Abstract
The invention discloses a rapid detection device of an AD590 sensor in the field of sensor detection devices, wherein an AD590 sensor interface input module is used for accessing a detected AD590 sensor, a comparison sensor can detect the ambient temperature in real time and is used for comparing the ambient temperature with the temperature detected by the AD590 sensor, and a main processor processes signals transmitted by an AD590 sensor sampling signal preprocessing module and a comparison sensor sampling signal preprocessing module and then independently displays the detected temperature values through an AD590 digital display module and a comparison digital display module respectively; according to the invention, the two measured temperature values are compared, and if the temperature values are different, the insensitivity of the AD590 sensor can be judged; if the temperature values are the same, the AD590 sensor can be judged to be normal, and the comparison and judgment can be directly carried out according to the test result, so that the method is clear and is simple and convenient to use.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sensor detection devices, in particular to a rapid detection device of an AD590 sensor.
Background
Display modules are now being carried in many modern devices. The sensors inside the display module are the main components of the module for sensing the external environment. The sensitivity of the sensor therefore occupies an extremely important position.
However, in the prior art, the sensor cannot detect the sensitivity, and even if the sensitivity of the sensor is reduced and the measured temperature is deviated, the sensor cannot be easily perceived.
Therefore, it is urgently needed to provide a fast detection device of the AD590 sensor to solve the above technical problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a rapid detection device of an AD590 sensor, which can visually judge the quality of the detected sensor by comparing temperature values measured by two sensors.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a fast detection device for an AD590 sensor, which includes a power supply, a voltage conversion module, a main processor, a comparison sensor sampling signal preprocessing module, an AD590 sensor interface input module, an AD590 sensor sampling signal preprocessing module, a comparison digital display module, an AD590 digital display module, and an RS232 communication processing module.
And 9V voltage output by the power supply is converted into 3.3V voltage by the voltage conversion module and then supplies power to the main processor, the comparison sensor sampling signal preprocessing module and the AD590 sensor sampling signal preprocessing module.
The AD590 sensor interface input module is used for accessing the AD590 sensor to be detected, the AD590 sensor is used for detecting the ambient temperature, and the AD590 sensor sampling signal preprocessing module carries out shaping and amplifying processing on an electric signal transmitted by the AD590 sensor and then transmits the electric signal to the main processor.
The comparison sensor can detect the ambient temperature in real time and is used for comparing the ambient temperature with the temperature detected by the AD590 sensor; and the comparison sensor sampling signal preprocessing module shapes and amplifies the electric signals transmitted by the comparison sensor and then transmits the electric signals to the main processor.
After the main processor processes the signals transmitted by the AD590 sensor sampling signal preprocessing module and the comparison sensor sampling signal preprocessing module, the detected temperature values are separately displayed through the AD590 digital display module and the comparison digital display module respectively; and the RS232 communication processing module is used for connecting the main processor with a computer to carry out data communication.
Preferably, the power supply can be an external power supply or an internal battery.
Preferably, the rapid detection device is reserved with a PT100 sensor interface input module and a PT100 sensor sampling signal preprocessing module.
Preferably, the rapid detection device is further reserved with a thermosensitive sensor interface input module and a thermosensitive sensor sampling signal preprocessing module.
Preferably, the device box is used for installing the built-in power supply, the voltage conversion module, the main processor, the contrast sensor sampling signal preprocessing module, the AD590 sensor interface input module, the AD590 sensor sampling signal preprocessing module, the contrast digital display module, the AD590 digital display module and the RS232 communication processing module.
Preferably, the device box is provided with two sensor test holes which are respectively connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the power supply; the sensor test hole is connected into the AD590 sensor through a lead.
Preferably, the device box is further provided with a switch, and the switch is used for controlling the connection or disconnection of the output bus line of the power supply.
Preferably, the device case is further provided with the external power supply interface.
According to the technical scheme, the AD590 sensor needing to be detected is connected to an input module of an AD590 sensor interface, an electric signal of the AD590 sensor is shaped, amplified and transmitted to a main processor through a signal sampling preprocessing module of the AD590 sensor, and a microprocessor P89PLC936 in the main processor calls a temperature library through programming and sends the temperature library to an AD590 digital display module through an I/O port to display the measured temperature. According to the same principle, the comparison digital display module displays the temperature measured by the comparison sensor, the two measured temperature values are compared, and if the temperature value displayed by the AD590 digital display module is different from the temperature value displayed by the comparison digital display module, the AD590 sensor is judged to be insensitive or damaged. If the temperature value displayed by the AD590 digital display module is the same as the temperature value displayed by the comparison digital display module, the AD590 sensor can be judged to be normal. The test result can be directly compared and judged, and the test device is clear at a glance and is simple and convenient to use.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
The invention provides a rapid detection device of an AD590 sensor, which comprises a power supply, a voltage conversion module, a main processor, a comparison sensor sampling signal preprocessing module, an AD590 sensor interface input module, an AD590 sensor sampling signal preprocessing module, a comparison digital display module, an AD590 digital display module and an RS232 communication processing module.
The 9V voltage output by the power supply is converted into 3.3V voltage through the voltage conversion module and then supplies power to the main processor, the comparison sensor sampling signal preprocessing module and the AD590 sensor sampling signal preprocessing module.
