Considering the specific arrangement of the atomizing and oiling device 6, the atomizing and oiling device 6 preferably includes a gear pump, a nozzle, and a pipeline. The gear pump pumps the anti-rust oil to the nozzle through the pipeline, and the anti-rust oil is atomized and sprayed out from the nozzle, and the spray nozzles can be arranged up and down, and the anti-rust oil is sprayed out from different angles, so that the workpiece can be sprayed in all directions, and the spraying coverage area reaches 100%. The nozzle adopts the stainless steel high pressure nozzle of detachable, conveniently changes and clears up. The spraying pressure can be 1.0-2.0Mpa, and the spraying pressure and flow can be adjusted manually.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in order to ensure the sufficiency of the cleaning liquid in the liquid purification tank, as an optimization, the liquid purification tank is connected to a supply line for conveying the cleaning liquid to the liquid purification tank through a control valve, a liquid level detector for detecting a liquid level is arranged in the liquid purification tank, and when the liquid level in the liquid purification tank is lower than a preset height, the control valve is opened to automatically replenish the liquid to the liquid purification tank.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in consideration of the specific setting mode of the conveying device 1, as an optimization, the conveying device 1 comprises a plurality of stepping roller ways 11 which are mutually matched to convey workpieces, the stepping roller ways 11 are in one-to-one correspondence and independent matching with the rough cleaning device 2, the ultrasonic cleaning device 3, the fine cleaning device 4, the cleaning liquid air cutting device 5, the atomizing oiling device 6 and the antirust oil air cutting device 7, proximity switches used for detecting whether the workpieces are separated from are arranged at the blanking positions of the stepping roller ways 11, and when the proximity switches detect signals, the stepping roller ways 11 stop running.
In this embodiment, conveyor 1 includes a plurality of marching type roll tables 11, and every station corresponds a marching type roll table 11, and every marching type roll table 11 all independently cooperates with the device on each station, and can mutually support between a plurality of marching type roll tables and accomplish the transport of work piece. In addition, the power device of each step roller table 11 can be interlocked with the device on the corresponding station by a program, for example, if a certain moving part is not in a preset position, the conveying system will not execute a command so as to avoid damage.
The blanking position of each stepping roller way 11 is provided with a proximity switch for detecting whether the workpiece is separated, and when the proximity switch detects a signal, the stepping roller ways 11 stop running. Namely, when the workpiece stays at the blanking position on the stepping roller way 11 and is not conveyed to the next station, the stepping roller way 11 does not operate, so that the matching reliability is improved. The maximum precise error of the repeated positioning of the step roller table 11 may be 0.5 mm.
In consideration of convenience of conveying workpieces, a pallet with a standard structure can be used as a carrier for conveying the workpieces so as to control standardization and process of a workpiece conveying mode, for example, the position of the workpiece can be positioned by positioning the position of the pallet, a chip or a fixed bar code can be arranged on the pallet to identify or confirm the position of the pallet, and then the position of the workpiece can be confirmed, so that the automation control is facilitated.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in consideration of the specific arrangement manner of the ultrasonic cleaning device 3, as a preferable mode, the ultrasonic cleaning device 3 includes a cleaning tank 32 for storing cleaning liquid, ultrasonic transducers 33 are respectively disposed at the side portion and the bottom portion of the cleaning tank 32, each set of ultrasonic transducer 33 is in control connection with a set of ultrasonic generator, and a lifting vibration assembly 31 for driving the workpiece to vibrate up and down is disposed in the cleaning tank 32.
That is, in this embodiment, the ultrasonic cleaning device 3 includes a cleaning tank 32 for storing a cleaning liquid, an ultrasonic transducer 33, an ultrasonic generator, and a lifting vibration assembly 31, when the workpiece is transported into the cleaning tank 32 by the conveying device 1, the ultrasonic transmitter controls the ultrasonic transducer 33 to generate ultrasonic waves to perform ultrasonic cleaning on the workpiece in the cleaning tank 32, and the lifting vibration assembly 31 drives the workpiece to vibrate and clean up and down within a specified rhythm, so that the cleaning effect of the inner cavity of the circular tube cylinder sleeve can be improved. The lifting vibration assembly 3131 may be composed of a cylinder, a lifting roller table, a braking reducer, etc. to form the lifting vibration assembly 31.
The ultrasonic transducer 33 can adopt a German Serratak piezoelectric ceramic wafer, is cemented by Switzerland autobus glue to ensure that the ultrasonic transducer never falls off, and the shell is made of 304 stainless steel. Ultrasonic transducers 33 are arranged at the front, the back and the bottom of the cleaning tank 32, the size of the ultrasonic transducers 33 at the front and the back of the cleaning tank 32 is 900 multiplied by 300 multiplied by 100mm, 2 sets are arranged, the size of the ultrasonic transducers 33 at the bottom of the cleaning tank 32 is 900 multiplied by 350 multiplied by 100mm, 2 sets are arranged, and each set of the ultrasonic transducers 33 is controlled by one set of the ultrasonic generator. Ultrasonic power is 8.2kw, front and rear are 1.8kw, bottom is 2.4kw, ultrasonic frequency: 28 KHZ.
The ultrasonic generator adopts the digital frequency synthesis technology under the control of the single chip microcomputer to automatically scan the frequency, the digital ultrasonic power is continuously adjustable, the use is flexible, the power is strong, and the efficiency is high. The protection circuit has perfect protection function, and is stable and reliable in operation, and can protect overheat, overcurrent, overvoltage and short circuit.
On the basis of the above-described embodiment, it is preferable that both the cleaning liquid wind-cutting device 5 and the rust-preventive oil wind-cutting device 7 include the high-pressure fan 71. Specifically, the high-pressure fan 71 performs air-cutting operation on the circular tube cylinder sleeve in the workpiece conveying process and in the workpiece conveying process in place so as to improve the air-cutting effect. The high pressure fan 71 can be arranged on the workpiece in the left, right and left directions, and oil dripping of the workpiece within 10 seconds after oil cutting is ensured.
In addition to any of the above embodiments, in consideration of the oil mist generated during cleaning and oil coating, which affects the cleanness of the machine body, it is preferable that an oil mist processing device for absorbing the oil mist is further connected to the machine body to suck and process the oil mist generated during cleaning or oil coating from the machine body, and specifically, an oil mist processing machine 61 is installed above the cleaning station and the oil coating station, and is composed of the oil mist processing machine 61 and related pipelines to suck and process the oil mist generated during cleaning and oil coating from the machine body.
In addition, separation can be realized by arranging the starting door 8 between each station, the starting door 8 is opened when the workpiece is conveyed, and the starting door is closed after the workpiece is conveyed in place so as to realize isolation. The used compressed air can enter the air storage tank through the filter and then pass through the filtering and pressure reducing triple piece and the electromagnetic valve to control each cylinder and the starting door 8.
Each device can be equipped with automatic centralized lubrication to lubricate the lifting guide sleeves at each position. The instruments and pressure switches are connected with corresponding pipelines and display pressure, when the air pressure and the pump pressure are lower than set values, an alarm is given, and the instruments are arranged at positions convenient to observe. Each liquid case that is used for depositing fluid can adopt shaped steel and panel welding to form, and the wall thickness is 6 mm's Q235 board, and the water tank sets up removable cover, conveniently clears up the water tank, and the bottom slope is convenient for the flowing back and is equipped with the scarfing cinder hole.

