The product regulatory system 10 further includes an operation verification device 1000, the product 400 being communicatively connected to the operation verification device 1000 based on the digital object interoperability service 700; the operation verification device 1000 is configured to respond to a login operation of an operator, verify identity information of the operator, and send an operation authentication request to the product 400 if the verification is passed; the operation authentication request comprises qualification information of an operator; the product 400 is configured to match the qualification information with preset standard qualification information, obtain an operation qualification conclusion, and send the operation qualification conclusion to the monitoring terminal 500.
It should be appreciated that during the post-factory operation of the product 400, the operator may be trained to perform post job operations after certification. Therefore, before operating the product 400, the operator needs to operate the verification device 1000 to verify whether the operator has the qualification certification.
The operation verification device 1000 may be configured as a pen with fingerprint verification function, and may also be configured on the product 400 as a verification component on the product 400, where the verification component may be a fingerprint identification module or an authentication information identification module. If the operation verification device 1000 is a pen with fingerprint verification, an operator firstly performs login operation through the pen, wherein the login operation is fingerprint authentication operation; verifying the identity information of the operator may be understood as verifying fingerprint information of the operator, the operation verification apparatus 1000 prestores the identity information of the compliance operator, matches the fingerprint information of the operator with the prestored fingerprint information, and if the same fingerprint information exists, the verification succeeds, and the operation verification apparatus 1000 sends an operation authentication request to the product 400. The product 400 matches the qualification information of the operator with the standard qualification information stored in advance, and if the qualification information of the operator is the same as the standard qualification information, an operation qualification conclusion passing the verification is obtained; and if the qualification information of the operator is different from the standard qualification information, obtaining an operation qualification conclusion that the verification fails. And if the verification is passed, allowing the operator to operate, and if the verification is not passed, not allowing the operator to operate.
When the product 400 authenticates the operator, the authentication time is also recorded; the supervision terminal 500 is sent with the operation qualification conclusion, and also sent with the authentication time and the identity information of the operator. So that the user can inquire the relevant data of the product 400 in the operation stage after leaving the factory through the supervision terminal 500, and more efficient and accurate full-life-cycle monitoring management can be formed.
In the present embodiment, the product supervision system 10 includes a plurality of digital object interoperability services 700, and the product 400 and the supervision terminal 500 are respectively integrated with the digital object interoperability services 700. The first digital object interoperation service is configured to generate a product digital object according to the attribute information of the product 400, allocate a product identifier to the product 400, bind the product identifier to the product digital object, and upload the bound product identifier and product digital object to the identifier resolution system 600; wherein the first digital object interoperability service is digital object interoperability service 700 integrated on product 400; the second digital object interoperation service is configured to generate a supervision digital object according to the attribute information of the supervision terminal 500, allocate a supervision identifier to the supervision terminal 500, bind the supervision identifier with the supervision digital object, and upload the bound supervision identifier and supervision digital object to the identifier resolution system 600; wherein the second digital object interoperation service is the digital object interoperation service 700 integrated on the supervisory terminal 500.
The first digital object interoperation service is also used for acquiring a supervision identifier; the first digital object interoperation service is further configured to send a target address acquisition request to the identifier resolution system 600, where the target address acquisition request includes a supervision identifier; the identifier resolution system 600 is further configured to obtain an IP address of the monitoring terminal 500 according to the monitoring identifier, and send the IP address of the monitoring terminal 500 to the first digital object interoperability service; the first digital object interoperation service establishes a connection with the second digital object according to the IP address of the supervision terminal 500.
In this embodiment, the first digital object interoperation service obtains the monitoring identifier of the monitoring terminal 500 by scanning a two-dimensional code or NFC (Near Field Communication ), or the like, or the monitoring identifier of the monitoring terminal 500 that needs to be in Communication connection is stored in the first digital object interoperation service in advance.
As shown in FIG. 3, the identity resolution system 600 includes a recursion node 610, a top level node 620, a second level node 630, and an enterprise node 640, the recursion node 610 communicatively coupled to a first digital object interoperability service, the top level node 620, the second level node 630, and the enterprise node 640 communicatively coupled to a second digital object interoperability service.
