技术领域
本发明属于润滑材料领域,具体涉及一种金属挤压攻丝液。
背景技术
金属挤压攻丝是用特定的丝锥压入金属套管内在内壁形成螺纹,制成管线固定连接件。其特点是冷挤压变形加工,压力和摩擦力都非常大,要求润滑剂能够在变形区内仍然能够形成坚固的油膜起润滑作用,使攻丝顺利地进行,因此要求攻丝剂具有极强的极压抗磨性能。
根据金属挤压攻丝加工的特点,要求其挤压攻丝的工件为无屑挤压攻丝,金属挤压攻丝后的工件要求极压润滑满足要求的同时表面清洁、安全和环保等。随着紧固件行业的发展,无屑攻丝工艺加工时,传统的攻丝油存在的闪点低(35~110℃)的缺点,基本为易燃和可燃型产品;清洗性能不好,加工出来工件表面大量的油泥附着物;冷却性差,攻丝加工时会出现一定的油雾;极压性不好,无屑攻丝时攻丝油由于过润滑极压性不够,导致效率低。攻丝油不能兑水使用,损耗大,使用成本高,对环境不友好。市场上常见的全合成水溶性产品多为磨削加工产品,该产品其极压性和润滑性一般,只能满足普通的磨削和车削等轻负荷的加工。
因此,需要开发一种金属挤压攻丝液,该攻丝液环保且攻丝效率高。

本发明实施方式中所用PVP包覆石墨烯改性材料为自制,制备方法如下:将PVP溶于水中(PVP与水的质量比为5~30:100),然后将石墨粉溶于PVP水溶液中(石墨粉:水=35~75:25~65),最后用剪切乳化搅拌机搅拌30~120min,固液分离,收集液相备用。

二、润滑试验
环圈摩擦试验
利用如图1所示的摩擦试验机,测定接触部分的摩擦面积,评价油剂的润滑性能。摩擦面积较小者,则润滑性能更优。
试验试片:45号碳钢;
试验条件:20℃,标准大气压。
具体测试过程如下:通过环圈的回转,在环圈与试验试片接触部分会形成摩擦区域,计算接触部分摩擦区域的面积,即得摩擦面积。
选取加工磨削液、攻丝油与本发明实施例一~三测试摩擦面积,测试结果见表2和图2所示。

三、清洗试验
1、达因笔测试
使用攻丝油加工后的工件表面用达因笔测试,其划出来的线呈现不连续,且线条不明显;干净的工件使用达因笔画出来的线条呈连续非常明显状态;选取加工磨削液、攻丝油与本发明实施例一~三测试加工出来的工件使用达因笔测试,测试结果见表3:

从表3数据中得知,本发明实施例一~三达因笔画出来的线条呈连续非常明显状态。
2、净洗力测试
用表中四款产品配制5%工作液为净洗剂溶液,用净洗剂溶液浸泡、摆洗涂复人工油污的金属试片,由洗去的油污量计算净洗力(依据标准QBT 2117-1995通用水基金属净洗剂),对比例一与本发明实施例一~三测试净洗力,测试结果见表4。

从表4数据中得知,本发明实施例二和三净洗力远优于对比例一。
综上所述,本发明提供的金属挤压攻丝液由低毒或无毒的原料复配而成,对操作工人的身体刺激性小;其适用于攻丝黑色金属(挤压成型的无铁屑攻丝和内、外螺纹攻丝等),且有良好的清洗、冷却、防锈和极压润滑性能;该攻丝液攻丝后的工件很干净,易清洗或处理;其原料中各成分低气味、无闪点。

Claims (10)
1.一种金属挤压攻丝液,其特征在于:包括以下原料:复合防锈剂、极压剂、润滑剂、助剂和缓蚀剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种金属挤压攻丝液,其特征在于:所述复合防锈剂由防锈剂A和防锈剂B组成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种金属挤压攻丝液,其特征在于:所述防锈剂A为特种胺、三乙醇胺、二元酸和三元酸。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种金属挤压攻丝液,其特征在于:所述防锈剂B为三乙醇、二乙醇胺、单乙醇胺和硼酸中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种金属挤压攻丝液,其特征在于:所述极压剂为氯化物、硫化脂肪酸酯和磷酸酯中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种金属挤压攻丝液,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为PVP包覆石墨烯改性材料、自乳化酯和反嵌段聚醚中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种金属挤压攻丝液,其特征在于:所述PVP包覆石墨烯改性材料,制备方法包括以下步骤:将PVP溶于水中制得PVP水溶液,然后将石墨粉溶于PVP水溶液中,乳化30~120min,固液分离,收集液相即得。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种金属挤压攻丝液,其特征在于:助剂为二聚酸、异壬酸、辛癸酸和异构醇中的至少一种。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种金属挤压攻丝液,其特征在于:所述缓蚀剂为甲酸盐和甲酸衍生物中的至少一种。
