Detailed Description
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the disclosure, reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the disclosure as illustrated in the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The core of the invention is to provide a method for controlling temperature of a terminal of an electric energy meter, wherein the flow diagram of one specific embodiment is shown in fig. 1, which is called as the first specific embodiment and comprises the following steps:
s101: and acquiring voltage drop data corresponding to a connecting terminal of the electric energy meter to be measured from the PN junction temperature sensor.
The PN junction temperature sensor should be disposed close to the connection terminal so as to improve the representativeness of the collected data, wherein, taking a triode as an example, the voltage drop data refers to VBE, that is, the voltage between the base and the emitter. Wherein, binding post usually has four, is live wire input end, live wire output, zero line input and zero line output respectively, certainly, can acquire corresponding binding post's pressure drop data according to actual conditions.
The voltage drop data is an analog signal, and analog-to-digital conversion can be performed through an AD chip, for example, 13-bit acquisition of a CT7424 chip is adopted, and the voltage drop data can be adjusted according to actual conditions.
S102: and determining the temperature data of the corresponding wiring terminal according to the voltage drop data.
Under the working environment of the electric energy meter to be measured, the VBE of the PN junction temperature sensor is linearly related to the temperature, so that the accurate temperature of each wiring terminal can be obtained through the voltage.
S103: and judging whether the temperature data exceeds a disconnection threshold value.
The open circuit threshold value is a preset temperature value, and if the open circuit threshold value exceeds the preset temperature value, the electric energy meter to be tested may cause potential safety hazards in the working process.
S104: and when at least one piece of temperature data exceeds the disconnection threshold value, disconnecting the disconnection of the electric meter to be tested.
Namely, the electric energy meter to be tested is disconnected from the zero line and the live line connected with the electric energy meter to be tested.
As a preferred embodiment, step S103 may be modified to:
s113: judging whether the temperature data corresponding to any wiring terminal exceeds the open circuit threshold value for N times continuously;
accordingly, step S104 may be correspondingly modified to:
s114: and when the temperature data corresponding to any one wiring terminal continuously exceeds the open circuit threshold value for N times, opening the open circuit of the ammeter to be tested.
In actual work, to realize continuous monitoring of the electric energy meter to be detected, voltage drop data at the time point needs to be acquired every fixed time, so the temperature data in the actual work also needs to be temperature data continuously sampled along with time.
Still further, after determining that at least one of the temperature data exceeds the trip threshold, further comprising:
uploading the temperature data and the switching-out information to a big data platform; and further uploading the data to the big data platform through WIFI or GPRS.
And the big data platform further sends the temperature data and the switching-out information to a communication terminal of a client corresponding to the electric energy meter to be detected, explains the switching-out reason, prompts the client to reduce the power load, continuously monitors the temperature data of the electric energy meter to be detected, and restores the power supply of the user when the temperature data is reduced to be below the open circuit threshold value.
The invention also provides a calibration method of the PN junction temperature sensor, which comprises the following steps:
a1: ambient temperature data is received.
A2: under the condition that the electric energy meter to be tested is not connected with a circuit, test voltage drop data corresponding to a connecting terminal of the electric energy meter to be tested is obtained from a PN junction temperature sensor;
a3: determining test temperature data of the corresponding wiring terminal according to the test voltage drop data;
a4: determining adjustment difference value data according to the test temperature data and the environment temperature data;
a5: and writing the adjustment difference data into an adjustment register.
After the adjustment difference is written into the adjustment register, in a formal working occasion, after original temperature data directly converted from the voltage drop data is obtained, different wiring terminals are further adjusted according to the adjustment difference, and finally the temperature data is obtained.
Of course, for the sake of safety, after obtaining the adjustment difference, the calibration process may be performed again, and the test temperature data is adjusted according to the adjustment difference obtained in the previous time, and it is checked whether the adjusted test temperature data matches the environmental temperature data, which includes the following steps, taken in combination with actual situations:
the method comprises the following steps: the ambient temperature was controlled at 23 ℃.
Step two: and the upper computer sends a command to the electric energy meter to enter an in-plant mode.
Step three: the real-time temperature of the meter terminal 1 is read.
Step four: the read temperature is compared to the ambient temperature by difference.
Step five: this difference is written into the adjustment register.
Step six: and reading the meter again to measure the real-time temperature of the terminal 1, and if the real-time temperature is 23 ℃, ending the temperature correcting process.
Step seven: and storing the terminal temperature reference value into a power-down storage medium.
