海绵是由发泡塑料聚合物制成的一种弹性材料,由于海绵具有保温、隔热、吸音、减震、阻燃、透气好等特性,因此涉及鞋服行业、汽车行业、电池行业、化妆品行业、家居等多个行业。
鞋的历史发展悠久,鞋类生产是我国轻工业中的重要产业,是服装行业的组成部分。鞋有多种分类方法,根据穿用对象不同,有男式鞋、女式鞋、儿童鞋、老年鞋等;按款式分,头型有方头、圆头、尖头等,跟型有平跟、高跟、坡跟等。按主体材料分,有皮鞋、布鞋、塑料鞋等。其中,皮鞋的组成构造一般包括:鞋帮、鞋垫、鞋底(外底、中底)、鞋跟等部件。
由于社会形态的转变,社会愈来愈进步,人们生活也更加富裕,相对地提高了对于使用及穿戴物品例如鞋类制品的品质要求。其中,鞋垫属于鞋的副料制品,在人们日常生活中起着重要作用。随着人类社会经济和制鞋业技术的不断发展,人们已不满足鞋垫的常规功能,因此鞋垫被给予更多的附加作用。鞋垫由品种单一向多品种、多功能的方向发展,其结构、材料及性能也不断进步。
经过行业实践的检验及多组合的应用,海绵鞋垫因其透气性好、舒适性强、产品外观精致,被作为国内外鞋子设计的首选鞋辅料,但是由于制鞋工艺落后和产品档次的不高,胶鞋海绵垫硬度较高,弹性不足,穿用过程中对人体重量的缓冲作用不显著,使人的足部疲劳度高,有待进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种鞋用海绵,另一目的是提供一种生产上述鞋用海绵的方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种鞋用海绵,包括以下重量份的原料:甲苯二异氰酸酯45-60份、聚醚丙二醇40-50份、聚醚丙三醇30-40份、三乙烯二胺2.5-4.2份、三乙胺1.8-3.2份、发泡剂3.6-5.2份、稳泡剂4.8-6.5份、催化剂1-2份、蛤粉5-8份、海泡石份3-5份、蒙脱土2-3份;
所述稳泡剂由氰尿酸锌、二甲基硅油、月桂醇硫酸钠、三硬脂酸甘油酯、三乙醇胺按重量份1:2-2.6:0.5-0.8:0.1-0.2:0.65-0.95的比例组成。
进一步的,所述发泡剂由二氯甲烷、石油醚、十二烷基硫酸钠、三氯氟甲烷按重量份1:0.48-0.56:1.2-1.36:0.8-0.92。

一种鞋用海绵的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将聚醚丙二醇、聚醚丙三醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、蛤粉、海泡石粉、蒙脱土按顺序加入容器内,在温度为40-50℃的环境下,搅拌反应1-2h;
步骤二,向步骤一制得的混合物中,按顺序加入发泡剂、三乙烯二胺、三乙胺、稳泡剂、催化剂,在温度为70-80℃、压力为(-0.1)MPa的条件下,搅拌反应2-3h;
步骤三,将步骤二制得的混合物倒入模具中,固化成型后脱模;
步骤四,将脱模后的产品,在80-90℃下干燥2-3h,得到所述鞋用海绵。
进一步的,所述步骤三中,固化的温度为30-40℃,固化时间25-35min。
进一步的,所述步骤四中,干燥的进程具体控制如下:将产品置于烘箱中,室温以2℃/min升温至35℃,保温20-30min;然后以3℃/min升温至60℃,保温15-20min;再以1℃/min升温至80-90℃,保温2-3h。
进一步的,所述步骤一中,搅拌速度为200-300r/min;所述步骤二中,搅拌速度为400-500r/min。

第一,本申请通过限定稳泡剂的具体组成及配比,与其他原料配合,使聚醚丙二醇、聚醚丙三醇达到粒形的发泡效果,且泡沫不塌泡、不收缩,使制得的鞋用海绵具有较高的弹性和韧性;其中,通过加入蛤粉、海泡石粉、蒙脱土最为补强剂,先与聚醚丙二醇、聚醚丙三醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯搅拌混合,然后在发泡剂的作用下,蛤粉、海泡石粉、蒙脱土填充到基体中,对泡孔壁起到一定的支撑作用,保证泡沫不塌泡、不收缩,提高制得的鞋用海绵的弹性和韧性;且加入的蛤粉不仅可作为填料,还可作为色料,限定制成的海绵的颜色;加入的海泡石粉、蒙脱土还可对聚醚丙二醇、聚醚丙三醇进行改性处理,增强海绵的弹性和韧性,提高使用寿命;