The first digital object interoperability service is also for sending a target address acquisition request to recursion node 610; the recursion node 610 is configured to send a supervision identifier to the top node 620; the top level node 620 is configured to query a target secondary node address according to the supervision identifier and a preset first association table, and feed back the target secondary node address to the recursion node 610; the first association table comprises an association relation between the identifier and a secondary node address corresponding to the identifier; recurse node 610 is also used to send the target secondary node address to secondary node 630; the secondary node 630 is configured to query a target enterprise node address according to the target secondary node address and a preset second association table, and feed back the target enterprise node address to the recursion node 610; the second association table comprises the association relation between the secondary node address and the enterprise node address corresponding to the secondary node address; the recursion node 610 is also configured to send the target enterprise node address to the enterprise node 640; the enterprise node 640 is configured to query the IP address of the monitoring terminal 500 according to the target enterprise node address and a preset third association table, and feed back the IP address of the monitoring terminal 500 to the recursive node 610; the third association table comprises an association relation between the enterprise node address and the corresponding IP address; recursion node 610 is also used to feed back the IP address of supervisory terminal 500 to the first digital object interoperability service.
Similarly, the principle that the product 400 establishes a communication connection with the installation verification device 800 based on the digital object interoperation service 700, the principle that the product 400 establishes a communication connection with the detection verification device 900 based on the digital object interoperation service 700, and the principle that the product 400 establishes a communication connection with the operation verification device 1000 based on the digital object interoperation service 700 may be the same as the principle that the product 400 establishes a communication connection with the supervision terminal 500 based on the digital object interoperation service 700, and the principle that the product 400 establishes a communication connection with the supervision terminal 500 based on the digital object interoperation service 700 may be referred to, and will not be described again here.
As shown in fig. 4, the first digital object interoperability service includes a digital object construction module 710 and an identity assignment module 720. The digital object constructing module 710 is configured to generate metadata and main data according to the attribute information of the product 400, and generate a digital object of the product according to the metadata and the main data; the identifier assigning module 720 is configured to register a product identifier with the identifier parsing system 600, obtain the registered product identifier from the identifier parsing system 600, bind the product identifier with a product digital object, and upload the bound product identifier and product digital object to the identifier parsing system 600.
It should be understood that each digital object interoperation service 700 has the same structure, that is, the second digital object interoperation service also includes a digital object construction module 710 and an identity assignment module 720, where the digital object construction module 710 is configured to generate metadata and main data according to the attribute information of the supervision terminal 500, and generate a supervision digital object according to the metadata and the main data; the identifier allocation module 720 registers the supervision identifier with the identifier resolution system 600, obtains the registered supervision identifier from the identifier resolution system 600, binds the supervision identifier with the supervision digital object, and uploads the supervision identifier, the supervision digital object, and the binding relationship between the supervision identifier and the supervision digital object to the identifier resolution system 600.
Similarly, digital object interoperability service 700 integrated on installation verification device 800, digital object interoperability service 700 integrated on detection verification device 900, and digital object interoperability service 700 integrated on operation verification device 1000 each include a digital object construction module 710 and an identification assignment module 720, digital object construction module 710 is used for establishing a digital object corresponding to installation verification device 800, a digital object corresponding to detection verification device 900, and a digital object corresponding to operation verification device 1000, identification assignment module 720 is used for applying for identification for installation verification device 800, detection verification device 900, and operation verification device 1000, and binds the identity of the installation verification device 800 to its digital object, the identity of the detection verification device 900 to its digital object, and the identity of the operation verification device 1000 to its digital object.
In this embodiment, the digital object interoperability service 700 further includes an identity authentication module 730, a data rights module 740, a unified protocol module 750, an extension module 760, and an intelligent microservice module 770. The identity authentication module 730 is used for authenticating the identity of the digital object and verifying and authorizing the identity of the expression of the digital object; the data authority module 740 is used for managing and controlling the operation and access authority of the digital object; the unified protocol module 750 is configured to specify an interconnection and interworking protocol of the digital object interoperability service 700, and to interconnect and interwork with the digital object interoperability service 700 conforming to the unified protocol, such as an equipment interconnection scenario or platform data sharing; the extension module 760 is used to provide an integrated component for a device or platform, which is the product 400, the supervision terminal 500, the installation verification device 800, the detection verification device 900, the operation verification device 1000, and the like, so that the device or platform can rapidly possess the capability of the standardized digital object interoperability service 700; the intelligent micro-service module 770 is used for enabling the accessed device or platform to rapidly build an intelligent application scene, such as automatic interoperation, and automatically issuing an instruction to the device for operation according to the collected historical data.