the rough cleaning device (2) is used for performing rough cleaning on the workpiece by spraying, the ultrasonic cleaning device (3) is used for performing ultrasonic cleaning on the workpiece after the rough cleaning by spraying, the fine cleaning device (4) is used for performing fine cleaning by spraying on the workpiece after the ultrasonic cleaning, the cleaning liquid wind cutting device (5) is used for performing wind cutting on the workpiece after the fine cleaning by spraying to remove residual cleaning liquid, the atomization oiling device (6) is used for spraying antirust oil on the workpiece after the wind cutting, and the antirust oil wind cutting device (7) is used for performing wind cutting on the workpiece after the antirust oil is sprayed to remove residual antirust oil;

The centralized cleaning machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the rough cleaning device (2) and the fine cleaning device (4) each comprise a cleaning chamber, a spraying assembly (21) for spraying a cleaning liquid to the work pieces in the cleaning chamber, a recovery filtering system for recovering and filtering the waste liquid in the cleaning chamber, respectively;
the pressure of spraying of fine purifiation device (4) is greater than the pressure of spraying of rough purifiation device (2), the precision of the washing liquid that fine purifiation device (4) used is greater than the precision of the washing liquid that rough purifiation device (2) used, the filter fineness of fine purifiation device (4) is greater than the filter fineness of rough purifiation device (2).

The centralized cleaning machine according to claim 4, wherein the recovery filtration system comprises a recovery liquid tank, a first delivery pump, a self-cleaning magnetic filtration tank, a second delivery pump, a self-cleaning filtration tank and a clean liquid tank which are connected in sequence, the recovery liquid tank is communicated with the cleaning chamber to recover the cleaning liquid, and the clean liquid tank is connected to the spray assembly (21) to deliver the filtered cleaning liquid to the spray assembly (21) again;
the first delivery pump is respectively connected with the recovery liquid tank and the self-cleaning magnetic filter tank and used for pumping the cleaning liquid in the recovery liquid tank into the self-cleaning magnetic filter tank for filtering, and the second delivery pump is respectively connected with the self-cleaning magnetic filter tank and used for pumping the cleaning liquid in the self-cleaning magnetic filter tank into the self-cleaning filter tank for filtering.

The concentrated cleaning machine according to claim 5, wherein the clean liquid tank is connected to a supply line for supplying cleaning liquid to the clean liquid tank through a control valve, a liquid level detector is provided in the clean liquid tank for detecting a liquid level, and the control valve is opened to automatically replenish liquid to the clean liquid tank when the liquid level in the clean liquid tank is lower than a preset height.

The centralized cleaning machine according to claim 1, wherein the ultrasonic cleaning device (3) comprises a cleaning tank (32) for storing cleaning liquid, ultrasonic transducers (33) are arranged on the side and the bottom of the cleaning tank (32), each set of ultrasonic transducers (33) is in control connection with a set of ultrasonic generator, and a lifting vibration assembly (31) for driving the workpiece to vibrate up and down is arranged in the cleaning tank (32).
9. Concentrated cleaning machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the cleaning liquid wind-cut device (5) and the rust-preventive oil wind-cut device (7) each comprise a high-pressure fan (71).
10. The concentrated cleaning machine according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein an oil mist treatment device for absorbing oil mist is further connected to the machine body to suck and treat the oil mist generated during the cleaning or oiling process from the machine body.