The AD590 sensor interface input module is used for accessing an AD590 sensor to be detected, the AD590 sensor is used for detecting the ambient temperature, and the AD590 sensor sampling signal preprocessing module carries out shaping and amplifying processing on an electric signal transmitted by the AD590 sensor and then transmits the electric signal to the main processor.
The comparison sensor can detect the ambient temperature in real time and is used for comparing the ambient temperature with the temperature detected by the AD590 sensor; the comparison sensor sampling signal preprocessing module shapes and amplifies the electric signals transmitted by the comparison sensor and then transmits the electric signals to the main processor.
After the signals transmitted by the AD590 sensor sampling signal preprocessing module and the comparison sensor sampling signal preprocessing module are processed by the main processor, the detected temperature values are independently displayed through an AD590 digital display module and a comparison digital display module respectively; and the RS232 communication processing module is used for connecting the main processor with a computer to carry out data communication.
The method for detecting the AD590 sensor specifically comprises the following steps: the AD590 sensor to be detected is connected to the input module of the AD590 sensor interface, the electric signal of the AD590 sensor is shaped and amplified by the AD590 sensor sampling signal preprocessing module and transmitted to the main processor, and the microprocessor P89PLC936 in the main processor calls a temperature library through programming and sends the temperature library to the AD590 digital display module through an I/O port to display the measured temperature. According to the same principle, the comparison digital display module displays the temperature measured by the comparison sensor, the two measured temperature values are compared, and if the temperature value displayed by the AD590 digital display module is different from the temperature value displayed by the comparison digital display module, the AD590 sensor is judged to be insensitive or damaged. If the temperature value displayed by the AD590 digital display module is the same as the temperature value displayed by the comparison digital display module, the AD590 sensor can be judged to be normal. The test result can be directly compared and judged, and the test device is clear at a glance and is simple and convenient to use.
Preferably, the power source can be an external power source or an internal battery. The power supply of various power supplies can be switched at will, the external power supply is suitable for the indoor environment which can be directly connected with the external power supply, and the built-in battery is suitable for the outdoor environment which has relatively insufficient conditions and no available external power supply.
Preferably, the rapid detection device is reserved with a PT100 sensor interface input module and a PT100 sensor sampling signal preprocessing module.
Preferably, the rapid detection device is further reserved with a thermosensitive sensor interface input module and a thermosensitive sensor sampling signal preprocessing module. And the reserved interface input module is convenient for upgrading and testing other sensors in the future.
Preferably, the device box 1 is used for installing a built-in power supply, a voltage conversion module, a main processor, a comparison sensor sampling signal preprocessing module, an AD590 sensor interface input module, an AD590 sensor sampling signal preprocessing module, a comparison digital display module, an AD590 digital display module and an RS232 communication processing module. The device case 1 is convenient for install the power, is used for showing the digital display module of temperature value, various interfaces and each module integrated circuit board, integrates multiple components, not only regular but also small, portable.
Preferably, the device box 1 is provided with two sensor test holes 2, and the two sensor test holes 2 are respectively connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the power supply; the sensor test hole 2 is connected to the AD590 sensor through a lead.
Preferably, the device case 1 is further provided with a switch 3, and the switch 3 is used for controlling the connection or disconnection of the output bus of the power supply.
Preferably, the device case 1 is further provided with an external power interface 4, which is convenient for accessing an external power supply.

the 9V voltage output by the power supply is converted into 3.3V voltage by the voltage conversion module and then supplies power to the main processor, the comparison sensor sampling signal preprocessing module and the AD590 sensor sampling signal preprocessing module;
the AD590 sensor interface input module is used for accessing the AD590 sensor to be detected, the AD590 sensor is used for detecting the ambient temperature, and the AD590 sensor sampling signal preprocessing module is used for shaping and amplifying the electric signal transmitted by the AD590 sensor and then transmitting the electric signal to the main processor;
the comparison sensor can detect the ambient temperature in real time and is used for comparing the ambient temperature with the temperature detected by the AD590 sensor; the comparison sensor sampling signal preprocessing module shapes and amplifies the electric signals transmitted by the comparison sensor and then transmits the electric signals to the main processor;
after the main processor processes the signals transmitted by the AD590 sensor sampling signal preprocessing module and the comparison sensor sampling signal preprocessing module, the detected temperature values are separately displayed through the AD590 digital display module and the comparison digital display module respectively; and the RS232 communication processing module is used for connecting the main processor with a computer to carry out data communication.
2. The rapid detection device according to claim 1, wherein the power source can be an external power source or an internal battery.
3. The rapid detection device according to claim 1, wherein the rapid detection device is reserved with a PT100 sensor interface input module and a PT100 sensor sampling signal preprocessing module.
4. The rapid detection device according to claim 1, wherein a thermal sensor interface input module and a thermal sensor sampling signal preprocessing module are reserved in the rapid detection device.

The rapid detection device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a device box (1), wherein the device box (1) is used for installing the built-in power supply, the voltage conversion module, the main processor, the comparison sensor sampling signal preprocessing module, the AD590 sensor interface input module, the AD590 sensor sampling signal preprocessing module, the comparison digital display module, the AD590 digital display module and the RS232 communication processing module.