In this embodiment, the digital object interoperability service 700 is a decentralized architecture, and can implement direct mutual authorization, trust intercommunication, and interoperability between the product 400 and the monitoring terminal 500, the installation verification device 800, the detection verification device 900, and the operation verification device 1000. The system has a uniform interoperation protocol, the devices are communicated with each other through the uniform protocol, and a specific development interface is not needed.
Next, on the basis of the product supervision system 10 shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a product supervision method, please refer to fig. 5, and fig. 5 is a product supervision method provided by an embodiment of the present application, where the product supervision method may include the following steps:
and S101, writing the qualification certificate of the production enterprise and the manufacturer identification into the product in the production link of the manufacturer terminal.
S102, the dealer terminal writes the dealer enterprise qualification certificate and the dealer identification into the product in the product dealership link.
S103, the user terminal writes the use qualification certificate and the user identification into the product in the product purchasing link.
And S104, the product sends the manufacturer identification, the production enterprise qualification certificate, the distributor identification, the distributor enterprise qualification certificate, the use qualification certificate and the user identification to the supervision terminal.
And S105, the supervision terminal responds to the authentication operation of the user and sends the manufacturer identifier, the distributor identifier and the user identifier to the identifier analysis system.
And S106, the identification analysis system analyzes the manufacturer identification, the distributor identification and the user identification to obtain the manufacturer attribute information, the distributor attribute information and the user attribute information, and sends the manufacturer attribute information, the distributor attribute information and the user attribute information to the supervision terminal.
And S107, the supervision terminal authenticates the production enterprise qualification certificate, the distributor enterprise qualification certificate and the use qualification certificate according to the producer attribute information, the distributor attribute information and the user attribute information.
It is to be understood that the contents of S101 are executed by the above-described manufacturer terminal 100, the contents of S102 are executed by the above-described dealer terminal 200, the contents of S103 are executed by the above-described user terminal 300, the contents of S104 are executed by the above-described product 400, the contents of S105 and S107 are executed by the above-described supervisor terminal 500, and the contents of S106 are executed by the above-described identity resolution system 600.
In summary, the present application provides a product monitoring system and method. The product supervision system comprises: the product is in communication connection with the manufacturer terminal, the distributor terminal and the using terminal, the product is in communication connection with the supervision terminal based on the digital object interoperation service, and the manufacturer terminal, the distributor terminal, the using terminal, the product and the supervision terminal are in communication connection with the identification parsing system. The manufacturer terminal is used for writing the qualification certificate of the production enterprise and the manufacturer identification into the product in the production link of the product; the dealer terminal is used for writing the dealer enterprise qualification certificate and the dealer identification into the product in the product dealership link; the using terminal is used for writing the using qualification certificate and the user identification into the product in the product purchasing link; the product is used for sending the manufacturer identification, the production enterprise qualification certificate, the distributor identification, the distributor enterprise qualification certificate, the use qualification certificate and the user identification to the supervision terminal; the supervision terminal is used for responding to the authentication operation of the user and sending the manufacturer identifier, the distributor identifier and the user identifier to the identifier analysis system; the identification analysis system is used for analyzing the manufacturer identification, the distributor identification and the user identification, acquiring manufacturer attribute information, distributor attribute information and user attribute information, and sending the manufacturer attribute information, the distributor attribute information and the user attribute information to the supervised terminal; the supervision terminal is used for authenticating the production enterprise qualification certificate, the distributor enterprise qualification certificate and the use qualification certificate according to the producer attribute information, the distributor attribute information and the user attribute information.
