fig. 11, when the connection between the driven lever 222 and the driving lever 221 approaches the driving unit 210, the driving lever 221 swings clockwise, and the driven lever 222 cannot be driven to move, so that the link transmission mechanism is blocked and the grabbing unit cannot be driven to move; as shown in fig. 12, when the connection between the driven lever 222 and the driving lever 221 approaches the garbage bag 3, the other end of the driving lever 221 moves in a direction approaching the driving unit 210 when the driving unit 210 is operated, and the link transmission mechanism cannot drive the gripping unit 230 to move.
As shown in fig. 10, when the gripping unit 230 approaches the garbage bag 3, the angle between the driving rod 221 and the driven rod 222 becomes larger gradually, in this example, the garbage bag 3 is opposite to the driving unit 210, and the weight is reasonably distributed, so that the center of gravity of the garbage can is located on or near the axis of the garbage can, and the garbage can is more stably placed; and the garbage throwing opening 110 is positioned in the middle of the can body, so that a user can accurately throw garbage into the can body.
In another example, the driving unit 210 and the garbage bag 3 are disposed on the same side of the mounting frame 240, and when the grasping unit 230 approaches the garbage bag 3, the included angle between the driving lever 221 and the driven lever 222 is gradually reduced; when the grasping unit 230 is away from the trash bag 3, the angle between the movable lever 221 and the driven lever 222 becomes gradually larger.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the driven lever 222 is connected to the grasping unit 230 by a pivot structure having a first axis perpendicular to the moving direction of the grasping unit 230. The present solution is an implementation manner of how to drive the grabbing unit 230 through the link transmission mechanism, which is simple, reliable and stable in structure. The pivoting structure in this example may be a pin, a screw, or the like for connecting the driven lever 222 with the grasping unit 230.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the transmission unit 220 includes a set of link transmission mechanisms provided at both sides of the grasping unit 230, and the motion of the grasping unit 230 in the horizontal direction is associated with the motion of the set of link transmission mechanisms in the vertical direction.
Compared with the existing transmission mode, the connecting rod transmission mechanism has the advantages of simple structure, lower manufacturing and replacement cost, easiness in obtaining higher precision, longer service life and better transmission stability, and the automatic bagging garbage can using the connecting rod transmission mechanism has the advantages of stable and reliable bagging.
The synchronicity of the link transmission mechanism is well controlled, so the rod body 233 of the grasping unit 230 is not easily inclined, and thus the reliability of the bagging can be ensured. The jamming caused by the tilting of the grasping unit 230 due to the unsynchronized ends of the grasping unit 230 is avoided.
Through the arrangement of a group of connecting rod transmission mechanisms, the reliability and stability of power transmission can be ensured.
In this case, the group of link transmission structures may be respectively disposed on the outer side walls of the mounting frame 240, and the group of link transmission mechanisms are disposed opposite to each other, so that the link transmission mechanisms are hidden on the side portions of the mounting frame 240, thereby being more attractive and sanitary; meanwhile, the space of the garbage throwing port 110 is not occupied; in addition, the same transmission mode is adopted at both ends of the grabbing unit 230, the transmitted forces are basically the same, the moving synchronism of both ends of the grabbing unit 230 is ensured, and the grabbing unit 230 is prevented from tilting in the moving process.
