secondly, when the injection molding machine (2) extrudes the material into the mold inner mold closing device (3) to close the mold, a refrigerating sheet (27) of a refrigerating element cools the cooling liquid in the water cooling tank (24), a booster pump (26) pumps the cooling liquid in the water cooling tank (24) into the cooling loop, and the cooling liquid circulates between the cooling loop and the water cooling tank (24) through a liquid guide pipeline (25);
step three, after the material is cooled in the mold, the mold closing device (3) opens the mold, the second electromagnetic valve (32) is opened, and gas is discharged through the exhaust pipe (31) and the gas guide channel (30) and blows out a finished product;

fifthly, the plastic cups sequentially fall into the channels (5) of the cup body embedding grooves (4), the plastic cup at the lowest part is embedded on the air suction branch pipe (18) of the hollow shaft (14), and the subsequent plastic cups are sequentially embedded;
and step six, the first electromagnetic valve (17) is opened, the plastic cups are adsorbed on the air nozzles of the air suction branch pipes (18) due to pressure difference, the phenomenon that the nested plastic cups are scattered due to the fact that the plastic cups shake on the air suction branch pipes (18) is avoided, and meanwhile the output shaft of the hollow shaft motor (15) drives the hollow shaft (14) to rotate.
