The first waterproof layer 103, the modified thermoplastic polyolefin material layer 104 and the second waterproof layer 105 are subjected to hot pressing by a three-roll mill from bottom to top, then cooled, subjected to hot press molding by the three-roll mill with the bonding layer 101, the substrate layer 102, the composite fiber reinforced layer 106 and the protective layer 107 in sequence, and then subjected to cooling, deviation rectification, edge cutting, rolling and packaging to prepare the thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof roll.
The TPO high molecular self-adhesive film waterproof coiled material prepared in the examples 1-3 and the comparative examples 1-3 is subjected to a performance test, and the test items comprise: the method comprises six aspects of breaking tensile strength, waterproof performance, thermal dimension change rate, artificial weathering tensile strength retention rate, steel plate adhesion and concrete adhesion, common thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof coiled materials on the market are selected as a control group, and test results are shown in table 1:
as can be seen from Table 1, the thermoplastic polyolefin waterproofing membranes prepared in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention have significant properties, and the thermoplastic polyolefin waterproofing membrane prepared in example 2 has the best properties, compared with comparative examples 1 to 3 and a control group.
The coiled material is a multilayer laminated structure formed by sequentially compounding and solidifying a bonding layer 101, a substrate layer 102, a first waterproof layer 103, a modified thermoplastic polyolefin material layer 104, a second waterproof layer 105, a composite fiber reinforced layer 106 and a protective layer 107 from bottom to top, has high self-adhesiveness, and has good waterproof, fireproof, antioxidant and tear-resistant effects; the bonding layer 101 is made of a composite bonding material, furfuryl alcohol extracted from natural plants is effectively added, the thickness and the strength of the coil are guaranteed, the viscosity of the coil is enhanced, and the bonding force of the prepared thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof coil with a steel plate and concrete can be effectively improved;
wherein modified plasticizer and modification promoter are effectively added to modified thermoplastic polyolefin material layer 104, can effectively guarantee the waterproof heat preservation performance and the design effect of coiled material, strengthen tensile strength and ageing resistance simultaneously, have increased the adhesion between each level, improve the adhesion stability between the multilayer material.

Claims (9)
1. A thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof coiled material comprises a waterproof coiled material body (1) and is characterized in that an extension covering plate (5) is arranged on one side of the waterproof coiled material body (1), and a plurality of groups of conical buckling pieces (4) are arranged at the bottom of the extension covering plate (5);
the other side of the waterproof coiled material body (1) is provided with an installation groove (2) corresponding to the conical buckling piece (4), and the upper end face of the waterproof coiled material body (1) is provided with a rough face (3) for bonding and extending the covering plate (5);
the waterproof roll body (1) is formed by sequentially pressing a bonding layer (101), a base layer (102), a first waterproof layer (103), a modified thermoplastic polyolefin material layer (104), a second waterproof layer (105), a composite fiber reinforced layer (106) and a protective layer (107) from bottom to top.
2. The thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof roll as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bonding layer (101) is made of a composite bonding material, and the composite bonding material is made of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30-40 parts of saturated styrene block copolymer, 25-35 parts of light calcium carbonate, 15-20 parts of benzoyl peroxide, 10-15 parts of furfuryl alcohol extracted from natural plants, 2-4 parts of trillium oil, 4-6 parts of emulsifier, 1-3 parts of coupling agent, 0.6-0.8 part of antioxidant and 1-3 parts of nano active agent.
3. A roll as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that said conical snap-in elements (4) and said elongated covering sheet (5) are made of a composite adhesive material.
4. The thermoplastic polyolefin waterproofing membrane according to claim 1, wherein the modified thermoplastic polyolefin material layer (104) is made of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30-40 parts of TPO resin, 10-15 parts of ethyl methacrylate, 8-12 parts of aminosilane, 8-10 parts of nano flame retardant, 15-20 parts of wear-resistant filler, 8-10 parts of antioxidant, 0.5-2 parts of light stabilizer, 3-5 parts of chemical coupling agent, 5-8 parts of nano active agent, 10-15 parts of softener, 2-4 parts of modified plasticizer, 0.5-2 parts of modified accelerator and 0.5-2 parts of elastic agent.
5. The thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof roll as claimed in claim 4, wherein the wear-resistant filler is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
45-50 parts of calcite, 20-25 parts of quartz powder, 10-15 parts of metal fiber and 2-4 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene modified polyethylene wax; the balance of one or more of ceramic powder, glass powder and polyamide wax.
6. The thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof roll as claimed in claim 4, wherein the modified plasticizer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
20-40 parts of acetyl tributyl citrate, 10-20 parts of dioctyl terephthalate, 6-8 parts of brucite fiber, 4-6 parts of 2, 2-dimethyl-3-hydroxypropionic acid, 3-5 parts of propylene glycol alginate, 3-5 parts of active silicon dioxide, 3-5 parts of 1, 4-butylene glycol, 1-2 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 1-2 parts of pentaerythritol and 1-3 parts of simethicone.
7. The thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof roll as claimed in claim 4, wherein the modification accelerator is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
accelerator MBT25-35 parts, sodium hypochlorite 15-25 parts, acetylacetone aluminum 15-25 parts, palmitic acid 10-20 parts, cobalt hydroxide propionate 10-20 parts, and diethylenetriaminopropyltrimethoxysilane 10-20 parts.
8. The thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof roll as claimed in claim 1, wherein the composite fiber reinforced layer (106) is formed by laminating a ceramic fiber layer and a soft graphite layer from top to bottom.
9. A method for preparing a thermoplastic polyolefin waterproofing membrane, which is characterized by preparing the thermoplastic polyolefin waterproofing membrane according to any one of claims 1 to 8, and further comprising the following steps:

The first waterproof layer (103), the modified thermoplastic polyolefin material layer (104) and the second waterproof layer (105) are subjected to hot pressing by a three-roll mill from bottom to top, then cooled, subjected to hot press molding with the bonding layer (101), the base layer (102), the composite fiber reinforced layer (106) and the protective layer (107) by the three-roll mill in sequence, and then subjected to cooling, deviation correction, edge cutting, rolling and packaging to prepare the thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof roll.