Therefore, the product reports the manufacturer identification, the production enterprise qualification certificate, the distributor identification, the distributor enterprise qualification certificate, the use qualification certificate and the user identification which are acquired in the production link, the distribution link and the purchase link to the supervision terminal actively, so that a user can inquire whether the manufacturer, the distributor and the user of the product have related qualification certificates through the supervision terminal, and then judge the compliance of the product.
Meanwhile, the product can actively authenticate the qualification of installation personnel, detection personnel and operating personnel, generate records and report the records to a supervision terminal so as to form more efficient and accurate full-life-cycle monitoring management. Installation personnel, detection personnel and operating personnel need to open the authentication after identification, and the problem that the accuracy of information cannot be guaranteed is solved.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

Claims (10)

1. A product supervision system, comprising: the product is in communication connection with the manufacturer terminal, the distributor terminal and the use terminal, the product is in communication connection with the supervision terminal based on the digital object interoperation service, and the manufacturer terminal, the distributor terminal, the use terminal, the product and the supervision terminal are in communication connection with the identification parsing system;
the manufacturer terminal is used for writing the qualification certificate of the production enterprise and the manufacturer identification into the product in the production link of the product;
the dealer terminal is used for writing the dealer enterprise qualification certificate and the dealer identification into the product in the process of dealership of the product;
the using terminal is used for writing a using qualification certificate and a user identification into the product in the link of purchasing the product;
the product is used for sending the manufacturer identification, the production enterprise qualification certificate, the distributor identification, the distributor enterprise qualification certificate, the use qualification certificate and the user identification to the supervision terminal;
the supervision terminal is used for responding to authentication operation of a user and sending the manufacturer identifier, the distributor identifier and the user identifier to the identifier analysis system;
the identification analysis system is used for analyzing the manufacturer identification, the distributor identification and the user identification to obtain manufacturer attribute information, distributor attribute information and user attribute information, and sending the manufacturer attribute information, the distributor attribute information and the user attribute information to the supervision terminal;
the monitoring terminal is used for authenticating the production enterprise qualification certificate, the distributor enterprise qualification certificate and the use qualification certificate according to the producer attribute information, the distributor attribute information and the user attribute information.
2. The product regulatory system of claim 1 wherein the producer attribute information comprises a producer private key, the distributor attribute information comprises a distributor private key, the user attribute information comprises a user private key, the production enterprise qualification certificate comprises a producer public key, the distributor enterprise qualification certificate comprises a distributor public key, and the use qualification certificate comprises a user public key;
the supervision terminal is also used for matching the manufacturer public key according to the manufacturer private key, matching the distributor public key according to the distributor private key and matching the user public key according to the user private key, and if the manufacturer public key, the distributor public key and the user public key are matched, the authentication is successful.
3. The product regulatory system of claim 1 further comprising an installation verification device, the product communicatively coupled to the installation verification device based on the digital object interoperability service;
the installation verification equipment is used for responding to login operation of an installer, verifying identity information of the installer, and sending an installation authentication request to the product if the verification is passed; wherein the installation authentication request comprises qualification information of an installer;
the product is used for matching the qualification information with preset standard qualification information to obtain an installation qualification conclusion and sending the installation qualification conclusion to the supervision terminal.
4. The product regulatory system of claim 1 further comprising a detection verification device, the product communicatively coupled to the detection verification device based on the digital object interoperability service;
the detection and verification equipment is used for responding to login operation of a detector, verifying identity information of the detector and sending a detection and authentication request to the product if the verification is passed; wherein, the detection authentication request comprises qualification information of the detector;
the product is used for matching the qualification information with preset standard qualification information to obtain a detection qualification conclusion and sending the detection qualification conclusion to the supervision terminal.
5. The product regulatory system of claim 1 further comprising an operation verification device, the product communicatively coupled to the operation verification device based on the digital object interoperability service;
the operation verification equipment is used for responding to login operation of an operator, verifying identity information of the operator, and sending an operation authentication request to the product if the verification is passed; wherein the operation authentication request comprises qualification information of an operator;
the product is used for matching the qualification information with preset standard qualification information to obtain an operation qualification conclusion and sending the operation qualification conclusion to the supervision terminal.
