According to the technical scheme, the health medical big data are collected from various institutions, so that the convergence of the health medical data is realized; the strict auditing of the user data access request is realized through the matching of the qualification proving information to be matched and the target qualification proving information; after successful user qualification authentication, information files are established from multiple aspects, so that supervision and tracing of related data are realized; and a hyperlink relation is established among the configuration items with the same information files, so that convenience and usability of the server side are further enhanced.
Example III
As an alternative embodiment of the foregoing embodiment, fig. 3 is a design and construction diagram of a comprehensive supervision system based on operation of big data service of health medical treatment according to a third embodiment of the present invention. For the sake of clearly describing the technical solution of the present embodiment, an application scenario may be described by taking a situation that the integrated supervisory system is used to monitor big health medical data as an example, but the present invention is not limited to the above scenario, and may be applied to various scenarios that need to monitor big data.
Referring to fig. 3, in order to improve standardization in the process of sharing and circulating big data in health care, a server side is enabled to realize supervision on multiple services, and the comprehensive supervision system comprises four modules, namely an operation situation module, a unified to-do module, a data supervision 360 module and a statistical analysis module, which are specifically described below.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the system operation situation module is mainly configured to intensively display data aggregation, administration, sharing openness, and service flow status, for example, information such as the number of mechanisms for parameter data aggregation, the number of service systems, the data form, the number of user registration, the number of service audits, and the service approval completion status is displayed in the operation situation module.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the unified to-be-handled module is mainly used for realizing the approval functions of services such as user registration, qualification certification, data application, data use, data export, etc., for example, after a user submits relevant qualification certification information, the qualification certification application can be actively initiated, and a staff at a server can perform preliminary auditing and service auditing of service data based on the received information.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the data supervision 360 module is mainly configured to establish information files from multiple aspects, including enterprise information files, organization information files, project information files, team information files, personal information files, and business information files, and the specific profiling manner and the acquisition of target content are described in detail in the above embodiments, which are not repeated herein. It should be noted that after the establishment of the multiple types of information files is completed, hyperlinks can be established between the same configuration items of each file, and taking fig. 4 as an example, after six types of information files are constructed, an enterprise/organization can be taken as a hierarchy, a project is taken as a hierarchy, a team/person is a hierarchy, and a service is taken as a single hierarchy, based on this, the same configuration items in the six information files can be set up in a layer-by-layer or cross-layer manner, that is, after clicking one configuration item in a certain information file, the information files can be skipped to other information files for viewing, and by setting hyperlinks between the same configuration items, the overall monitoring of big data is realized.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the statistical analysis module mainly shows the open progress of sharing of data from different dimensions of administrative areas, time, users, etc., while also outputting data management reports associated with the target regulatory data, such as data governance reports, data development reports, data quality reports, etc., in the form of a graph.
The beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows: the method has the advantages of realizing effective supervision of the process of data sharing, avoiding actions such as data abuse, improving the safety of big healthy medical data, providing a specification for the configuration of data access rights and promoting the development of digitization and intellectualization of a big data system in the medical industry.
Example IV
Fig. 5 is a block diagram of a data management device according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, which is capable of executing the data management method according to any embodiment of the present invention, and has functional modules and beneficial effects corresponding to the execution method. As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus specifically includes: a data acquisition parameter determination module 310, a data access rights configuration module 320, and a target supervisory data access module 330.
A data acquisition parameter determining module 310, configured to acquire a data acquisition parameter carried in a data access request sent by a target client when the data access request is received; the data acquisition parameters comprise data acquisition types and target qualification proving information.
And a data access right configuration module 320, configured to configure data access rights for the client when the qualification proof information and the data acquisition type satisfy a preset correspondence.
A target supervision data access module 330, configured to access target supervision data corresponding to the data access request in the distributed file system based on the data access rights; wherein, the distributed file system stores health medical data of each user.
On the basis of the technical schemes, the data management device further comprises a data acquisition module to be supervised.
The system comprises a to-be-supervised data acquisition module, a data storage module and a data storage module, wherein the to-be-supervised data acquisition module is used for acquiring to-be-supervised data related to health medical information and storing the to-be-supervised data in a distributed file system; at least one login state component corresponding to reading the distributed file system is set, so that the data acquisition identifier and the user identifier are verified based on the at least one login state component.
Based on the above technical solutions, the data access right configuration module 320 includes a qualification information determining unit to be matched and a data access right configuration unit.
And the to-be-matched qualification information determining unit is used for determining to-be-matched qualification information corresponding to the data acquisition type.