Another implementation manner of the present technical solution is that the link transmission mechanism is disposed in the middle of the mounting frame 240, that is, the link transmission mechanism is disposed in the middle of the garbage throwing opening 110, in this technical solution, one end of the link transmission mechanism is connected with the middle of the grabbing unit 230, in this way, the middle of the grabbing unit 230 is not easy to incline in the moving process, and the synchronicity of two ends of the grabbing unit 230 is ensured.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 8, the group of link transmission mechanisms are associated with the actions of the same driving unit 210, on one hand, the same driving unit 210 drives the group of link transmission mechanisms, and the moment obtained by the group of link transmission mechanisms is the same as the starting time, especially when the group of link transmission mechanisms are connected with the two ends of the grabbing unit 230, the synchronicity of the two ends of the grabbing unit 230 can be ensured, the inclination of the grabbing unit 230 is avoided, and the transmission is stable and smooth; on the other hand, the manner of corresponding each transmission mechanism to one driving unit 210 increases the cost, and the requirement for the synchronicity and precision of the driving units is increased, so that the design difficulty is increased, and the failure rate is increased compared with the technical scheme.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the transmission unit 220 further includes a rotation rod 250, the set of link transmission mechanisms are connected to the rotation rod 250 and disposed at two sides of the rotation rod 250, and the driving unit 210 drives the rotation rod 250 to rotate so that the set of link transmission mechanisms generate a motion in a vertical direction. By the arrangement of the rotating rod 250, the force can be simultaneously transmitted to a group of connecting rod transmission mechanisms, so that the movement synchronism of the group of connecting rod transmission mechanisms is good. The transmission unit 220 further includes a middle gear 251, the middle gear 251 is sleeved on the rotating rod 250, the rotating rod 250 passes through the center of the middle gear 251, the driving unit 210 drives the middle gear 251 to rotate, and further drives the rotating rod 250 to rotate, the middle gear 251 and the rotating rod 250 rotate synchronously, the driving unit 210 includes a driving gear 211 and a motor meshed with the middle gear 251, the driving gear 211 is driven to rotate by the motor, and the driving gear 211 drives the middle gear 251 to rotate, and further drives the rotating rod 250 to rotate. The rotating rod 250 comprises a rotating arm 253 matched with the connecting rod transmission mechanism, the rotating arm 253 rotates relative to the connecting rod transmission mechanism to enable the connecting rod transmission mechanism to act in the vertical direction, namely the rotating rod 250 controls the action of the connecting rod transmission mechanism through the rotating arm 253, the rotating arm 253 comprises a first end and a second end opposite to the first end, the first end is fixedly connected with the end part of the rotating rod 250, and the second end is movably connected with the connecting rod transmission mechanism.
The rotating arm 253 is provided with a connecting shaft 254, the connecting rod transmission mechanism is provided with a connecting groove 255 matched with the connecting shaft 254, the connecting shaft 254 moves up and down in the connecting groove 255, the connecting groove 255 plays a role of a track 257 for enabling the connecting shaft 254 to move in the connecting groove according to a specified direction, specifically, the connecting shaft 254 is of a columnar structure, the connecting shaft 254 is preferably integrally formed at a second end position for ensuring the strength of the connecting shaft 254, of course, the connecting shaft 254 can be also detachably formed and mounted on the rotating arm 253, the connecting groove 255 is arranged on the side wall of the driving rod 221, the connecting groove 255 is preferably a groove dug in a certain space outwards extending from the side wall of the driving rod 221, the connecting groove 255 is of a strip shape, the maximum length of the connecting groove 255 is not more than the length of the driving rod 221, and the width of the connecting groove 255 is not less than the diameter of the connecting shaft 254, so that the connecting shaft 254 can smoothly move up and down in the connecting groove 255.
It is understood that the connection groove 255 may be embedded in a sidewall of the driving lever 221.
The connecting shaft 254 is provided with a clamping groove 256, a track 257 matched with the clamping groove 256 is arranged in the connecting groove 255, specifically, the clamping groove 256 is used for limiting the position of the connecting shaft 254, the connecting shaft 254 is prevented from being separated from the connecting groove 255 in the moving process, and the track 257 is used for being matched with the part of the connecting shaft 254 with the clamping groove 256 to move in the connecting groove 255.
The transmission unit 220 further includes a bearing 252 connected to the mounting frame 240, the bearing 252 is sleeved on the rotating rod 250 and is located between the rotating arm 253 and the intermediate gear 251, because the two ends of the rotating rod 250 need to be connected to the rotating arm 253 and also need to drive the rotating arm 253 to move, the rotating rod 250 needs to bear a large force, so that the rotating rod 250 is easy to break or deform, and a bearing 252 needs to be disposed between the rotating arm 253 and the intermediate gear 251, so that the bearing 252 can also ensure stable and reliable rotation of the rotating rod 250 on the premise of supporting the rotating rod 250, and the bearing 252 has smaller friction, so that the rotating rod 250 has smaller loss in the rotation process and more stable rotation. It will be appreciated that the bearing 252 may be replaced by other structures provided on the mounting frame 240 for preventing the rotational lever 250 from being deformed by force.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the grabbing unit 230 includes a rod 233 and a roller 232 connected with the rod 233, a guide rail 241 is disposed on the mounting frame 240, the roller 232 cooperates with the guide rail 241 to roll to implement movement of the grabbing unit 230, and the roller 232 cooperates with the guide rail 241 in a rolling manner, so that rolling friction is formed between the roller 232 and the guide rail 241, and the rolling friction is relatively small, so that resistance of the grabbing unit 230 in the moving process is small, required output power of a motor is small, and production cost is reduced.