第二,通过限定发泡剂的具体组成及配比,与稳泡剂配合,以使聚醚丙二醇、聚醚丙三醇的发泡倍数高、泡沫稳定性好,同时与催化剂配合,达到理想的发泡效果和固化效果,提高产品的性能。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的描述。
一种鞋用海绵,包括以下重量份的原料:甲苯二异氰酸酯45-60份、聚醚丙二醇40-50份、聚醚丙三醇30-40份、三乙烯二胺2.5-4.2份、三乙胺1.8-3.2份、发泡剂3.6-5.2份、稳泡剂4.8-6.5份、催化剂1-2份、蛤粉5-8份、海泡石份3-5份、蒙脱土2-3份。
其中,稳泡剂由氰尿酸锌、二甲基硅油、月桂醇硫酸钠、三硬脂酸甘油酯、三乙醇胺按重量份1:2-2.6:0.5-0.8:0.1-0.2:0.65-0.95的比例组成。
发泡剂由二氯甲烷、石油醚、十二烷基硫酸钠、三氯氟甲烷按重量份1:0.48-0.56:1.2-1.36:0.8-0.92。
催化剂由二醋酸二丁基锡、苯甲酸亚锡按质量份1:1-2的比例组成。
其生产方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将聚醚丙二醇、聚醚丙三醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、蛤粉、海泡石粉、蒙脱土按顺序加入容器内,在温度为40-50℃的环境下,搅拌反应1-2h;
步骤二,向步骤一制得的混合物中,按顺序加入发泡剂、三乙烯二胺、三乙胺、稳泡剂、催化剂,在温度为70-80℃、压力为(-0.1)MPa的条件下,搅拌反应2-3h;
步骤三,将步骤二制得的混合物倒入模具中,固化成型后脱模,固化的温度为30-40℃,固化时间25-35min;
步骤四,将脱模后的产品,在80-90℃下干燥2-3h,得到所述鞋用海绵,干燥的进程具体控制如下:将产品置于烘箱中,室温以2℃/min升温至35℃,保温20-30min;然后以3℃/min升温至60℃,保温15-20min;再以1℃/min升温至80-90℃,保温2-3h。
其中,步骤一中,搅拌速度为200-300r/min;所述步骤二中,搅拌速度为400-500r/min。
实施例1
一种鞋用海绵,包括以下重量份的原料:甲苯二异氰酸酯45份、聚醚丙二醇50份、聚醚丙三醇30份、三乙烯二胺2.5份、三乙胺3.2份、发泡剂3.6份、稳泡剂6.5份、催化剂1份、蛤粉8份、海泡石份3份、蒙脱土2份。
其中,稳泡剂由氰尿酸锌、二甲基硅油、月桂醇硫酸钠、三硬脂酸甘油酯、三乙醇胺按重量份1:2:0.8:0.1:0.65的比例组成。
发泡剂由二氯甲烷、石油醚、十二烷基硫酸钠、三氯氟甲烷按重量份1:0.48:1.36:0.8。
催化剂由二醋酸二丁基锡、苯甲酸亚锡按质量份1:1的比例组成。
其生产方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将聚醚丙二醇、聚醚丙三醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、蛤粉、海泡石粉、蒙脱土按顺序加入容器内,在温度为40℃的环境下,搅拌反应2h;
步骤二,向步骤一制得的混合物中,按顺序加入发泡剂、三乙烯二胺、三乙胺、稳泡剂、催化剂,在温度为70℃、压力为(-0.1)MPa的条件下,搅拌反应3h;
步骤三,将步骤二制得的混合物倒入模具中,固化成型后脱模,固化的温度为30℃,固化时间35min;
步骤四,将脱模后的产品,在80℃下干燥3h,得到所述鞋用海绵,干燥的进程具体控制如下:将产品置于烘箱中,室温以2℃/min升温至35℃,保温20min;然后以3℃/min升温至60℃,保温20min;再以1℃/min升温至80℃,保温3h。
