one end of the training sub-band can be sleeved on the connecting seat and clamped by the first clamp body after being bent, and the clamped training sub-band can penetrate out from a closing seam between the closing part and the third cross rod.
4. A training belt as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first clamp body is provided with a stop arm at one side thereof, and the connecting seat is provided with a receiving groove adapted to the stop arm.

The training belt of claim 3, wherein the training sub-belt is further provided with a sliding limit buckle for fixing the end of the training sub-belt passing through the adjusting buckle, the sliding limit buckle comprises a female buckle and a male buckle, the male buckle comprises a sliding part and limit parts positioned on two sides of the sliding part, and the bottom surface of the sliding part is provided with anti-skid protrusions; the female buckle comprises a bottom plate, a fifth baffle, a sixth baffle, a first limiting plate and a second limiting plate, the fifth baffle and the sixth baffle are vertically and fixedly connected with the bottom plate, mounting grooves for containing the training belts and the male buckle are formed in the fifth baffle and the sixth baffle, the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate respectively extend from the upper ends of the fifth baffle and the sixth baffle to the inner side vertically, and limiting grooves matched with the limiting parts are formed in the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate; the tail end of the training sub-belt is provided with an anti-slip sewing thread.

The training belt of claim 3, wherein the fixing belt is provided with an arc-shaped bearing buckle, the arc-shaped bearing buckle is integrally in a shape of Chinese character 'mu', two ends of the fixing belt respectively penetrate through gaps at two ends of the arc-shaped bearing buckle and penetrate out through a gap in the middle of the arc-shaped bearing buckle to be sewn and fixed, and the bending direction of the arc-shaped bearing buckle is consistent with that of the fixing belt ring.
7. The training belt of claim 3, wherein the pull ring comprises a pull ring band and a handle, one end of the pull ring band is fixedly connected with the adjusting buckle, and the other end of the pull ring band is fixedly connected with the handle through a deformation buckle.
