The braking device 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention can realize the first braking function and the second braking function. When the first braking function is realized, the driving unit drives the nut 14 to rotate, the nut 14 drives the screw rod 13 to move, the screw rod 13 drives the first friction plate 11, and the first friction plate 11 is in contact with the brake disc 10 and generates braking force to realize braking. When the second braking function is realized, brake fluid is introduced into the hydraulic chamber 15, the brake fluid pushes the screw rod 13 to move, the screw rod 13 drives the first friction plate 11, and the first friction plate 11 is in contact with the brake disc 10 and generates braking force, so that braking is realized. The first braking function may be as a conventional braking function and the second braking function may be as a backup braking function, or the first braking function may be as a backup braking function and the second braking function may be as a conventional braking function.
Besides the screw 13 and the nut 14, the ball screw mechanism further includes a plurality of balls disposed between the screw 13 and the nut 14, and the specific structure and installation manner refer to the prior art and are not described herein again.
In one embodiment, the driving unit includes a motor 17 and a speed reducing mechanism, an input end of the speed reducing mechanism is connected with the motor 17, an output end of the speed reducing mechanism is connected with the nut 14, the motor 17 is located between the speed reducing mechanism and the brake disc 10 in the axial direction of the screw rod 13, and the motor 17 is installed on the shell 12. In one embodiment, the brake apparatus 1000 further includes a second friction plate 21, and the first friction plate 11 and the second friction plate 21 are respectively located on both sides of the brake disk 10. The first seal ring 22 does not have a function of enhancing the sealing performance, and can generate a return force to the screw 13, so that the screw 13 can be quickly returned after the brake is released.