其中,步骤一中,搅拌速度为200r/min;所述步骤二中,搅拌速度为400r/min。
实施例2
一种鞋用海绵,包括以下重量份的原料:甲苯二异氰酸酯60份、聚醚丙二醇40份、聚醚丙三醇40份、三乙烯二胺4.2份、三乙胺1.8份、发泡剂5.2份、稳泡剂4.8份、催化剂2份、蛤粉5份、海泡石份5份、蒙脱土3份。
其中,稳泡剂由氰尿酸锌、二甲基硅油、月桂醇硫酸钠、三硬脂酸甘油酯、三乙醇胺按重量份1:2.6:0.5:0.2:0.95的比例组成。
发泡剂由二氯甲烷、石油醚、十二烷基硫酸钠、三氯氟甲烷按重量份1:0.56:1.2:0.92。
催化剂由二醋酸二丁基锡、苯甲酸亚锡按质量份1:2的比例组成。
其生产方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将聚醚丙二醇、聚醚丙三醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、蛤粉、海泡石粉、蒙脱土按顺序加入容器内,在温度为50℃的环境下,搅拌反应1h;
步骤二,向步骤一制得的混合物中,按顺序加入发泡剂、三乙烯二胺、三乙胺、稳泡剂、催化剂,在温度为80℃、压力为(-0.1)MPa的条件下,搅拌反应2h;
步骤三,将步骤二制得的混合物倒入模具中,固化成型后脱模,固化的温度为40℃,固化时间25min;
步骤四,将脱模后的产品,在90℃下干燥2h,得到所述鞋用海绵,干燥的进程具体控制如下:将产品置于烘箱中,室温以2℃/min升温至35℃,保温30min;然后以3℃/min升温至60℃,保温15min;再以1℃/min升温至90℃,保温2h。
其中,步骤一中,搅拌速度为300r/min;所述步骤二中,搅拌速度为500r/min。
实施例3
一种鞋用海绵,包括以下重量份的原料:甲苯二异氰酸酯53份、聚醚丙二醇45份、聚醚丙三醇35份、三乙烯二胺3.2份、三乙胺2.4份、发泡剂4.3份、稳泡剂5.7份、催化剂1.5份、蛤粉6份、海泡石份4份、蒙脱土2.5份。
其中,稳泡剂由氰尿酸锌、二甲基硅油、月桂醇硫酸钠、三硬脂酸甘油酯、三乙醇胺按重量份1:2.3:0.64:0.16:0.86的比例组成。
发泡剂由二氯甲烷、石油醚、十二烷基硫酸钠、三氯氟甲烷按重量份1:0.52:1.27:0.87。
催化剂由二醋酸二丁基锡、苯甲酸亚锡按质量份1:1.5的比例组成。
其生产方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将聚醚丙二醇、聚醚丙三醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、蛤粉、海泡石粉、蒙脱土按顺序加入容器内,在温度为45℃的环境下,搅拌反应1.5h;
步骤二,向步骤一制得的混合物中,按顺序加入发泡剂、三乙烯二胺、三乙胺、稳泡剂、催化剂,在温度为75℃、压力为(-0.1)MPa的条件下,搅拌反应2.5h;
步骤三,将步骤二制得的混合物倒入模具中,固化成型后脱模,固化的温度为35℃,固化时间30min;
步骤四,将脱模后的产品,在85℃下干燥2.5h,得到所述鞋用海绵,干燥的进程具体控制如下:将产品置于烘箱中,室温以2℃/min升温至35℃,保温25min;然后以3℃/min升温至60℃,保温18min;再以1℃/min升温至85℃,保温2.5h。
其中,步骤一中,搅拌速度为250r/min;所述步骤二中,搅拌速度为450r/min。
将上述三个实施例制得的鞋用海绵与现有技术中的鞋用海绵进行测试,获得如下的试验数据,具体参见下表:

通过上述表格可知,本申请制得鞋用海绵的强度及弹性均优于现有技术中的鞋用海绵,满足生产需求,通过限定稳泡剂的具体组成及配比,与其他原料配合,使聚醚丙二醇、聚醚丙三醇达到粒形的发泡效果,且泡沫不塌泡、不收缩,使制得的鞋用海绵具有较高的弹性和韧性;其中,通过加入蛤粉、海泡石粉、蒙脱土最为补强剂,先与聚醚丙二醇、聚醚丙三醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯搅拌混合,然后在发泡剂的作用下,蛤粉、海泡石粉、蒙脱土填充到基体中,对泡孔壁起到一定的支撑作用,保证泡沫不塌泡、不收缩,提高制得的鞋用海绵的弹性和韧性;且加入的蛤粉不仅可作为填料,还可作为色料,限定制成的海绵的颜色;加入的海泡石粉、蒙脱土还可对聚醚丙二醇、聚醚丙三醇进行改性处理,增强海绵的弹性和韧性,提高使用寿命。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,故不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明申请专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种鞋用海绵,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:甲苯二异氰酸酯45-60份、聚醚丙二醇40-50份、聚醚丙三醇30-40份、三乙烯二胺2.5-4.2份、三乙胺1.8-3.2份、发泡剂3.6-5.2份、稳泡剂4.8-6.5份、催化剂1-2份、蛤粉5-8份、海泡石份3-5份、蒙脱土2-3份;
所述稳泡剂由氰尿酸锌、二甲基硅油、月桂醇硫酸钠、三硬脂酸甘油酯、三乙醇胺按重量份1:2-2.6:0.5-0.8:0.1-0.2:0.65-0.95的比例组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鞋用海绵,其特征在于:所述发泡剂由二氯甲烷、石油醚、十二烷基硫酸钠、三氯氟甲烷按重量份1:0.48-0.56:1.2-1.36:0.8-0.92。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种鞋用海绵,其特征在于:所述催化剂由二醋酸二丁基锡、苯甲酸亚锡按质量份1:1-2的比例组成。
4.一种鞋用海绵的生产方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将聚醚丙二醇、聚醚丙三醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、蛤粉、海泡石粉、蒙脱土按顺序加入容器内,在温度为40-50℃的环境下,搅拌反应1-2h;
步骤二,向步骤一制得的混合物中,按顺序加入发泡剂、三乙烯二胺、三乙胺、稳泡剂、催化剂,在温度为70-80℃、压力为(-0.1)MPa的条件下,搅拌反应2-3h;
步骤三,将步骤二制得的混合物倒入模具中,固化成型后脱模;
步骤四,将脱模后的产品,在80-90℃下干燥2-3h,得到所述鞋用海绵。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种鞋用海绵的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三中,固化的温度为30-40℃,固化时间25-35min。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种鞋用海绵的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤四中,干燥的进程具体控制如下:将产品置于烘箱中,室温以2℃/min升温至35℃,保温20-30min;然后以3℃/min升温至60℃,保温15-20min;再以1℃/min升温至80-90℃,保温2-3h。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种鞋用海绵的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中,搅拌速度为200-300r/min;所述步骤二中,搅拌速度为400-500r/min。