The number of rollers 232 is even, and at least the rollers 232 are disposed at one end of the rod 233, wherein, in one example, the rollers 232 may be disposed at one end of the rod 233, so that the other end of the rod 233 slides with the mounting frame 240, and at this time, the movement of the rod 233 may be realized by sliding fit between the end of the rod 233 without the rollers 232 and the end of the rod 233 with the rollers 232 in the prior art, so as to drive the movement of the end of the rod 233 with the rollers 232 along the mounting frame 240. In another example, the rollers 232 are respectively disposed at two ends of the rod 233, and the rod 233 and the guide rail 241 are in rolling friction, so that the moving synchronicity of the two ends of the rod 233 is more easily ensured, the inclination generated in the moving process is prevented, and the bagging failure caused by the inclination of the rod 233 is further prevented.
Further, the rollers 232 are respectively disposed at two ends of the rod 233, and the number of each end is the same, so that the resistance of the two ends of the rod 233 is substantially consistent during the movement process, and it is easier to ensure that the two ends of the rod 233 can move synchronously, so that the rod 233 is prevented from tilting due to inconsistent moving speeds of the two ends during the movement process, thereby affecting the grabbing unit 230 to grab the garbage bag 3, and improving the stability and reliability of the movement of the rod 233.
Further, the number of the rollers 232 at each end of the rod 233 is at least two, and the rollers 232 at each end are arranged at intervals along the moving direction of the grabbing unit 230, that is, the rollers 232 at each end are arranged front and back, and when the rod 233 moves forward (the rod 233 moves towards the garbage bag 3) through the rollers 232 arranged front and back at each end, the rollers 232 behind provide positioning, so that the moving synchronicity of the two ends of the rod 233 is ensured, and the rod 233 is prevented from tilting during the advancing process; when the rod 233 moves backward (the grabbing unit 230 grabs the garbage bag 3 and moves backward), the front roller 232 provides positioning, so that the synchronism of the movement of the two ends of the rod 232 is ensured, and the rod 233 is prevented from tilting during the backward movement.
As shown in fig. 14, in this embodiment, the number of the rollers 232 is four, so that a reliable and simplified structure is achieved in which no inclination occurs during the advancing and retreating of the rod 233. Each end of the rod 233 has two rollers 232 and is spaced apart.
As shown in fig. 14, the mounting frame 240 has a side wall, the guide rail 241 is an opening provided on the side wall of the mounting frame 240, and the roller 232 is disposed in the opening and rolls in cooperation with the lower edge of the opening; specifically, the openings are preferably in a bar-shaped structure and are horizontally arranged, and it is understood that the inclined arrangement of the openings should be regarded as being within the scope of the present embodiment. The roller 232 is disposed in the opening, such that the opening can define a moving track of the roller 232, and the roller 232 can only move along the opening.
Alternatively, the guide rail 241 may be a rib provided on the mounting frame 240, the roller 232 may roll along the rib, and the rib may be provided on a side wall of the mounting frame 240 or may be provided on a top wall of the mounting frame 240.
As shown in fig. 3 and 14, the grabbing unit 230 further includes a roller mounting frame 231, the roller 232 is disposed on the roller mounting frame 231, the roller mounting frame 231 is connected with the rod body 233, specifically, the roller mounting frame 231 is set to better detach the roller 232 from the grabbing unit 230, so that the roller 232 is convenient to clean and replace, in this case, the shape of the roller mounting frame 231 is not limited, as long as the roller 232 can be driven to move on the guide rail 241, in this case, the preferred rollers 232 are disposed on the roller mounting frame 231 at intervals side by side, and all the rollers 232 are mounted on one side of the roller mounting frame 231, and the roller mounting frame 231 is connected with the driven rod 222 and driven by the driven rod 222 to move.