And the data access right configuration unit is used for configuring data access rights for the client when the target qualification information is the qualification information in the qualification information to be matched.
Optionally, the data access authority configuration module 320 is further configured to prompt the user when the qualification proof information and the data acquisition type do not satisfy a preset corresponding relationship.
Based on the technical schemes, the data management device further comprises an information file establishment module.
And the information file establishing module is used for respectively establishing information files based on the data acquisition types so as to record the accessed information of the data of each data acquisition type.
Based on the above technical solutions, the information archive creation module includes an information archive determination unit and a target content import unit.
And the information file determining unit is used for respectively determining the information files corresponding to each data acquisition type and setting at least one configuration item to be edited in each information file.
And the target content importing unit is used for determining a target information file according to target qualification information corresponding to the target client when the configuration of the access right for the target client is detected, and importing target content corresponding to at least one configuration item to be edited associated with the target information file.
On the basis of the technical schemes, the data acquisition type comprises at least one of enterprise type, organization type, project type, team type, personal type and business type.
Optionally, the information file establishing module is further configured to establish a hyperlink relationship between the same configuration items to be edited in the information file when the number of the information files is at least two.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, when a data access request sent by a target client is received, data acquisition parameters carried in the data access request are acquired firstly, so that qualification information and data acquisition types of users are determined; when the qualification proof information and the data acquisition type meet the preset corresponding relation, the data access authority is configured for the client, the target supervision data corresponding to the data access request in the distributed file system is accessed based on the data access authority, the effective supervision of the process of data sharing is realized, the behaviors of data abuse and the like are avoided, the safety of the healthy medical big data is improved, meanwhile, the specification is provided for the configuration of the data access authority, and the digitization and the intelligent development of the big data system in the medical industry are promoted.
The data management device provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the data management method provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.
It should be noted that each unit and module included in the above apparatus are only divided according to the functional logic, but not limited to the above division, so long as the corresponding functions can be implemented; in addition, the specific names of the functional units are also only for distinguishing from each other, and are not used to limit the protection scope of the embodiments of the present invention.
Example five
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 6 shows a block diagram of an exemplary electronic device 40 suitable for use in implementing the embodiments of the present invention. The electronic device 40 shown in fig. 6 is merely an example and should not be construed as limiting the functionality and scope of use of embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 40 is in the form of a general purpose computing device. Components of electronic device 40 may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors or processing units 401, a system memory 402, a bus 403 that connects the various system components (including the system memory 402 and the processing units 401).
Bus 403 represents one or more of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, a processor, or a local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures. By way of example, and not limitation, such architectures include Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, micro channel architecture (MAC) bus, enhanced ISA bus, video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) local bus, and Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus.
Electronic device 40 typically includes a variety of computer system readable media. Such media can be any available media that is accessible by electronic device 40 and includes both volatile and non-volatile media, removable and non-removable media.
The system memory 402 may include computer system readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM) 404 and/or cache memory 405. Electronic device 40 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. By way of example only, storage system 406 may be used to read from and write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media (not shown in FIG. 6, commonly referred to as a "hard drive"). Although not shown in fig. 6, a magnetic disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable non-volatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk"), and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable non-volatile optical disk (e.g., a CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, or other optical media) may be provided. In such cases, each drive may be coupled to bus 403 through one or more data medium interfaces. Memory 402 may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the invention.
A program/utility 408 having a set (at least one) of program modules 407 may be stored in, for example, memory 402, such program modules 407 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each or some combination of which may include an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 407 generally perform the functions and/or methods of the described embodiments of the invention.
The electronic device 40 may also communicate with one or more external devices 409 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 410, etc.), one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the electronic device 40, and/or any devices (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable the electronic device 40 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may occur through an input/output (I/O) interface 411. Also, electronic device 40 may communicate with one or more networks such as a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network, such as the Internet, through network adapter 412. As shown, network adapter 412 communicates with other modules of electronic device 40 over bus 403. It should be appreciated that although not shown in fig. 6, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in connection with electronic device 40, including, but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, data backup storage systems, and the like.
The processing unit 401 executes various functional applications and data processing by running programs stored in the system memory 402, for example, implements the data management method provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
Example six
A sixth embodiment of the present invention also provides a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions for performing a data management method when executed by a computer processor.
The method comprises the following steps:
when a data access request sent by a target client is received, acquiring data acquisition parameters carried in the data access request; the data acquisition parameters comprise data acquisition types and target qualification proving information;
when the qualification proof information and the data acquisition type meet a preset corresponding relation, configuring data access rights for the client;
accessing target supervision data corresponding to the data access request in the distributed file system based on the data access rights;
wherein, the distributed file system stores health medical data of each user.