According to the method for controlling the temperature of the terminal of the electric energy meter, voltage drop data corresponding to the connecting terminal of the electric energy meter to be measured are obtained from the PN junction temperature sensor; determining the temperature data of the corresponding wiring terminal according to the voltage drop data; judging whether the temperature data exceeds a circuit breaking threshold value; and when at least one piece of temperature data exceeds the disconnection threshold value, disconnecting the disconnection of the electric meter to be tested. The PN junction temperature sensor is arranged for the connecting terminal of the electric energy meter to be measured, the ambient temperature of the PN junction at the moment is obtained through the voltage drop of the PN junction temperature sensor, the temperature measurement of the connecting terminal is realized, and when the temperature of the connecting terminal is higher than a preset open circuit threshold value, the circuit is cut off in time, so that potential safety hazards caused by overhigh temperature are avoided; in addition, the PN junction temperature sensor has approximately linear voltage drop and temperature change in the use scene of the electric energy meter, so that the accuracy and the precision of temperature measurement can be greatly improved, and compared with other temperature sensors, the temperature sensor has the advantages of better consistency, lower power consumption, smaller volume and more flexible installation layout.
On the basis of the first specific embodiment, further improving the condition of the electric meter to be tested for switching off to obtain a second specific embodiment, a schematic flow chart of which is shown in fig. 2, includes:
s201: and acquiring time period voltage drop data corresponding to the wiring terminal of the electric energy meter to be measured in unit time from the PN junction temperature sensor.
The pressure drop data of the time period may include all the pressure drop data in the time period, or may include only the pressure drop data of the start time and the pressure drop data of the end time in the time period, and may be adjusted according to the algorithm of the unit time temperature value below.
S202: and determining time period temperature data of the corresponding wiring terminal in the unit time according to the time period voltage drop data.
The time-period temperature data and the time-period pressure drop data can contain data, and are not described again.
S203: determining a unit time temperature value from the time period temperature data.
The unit time temperature change value can be directly the difference of the pressure drop data of the starting time and the pressure drop data of the ending time in the corresponding time period; the difference between the highest voltage drop data and the lowest voltage drop data in the corresponding time period can be used, or other algorithms are adopted according to actual conditions, so long as the temperature change of the wiring terminal in the corresponding time period can be reflected.
S204: and judging whether the unit time temperature change value exceeds a temperature jump threshold value.
S205: and when the unit time temperature change value exceeds a temperature jump threshold value, disconnecting the open circuit of the ammeter to be tested.
It should be noted that the present embodiment and the first embodiment are not related to an alternative, but may be implemented in parallel.
As can be seen from the foregoing, the scheme in the first embodiment is to collect time point data after a fixed time interval, and in the first embodiment, data in a previous period is summarized after a plurality of collection time points. If the electric energy meter to be tested works normally, the temperature of the wiring terminal does not greatly rise and fall in a short time, if the temperature change value in unit time is too large and even exceeds the temperature jump threshold value, the temperature change of the wiring terminal is over violent, the electric energy meter to be tested is judged to work abnormally, and the connection between the electric energy meter to be tested and an external circuit needs to be cut off by switching off, so that potential safety hazards are avoided, and the working reliability of equipment is further improved.
On the basis of the first specific embodiment, further improving the condition of the electric meter to be tested for switching off to obtain a third specific embodiment, a schematic flow chart of which is shown in fig. 3, includes:
s301: and acquiring voltage drop data corresponding to a connecting terminal of the electric energy meter to be measured from the PN junction temperature sensor.
S302: and determining the temperature data of the corresponding wiring terminal according to the voltage drop data.
S313: and subtracting the maximum terminal temperature and the minimum terminal temperature in the temperature data of all the wiring terminals to obtain a terminal temperature peak difference.
S314: and judging whether the terminal temperature peak difference exceeds a balance threshold value.
S315: and when the terminal temperature peak difference exceeds a balance threshold value, breaking and switching off the ammeter to be tested.
S303: and judging whether the temperature data exceeds a disconnection threshold value.
S304: and when at least one piece of temperature data exceeds the disconnection threshold value, disconnecting the disconnection of the electric meter to be tested.
It should be noted that the flow composed of S313, S314, and S315 in this embodiment has no precedence relationship with the flow composed of S303 and S304, and the positions of the two may be changed or paralleled.
In this embodiment, whether the temperature of the connection terminal is balanced or not is further determined, in other words, whether an overlarge temperature difference exists or not is further determined, in actual work, the spatial positions of the four connection terminals are not far apart, if the electric energy meter to be measured works normally, the temperature among the four connection terminals should tend to be consistent, if the temperature difference (namely, the temperature peak difference) exists and is larger than the balance threshold value, it can be determined that the electric energy meter to be measured works abnormally, and the electric energy meter to be measured should be stopped in time to avoid causing potential safety hazards.