As shown in fig. 3, the driven lever 222 is connected to the grasping unit 230 through a pivot structure 260, the pivot structure 260 having a first axis 261, the first axis 261 being perpendicular to the moving direction of the grasping unit 230. The embodiment is not limited to the specific shape of the pivot structure 260, as long as the driven lever 222 can swing along the pivot structure 260, the preferred pivot structure 260 is a columnar structure, and the driven lever 222 is sleeved on the pivot structure 260, so that the driven lever 222 can swing smoothly.
Embodiment two:

the garbage can is characterized by further comprising a bagging assembly, wherein the bagging assembly is arranged at the upper part of the can body and comprises a driving unit, a transmission unit associated with the action of the driving unit, a grabbing unit associated with the action of the transmission unit and used for grabbing garbage bags, and a mounting frame, and the inner wall of the mounting frame defines the garbage throwing opening;
the grabbing unit moves along the horizontal direction to grab the first edge of the garbage bag and pulls the first edge of the garbage bag to synchronously move, and the second edge of the garbage bag is fixed, so that the garbage bag is opened;
the transmission unit comprises a connecting rod transmission mechanism, and the action of the grabbing unit in the horizontal direction is related to the action of the connecting rod transmission mechanism in the vertical direction;
in the stroke range of the grabbing unit, the connecting rod transmission mechanism is always positioned below the garbage throwing port, and when the connecting rod transmission mechanism acts upwards, the grabbing unit is close to the garbage bag; conversely, when the connecting rod transmission mechanism acts downwards, the grabbing unit is far away from the garbage bag;
the connecting rod transmission mechanism is arranged on the outer wall of the mounting frame, and is always positioned between the barrel body and the outer wall of the mounting frame in the travel range; the driving unit is positioned below the garbage throwing opening, is arranged on the outer side wall of the mounting frame, and is arranged opposite to the garbage bag on the mounting frame;
the grabbing unit comprises a rod body crossing the garbage throwing opening and rollers connected with two ends of the rod body, wherein the number of the rollers at each end of the rod body is the same as at least two, and the rollers at the same end are arranged at intervals along the moving direction of the grabbing unit; the mounting frame is provided with a group of parallel and opposite guide rails, and the rollers and the guide rails are matched to roll to realize the movement of the grabbing unit;
the connecting rod transmission mechanism comprises a driven rod with one end connected with the grabbing unit and a driving rod connected with the other end of the driven rod, wherein one end of the driven rod connected with the grabbing unit reciprocates and horizontally moves under the action of the driving rod, and a group of connecting rod transmission mechanisms are respectively connected with two ends of the grabbing unit;
the transmission unit further comprises a rotating rod which is associated with the driving unit, rotating arms are arranged at two ends of the rotating rod, and the driving unit drives the rotating rod to act so as to drive the rotating arm to drive the connecting rod transmission mechanism to act; the rotary arm comprises a first end and a second end opposite to the first end, the first end is fixedly connected with the end part of the rotary rod, the second end is provided with a columnar connecting shaft integrally formed with the rotary arm, the driving rod is provided with a connecting groove allowing the connecting shaft to move up and down in the driving rod, the connecting shaft is provided with a clamping groove, and a track matched with the clamping groove is arranged in the connecting groove;
in an initial state, the included angle between the driving rod and the driven rod is beta, the size of beta is inversely proportional to the torque output by the driving unit, beta is more than or equal to 1 degree and less than or equal to 30 degrees, and the angle between the driving rod and the driven rod gradually becomes larger when the grabbing unit approaches to the garbage bag.
2. The trash can of claim 1, wherein a travel distance of the grasping unit is equal to or less than a sum of lengths of the driving lever and the driven lever.
3. The trash can of claim 1, wherein the connection of the driven lever to the driving lever is located between the other end of the driven lever and the other end of the driving lever.
4. The trash can of claim 1, wherein the driven lever is connected with the grabbing unit through a pivot structure having a first axis perpendicular to a moving direction of the grabbing unit.
