Uniformly mixing 20 parts of polyhydroxy fluorocarbon resin and 20 parts of acrylic acid hydrogenated rosin alcohol ester to obtain 40 parts of modified fluorocarbon resin, adding 25 parts of ethyl acetate and 5 parts of dichloromethane, and uniformly mixing with the modified fluorocarbon resin to obtain a modified fluorocarbon resin solution; mixing 50% of the modified fluorocarbon resin solution with 2 parts of KH570 silane coupling agent, 0.5 part of ultraviolet absorbent, 1 part of dispersant, 0.5 part of defoamer and 1 part of flatting agent, adding 10 parts of nano-silica, and ball-milling and mixing for 2 hours in a ball mill; adding 15 parts of titanium dioxide and 10 parts of calcium carbonate into a ball mill, and continuing ball milling and mixing for 2 hours; then, continuously and sequentially adding 2 parts of aerogel, and carrying out ball milling and mixing for 2 hours to obtain prefabricated mixed slurry; conveying the prefabricated mixed slurry into a sand mill, and grinding and stirring until the fineness of solid particles in the prefabricated slurry is less than 25um for later use; filtering the prefabricated mixed slurry in the sand mill by a screen, adding the filtered prefabricated mixed slurry into the remaining 50% of the modified fluorocarbon resin solution under the stirring action, and discharging the mixture after fully stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a resin component of the anticorrosive paint; when in use, the resin component of the anticorrosive paint is uniformly mixed with the cyclohexylmethane-4, 4' -diisocyanate curing agent to obtain the modified fluorocarbon anticorrosive paint.

Claims (7)
1. The modified fluorocarbon anticorrosive paint is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
modified fluorocarbon resin: 10 to 80 portions of
Nano silicon dioxide: 1 to 15 portions of
Aerogel: 1 to 10 parts of
Pigment: 0 to 10 parts of
Filling: 0 to 40 parts of
Auxiliary agent: 1 to 5 portions of
Solvent: 15 to 50 portions of
Curing agent: 2-40 parts;
the modified fluorocarbon resin is one or a mixture of hydrogenated rosin modified fluorocarbon resin and acrylic acid hydrogenated rosin alcohol ester modified fluorocarbon resin;
the molecular structure of the hydrogenated rosin modified fluorocarbon resin takes a carbon chain as a main chain structure, and a side group connected with the main chain carbon atom consists of fluorine atoms, hydroxyl groups, hydrogenated rosin ester groups and/or one or more of chlorine atoms, hydrogen atoms, alkyl groups, alkoxy groups, carboxyl groups and ester groups, wherein the hydrogenated rosin modified fluorocarbon resin comprises the following elements in percentage by mass: 1 to 55 percent of fluorine atoms; 0.5 to 15 percent of hydroxyl; 1 to 35 percent of hydrogenated abietate;
the hydrogenated rosin modified fluorocarbon resin is prepared by reacting hydrogenated rosin resin with an acylating reagent to generate acyl-chlorinated hydrogenated rosin, and then reacting with hydroxyl in polyhydroxy fluorocarbon resin;
the acrylic acid hydrogenated rosin alcohol ester modified fluorocarbon resin takes a carbon chain as a main chain structure, and a side group connected with a main chain carbon atom consists of hydrogenated rosin alcohol ester, fluoroalkyl ester, hydroxyl or alkyl hydroxyl and/or one or more of hydrogen atom, alkyl, alkoxy, carboxyl and ester; the resin comprises the following elements in percentage by mass: 1 to 35 percent of fluorine atoms; 0.5 to 10 percent of hydroxyl; 1 to 25 percent of hydrogenated rosin alcohol ester group;
the acrylic acid hydrogenated rosin alcohol ester modified fluorocarbon resin is prepared by reacting hydrogenated rosin alcohol with acryloyl chloride or methacryloyl chloride to synthesize acrylic acid hydrogenated rosin alcohol ester, and then carrying out free radical copolymerization on the acrylic acid hydrogenated rosin alcohol ester, acrylic acid hydroxy ester, fluorine-containing acrylate resin, acrylic acid and acrylate.
2. The modified fluorocarbon anticorrosive paint of claim 1, wherein the pigment is an ultra-weatherable pigment.
3. The modified fluorocarbon anticorrosive paint according to claim 1, characterized in that the filler is one or more of titanium dioxide, barium sulfate, quartz powder, mica powder, talc powder, diatomaceous earth, calcium carbonate and bentonite.
4. The modified fluorocarbon anticorrosive paint of claim 1, wherein the auxiliary agent is one or more of an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber, a leveling agent, a dispersant, a coupling agent, and a defoaming agent.
5. The modified fluorocarbon anticorrosive paint of claim 1, wherein the solvent is one or more of toluene, tetrahydrofuran, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, petroleum ether, dichloromethane, chloroform and carbon tetrachloride.
6. The modified fluorocarbon anticorrosive paint of claim 1, wherein the curing agent is aliphatic isocyanate.
7. The method for preparing the modified fluorocarbon anticorrosive paint as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1: fully and uniformly mixing the modified fluorocarbon resin with a solvent to obtain a modified fluorocarbon resin solution;
step 2: mixing 10-50% of the modified fluorocarbon resin solution with an auxiliary agent according to the mass percentage, adding nano silicon dioxide into the mixture, and carrying out ball milling and mixing for 0.5-2 h in a ball mill;
and step 3: continuously adding the filler into the ball mill, and carrying out ball milling and mixing for 0.5-6 h; then, sequentially adding aerogel and pigment, and performing ball milling and mixing for 0.5h to obtain prefabricated mixed slurry;
and 4, step 4: conveying the prefabricated mixed slurry into a sand mill, and grinding and stirring until the fineness of solid particles in the prefabricated mixed slurry meets the product requirement for later use;
and 5: filtering the prefabricated mixed slurry in the sand mill by a screen, adding the filtered prefabricated mixed slurry into the remaining 50-90% of modified fluorocarbon resin solution under the stirring action, and discharging the mixture after fully stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a resin component of the anticorrosive paint;
step 6: and (3) uniformly mixing the resin component of the anticorrosive coating with the curing agent to obtain the modified fluorocarbon anticorrosive coating.