6. The product regulatory system of claim 1 wherein the product regulatory system comprises a plurality of digital object interoperability services, the product and the regulatory terminal each being integrated with the digital object interoperability services;
the first digital object interoperation service is used for generating a product digital object according to the attribute information of the product, distributing a product identifier for the product, binding the product identifier and the product digital object, and uploading the bound product identifier and the product digital object to the identifier analysis system; wherein the first digital object interoperability service is a digital object interoperability service integrated on the product;
the second digital object interoperation service is used for generating a supervision digital object according to the attribute information of the supervision terminal, distributing a supervision identifier to the supervision terminal, binding the supervision identifier and the supervision digital object, and uploading the bound supervision identifier and the supervision digital object to the identifier analysis system; wherein the second digital object interoperation service is a digital object interoperation service integrated on the supervisory terminal.
7. The product regulatory system of claim 6 wherein the first digital object interoperability service is further configured to obtain the regulatory identity;
the first digital object interoperation service is further configured to send a target address acquisition request to the identifier resolution system, where the target address acquisition request includes the supervision identifier;
the identification analysis system is also used for acquiring the IP address of the supervision terminal according to the supervision identification and sending the IP address of the supervision terminal to the first digital object interoperation service;
and the first digital object interoperation service establishes connection with the second digital object according to the IP address of the supervision terminal.

The product supervision system according to claim 7, wherein the identity resolution system comprises a recursion node, a top level node, a secondary node, and an enterprise node, the recursion node being communicatively connected to the first digital object interoperability service, the top level node, the secondary node, and the enterprise node being communicatively connected to the second digital object interoperability service;
the first digital object interoperability service is further configured to send the target address acquisition request to the recursion node;
the recursion node is used for sending the supervision identification to the top node;
the top level node is used for inquiring a target secondary node address according to the supervision identification and a preset first association table and feeding the target secondary node address back to the recursion node; the first association table comprises an identification and an association relation of a secondary node address corresponding to the identification;
the recursive node is further configured to send the target secondary node to the secondary node;
the secondary node is used for inquiring a target enterprise node address according to the target secondary node and a preset second association table and feeding back the target enterprise node address to the recursion node; the second association table comprises an association relation between a secondary node address and an enterprise node address corresponding to the secondary node address;
the recursive node is further configured to send the target enterprise node address to the enterprise node;
the enterprise node is used for inquiring the IP address of the supervision terminal according to the target enterprise node address and a preset third association table and feeding back the IP address of the supervision terminal to the recursion node; the third association table comprises an association relation between the enterprise node address and the corresponding IP address;
the recursion node is further configured to feed back an IP address of the supervisory terminal to the first digital object interoperability service.
9. The product monitoring system of claim 6, wherein the first digital object interoperability service includes a digital object build module and an identity assignment module;
the digital object construction module is used for generating metadata and main data according to the attribute information of the product and generating the digital object of the product according to the metadata and the main data;
the identification distribution module is used for registering the product identification to the identification analysis system, acquiring the registered product identification from the identification analysis system, binding the product identification and the product digital object, and uploading the bound product identification and the product digital object to the identification analysis system.
10. A product supervision method applied to the product supervision system of claim 1, the method comprising:
in the production link of the product, the manufacturer terminal writes the qualification certificate of the production enterprise and the manufacturer identification into the product;
the dealer terminal writes the dealer enterprise qualification certificate and the dealer identification into the product in the product dealership link;
the user terminal writes a use qualification certificate and a user identification into the product in the link of purchasing the product;
the product sends the manufacturer identification, the production enterprise qualification certificate, the distributor identification, the distributor enterprise qualification certificate, the use qualification certificate and the user identification to the supervision terminal;
the supervision terminal responds to authentication operation of a user and sends the manufacturer identifier, the distributor identifier and the user identifier to the identifier analysis system;
the identification analysis system analyzes the manufacturer identification, the distributor identification and the user identification to obtain manufacturer attribute information, distributor attribute information and user attribute information, and sends the manufacturer attribute information, the distributor attribute information and the user attribute information to the supervision terminal;
and the supervision terminal authenticates the production enterprise qualification certificate, the distributor enterprise qualification certificate and the use qualification certificate according to the manufacturer attribute information, the distributor attribute information and the user attribute information.
