Technical Field

Background
When an IQA (intake Quality assessment/automatic) test is performed on a whole vehicle and an engine of the vehicle, the intake pressure, the water inlet pressure, the water outlet pressure, the temperature and the like of the engine need to be measured, the measurement positions of the parameters are usually arranged on a metal structural part, and the metal structural part is easy to be provided with a threaded hole so as to be convenient for screwing a sensor joint and welding the sensor joint, thereby being convenient for realizing the relevant detection of the parameters.
However, for some special cases, the connection position of the parameter to be measured is connected by a soft rubber pipe, at the moment, the parameter measurement position has to be arranged on the soft rubber pipe, however, for the soft rubber pipe, the sensor joint cannot be directly screwed or welded on the soft rubber pipe, so that the sensor is inconvenient to mount and fix, and the parameter detection is affected.
In order to realize the connection between the sensor joint and the soft rubber tube in the prior art, the current method is as follows: the flexible rubber hose at the measuring position is cut off, a metal pipe fitting is fixed at two ends of the cut off by using a hoop respectively, and a sensor is screwed or welded on the metal pipe fitting so as to realize the measurement of the parameters at the flexible rubber hose.
It can be seen that the arrangement mode has high operation difficulty and low operability and practicability, and brings inconvenience to parameter measurement of hose connectors.
Therefore, how to solve the technical problem of inconvenient parameter measurement of hose connectors is a problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a joint device, which is convenient to operate and is convenient for measuring parameters of media in a hose type connector.

The joint base 1 is used for being hermetically connected with the through hole 81, wherein the joint base 1 comprises a connecting column 11 penetrating through the through hole 81 and a retainer ring 12 arranged at one end of the connecting column 11, the connecting column 11 is provided with a mounting hole 13 communicated with the inside of the hose 8, and the mounting hole 13 is used for mounting a detection piece so as to detect a medium in the hose 8; the locking piece 2 is fixedly connected with one end of the connecting column 11 far away from the retainer ring 12, so that the joint base 1 and the hose 8 are locked and fixed.
It can be understood that, after the through hole 81 is worn to locate by the connecting column 11, the retaining ring 12 can limit one end of the connecting column 11, and after the retaining member 2 is fixed to the other end of the connecting column 11, the fitting effect of the retaining member 2 and the retaining ring 12 is utilized to lock and fix the joint base 1 on the hose 8. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, a specific structure of the detecting member mounted at the mounting hole 13 is not limited, and preferably, on the basis of the above embodiments, the detecting member includes a temperature sensor 31, a pressure sensor or a sampling joint 32.