The computer storage media of embodiments of the invention may take the form of any combination of one or more computer-readable media. The computer readable medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium. The computer readable storage medium can be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or a combination of any of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer-readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
The computer-readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer-readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
The item code embodied on the computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for embodiments of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, smalltalk, C ++ and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The project code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any kind of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or may be connected to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
Note that the above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and the technical principle applied. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, while the invention has been described in connection with the above embodiments, the invention is not limited to the embodiments, but may be embodied in many other equivalent forms without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention, which is set forth in the following claims.

Claims (7)

1. A method of data management, comprising:
when a data access request sent by a target client is received, acquiring data acquisition parameters carried in the data access request; the data acquisition parameters comprise data acquisition types and target qualification proving information;
when the qualification proof information and the data acquisition type meet a preset corresponding relation, configuring data access rights for the client;
accessing target supervision data corresponding to the data access request in the distributed file system based on the data access rights;
Wherein, the distributed file system stores health medical data of each user;
wherein, the qualification proof information is information which is obtained according to legal program and represents at least one aspect of the condition of the unit or the personal ability and the level;
when the qualification information and the data acquisition type meet a preset corresponding relation, configuring data access rights for the client, wherein the data access rights comprise:
determining qualification information to be matched corresponding to the data acquisition type;
when the target qualification information is the qualification information in the qualification information to be matched, configuring data access rights for the client;
wherein the data acquisition type comprises at least one of enterprise type, institution type, project type, team type, personal type and business type;
wherein the method further comprises: respectively establishing information files based on the data acquisition types to record the accessed information of the data of each data acquisition type;
the step of respectively establishing information files based on the data acquisition types to record the accessed information of the data of each data acquisition type comprises the following steps: respectively determining information files corresponding to each data acquisition type, and setting at least one configuration item to be edited in each information file; when the configuration of the access right for the target client is detected, determining a target information file according to target qualification information corresponding to the target client, and importing target content corresponding to at least one configuration item to be edited associated with the target information file.
2. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
collecting data to be supervised related to health medical information, and storing the data to be supervised in a distributed file system;
at least one login state component corresponding to reading the distributed file system is set, so that the data acquisition identification and the user identification are verified based on the at least one login state component.
3. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
and prompting the user when the qualification proving information and the data acquisition type do not meet the preset corresponding relation.
4. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
and when the number of the information files is at least two, establishing a hyperlink relation between the same configuration items to be edited in the information files.
5. A data management apparatus, comprising:
the data acquisition parameter determining module is used for acquiring data acquisition parameters carried in a data access request sent by a target client when the data access request is received; the data acquisition parameters comprise data acquisition types and target qualification proving information;
The data access right configuration module is used for configuring data access rights for the client when the qualification proof information and the data acquisition type meet a preset corresponding relation;
the target supervision data access module is used for accessing target supervision data corresponding to the data access request in the distributed file system based on the data access authority; wherein, the distributed file system stores health medical data of each user;
wherein, qualification proof information is information which is obtained according to legal program and represents at least one aspect of the condition of the unit or the personal ability and the level;
the data access authority configuration module comprises: the data access right configuration unit is used for configuring the data access right of the data access unit;
the to-be-matched qualification information determining unit is used for determining to-be-matched qualification information corresponding to the data acquisition type;
the data access right configuration unit is used for configuring data access rights for the client when the target qualification information is the qualification information in the qualification information to be matched;
wherein the data acquisition type comprises at least one of enterprise type, institution type, project type, team type, personal type and business type;
The apparatus further comprises: an information file establishing module;
the information file establishing module is used for respectively establishing information files based on the data acquisition types so as to record the accessed information of the data of each data acquisition type;
the information archive creation module includes: an information archive determination unit and a target content import unit;
the information file determining unit is used for determining information files corresponding to each data acquisition type respectively and setting at least one configuration item to be edited in each information file;
and the target content importing unit is used for determining a target information file according to target qualification information corresponding to the target client when the configuration of the access right for the target client is detected, and importing target content corresponding to at least one configuration item to be edited associated with the target information file.
6. An electronic device, the electronic device comprising:
one or more processors;
storage means for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, causes the one or more processors to implement the data management method of any of claims 1-4.
7. A storage medium containing computer executable instructions for performing the data management method of any of claims 1-4 when executed by a computer processor.
