Abstract
The invention discloses a control system of a vibration massager based on mobile phone audio signals, which comprises a mobile phone and a vibration massager, wherein the vibration massager comprises a vibration motor and a control device; the control device comprises a base, a driving part and a sliding part, wherein the sliding part comprises a rotating ball, a cylinder and a method realized based on the system, and the method comprises the following steps: s1: connecting the mobile phone with a first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft and a vibration motor in the control device; s2: starting the vibration motor and operating the vibration massager; s3: the user inputs the requirements into the software controlling the vibration massager; s4: sending a control instruction to the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft; s5: the control device adjusts the working position of the vibration motor according to the instruction sent by the mobile phone and performs massage work; s6: when the vibration motor is used, the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are controlled by the mobile phone to stop working, so that the vibration motor stops working. Technical Field

Background

The following description of the technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention is clear and complete. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, but the present invention may be practiced in other ways other than those described herein, and persons skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
A control system of a vibration massager based on mobile phone audio signals comprises a mobile phone provided with software for controlling the vibration massager, and is used for controlling the vibration massager. The vibration massager is used for massaging a user. The vibration massager comprises a vibration motor which is used for massaging. And the control device is used for adjusting the direction and the angle of the vibration motor.
The control device comprises a base 1, which is used for installing a driving part and a sliding part. And a driving part for rotating the sliding part along the track of the driving part. And the sliding part is used for driving the vibration motor to slide.
The sliding part comprises a turning ball 2, which acts to slide a cylinder 5 through a bottom plate 4 in a recess 3. And a column 5 matched with the rotating ball 2 and used for connecting the vibration massager through a connecting plate 6. The base 1 is provided with a rotating ball 2 through rotating a rotating shaft. The rotating ball 2 is provided with a cross-shaped groove 3, and the function of the groove is to enable the column 5 to slide through the bottom plate 4.
One end of the column 5 is vertically provided with a bottom plate 4, and the bottom plate is matched with the first strip-shaped hole 11 and the second strip-shaped hole 12 to limit the column 5, so that the column 5 is prevented from sliding out of the first strip-shaped hole 11 and the second strip-shaped hole 12. The dimensions of the bottom plate 4 correspond to the dimensions of the recess 3 in order to avoid that the column 5 slides out of or falls off the recess 3. The bottom plate 4 is at a critical value in the horizontal direction that it is just able to slide in the groove 3 and does not fall out of the groove 3. The width of the bottom plate 4 is wider than the width of the groove 3 in the vertical direction so that the bottom plate 4 can push the turning ball 2 to turn in the vertical direction. The bottom plate 4 is positioned in the groove 3 on the rotating ball 2, the column 5 can slide in the groove 3 through the bottom plate 4, and the bottom plate 4 cannot slide out of the groove 3.
The drive section comprises a first turret 7 which serves to rotate the column 5 in a horizontal direction. The second turret 8, which functions to rotate the column 5 in the vertical direction.
The base 1 is rotatably provided with a second rotating frame 8, the second rotating frame 8 is an arc rotating frame with an opening facing the rotating ball 2, and the second rotating frame 8 is provided with a second strip-shaped hole 12, which has the function of enabling the column 5 to rotate in the second rotating frame 8. The second turret 8 is located outside the turning ball 2.
The base 1 is further rotatably provided with a first rotating frame 7, the first rotating frame 7 and the second rotating frame 8 are identical in shape and are arranged in a crossing mode, the first rotating frame 7 is an arc-shaped rotating frame with an opening facing the rotating ball 2, and the first rotating frame 7 is provided with a first strip-shaped hole 11 which is used for enabling the column 5 to rotate in the first rotating frame 7. The first turret 7 is located outside the second turret 8.
The column body 5 sequentially passes through the second strip-shaped hole 12 and the first strip-shaped hole 11 and passes out of the first strip-shaped hole 11, and one end of the column body 5, which passes out of the first strip-shaped hole 11, is provided with a connecting plate 6 which is used for connecting a vibration massager. The length of the column 5 is at least the length of the first strip-shaped hole 11. The connecting plate 6 is connected with the vibrating motor, and the vibrating motor is positioned in the vibrating massager. By changing the position of the connecting plate 6 and adjusting the angle of the connecting plate 6, namely, changing the position and the angle of the vibration motor. The groove 3 is matched with the first strip-shaped hole 11 and the second strip-shaped hole 12.
The mobile phone is electrically connected with the second rotating frame 8, the first rotating frame 7 and the vibration motor. The mobile phone can send instructions to the control device through operation of the mobile phone, so that the control device meets the requirements of users.
Referring to fig. 1-4, when the control device is used, in an initial state, as shown in fig. 1, the bottom plate 4 and the column 5 are located at the center of the groove 3, and correspondingly, the second rotating frame 8 is in a horizontal state, the first rotating frame 7 is perpendicular to the second rotating frame 8, the rotating ball 2 can rotate around the base 1 in a vertical direction through the rotating shaft of the rotating ball 2, when the first rotating frame 7 is not moving, as shown in fig. 2, the second rotating frame 8 rotates in a counterclockwise direction (in the vertical direction) in fig. 2, that is, the second rotating frame 8 rotates downward, the second rotating frame 8 drives the column 5 to rotate in the counterclockwise direction (in the vertical direction) in fig. 2 along the first bar hole 11, because the rotating ball 2 can rotate, the bottom plate 4 is just clamped in the groove 3, and the column 5 is driven to rotate together with the rotating ball 2 in the counterclockwise direction in fig. 2, that is, the column 5 rotates counterclockwise in the first bar hole 11, that is, the column 5 rotates downward along the first bar hole 11; similarly, when the second turret 8 rotates clockwise in fig. 2, the column 5 is driven to rotate upwards.
When the second rotating frame 8 is stationary, as shown in fig. 3, the first rotating frame 7 rotates counterclockwise in fig. 3, that is, the first rotating frame 7 rotates rightward, the first rotating frame 7 drives the column 5 to rotate counterclockwise in fig. 3 (rotate horizontally) along the second bar-shaped hole 12, at this time, the column 5 slides counterclockwise in the groove 3, the rotating ball 2 keeps in place, that is, the column 5 slides counterclockwise in the second bar-shaped hole 12, that is, the column 5 slides rightward along the second bar-shaped hole 12; similarly, when the first turret 7 rotates clockwise in fig. 3, the column 5 is driven to slide leftward.
Wherein, the rotation angle of first rotating frame 7 and second rotating frame 8 is controlled simultaneously, just can realize that cylinder 5 realizes the removal of vertical direction under the cooperation of spin ball 2, and the slip of horizontal direction and the rotation of multi-angle to realize the adjustment of the position and the angle of cylinder 5.
