Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco processing, in particular to a device for measuring the charging amount of a tobacco processing bar and a using method thereof.
Background
The tobacco is plant of genus Nicotiana of family Solanaceae, annual or limited perennial herb, whole glandular hair; the root is thick and strong. The stem is 0.7-2 m high, and the base is slightly lignified. The leaves are rectangular and round like needles, rectangular circles or ovals, the tips are tapered, the base part is tapered to the stem to form an ear-shaped half-clasping stem. The inflorescence grows at the top, is conical and has a plurality of flowers; the length of the pedicel is 5-20 mm. The shape of the capsule is egg-shaped or rectangular, and the length is approximately equal to the length of the persistent calyx. The seeds are round or wide rectangular round, the diameter is about 0.5 mm, and the seeds are brown. Blossoming and bearing fruit in summer and autumn.
In the prior art, as Chinese patent numbers are: CN101627833B "method and device for the loading of a rod in the tobacco processing industry", comprising a hollow conductor, a coupling-in means for coupling an electromagnetic alternating field into the hollow conductor, and a coupling-out means for the electromagnetic alternating field, wherein the dimensions of the hollow conductor with respect to the frequency of the electromagnetic alternating field are such that a further conduction by total reflection takes place in the hollow conductor, wherein the hollow conductor has at least one opening and/or at least one tube through which the rod can be moved longitudinally, wherein the tube has a funnel for introducing the rod, the electromagnetic alternating field is a microwave field, the frequency of the electromagnetic alternating field does not correspond to a resonance mode, wherein the rod is a filter rod and the loading is activated carbon, wherein the measured absorption is converted into the loading of the rod.
When current tobacco charge amount detected, need the manual work to pass through manual operation with the tobacco bar that processing was accomplished and realize the detection of tobacco, but because the cardinal number of the sample of extraction is great, personnel produce tiredly easily for a long time the work, personnel are in addition the in-process of handheld tobacco bar easily because the great filter tip that leads to tobacco of dynamics of holding appears the indentation, and then influence the selling effect of tobacco.
We have therefore proposed an apparatus for measuring the charge of tobacco processing sticks and a method of use thereof, in order to solve the problems set out above.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a device for measuring the loading amount of tobacco processing sticks and a using method thereof, which aim to solve the problems that the manual operation of the tobacco processing sticks in the background art realizes the detection of tobacco, but the basic number of the extracted samples is large, so that the fatigue is easily caused by long-time working of personnel, and the cigarette filter tip is easily pressed by the pressure of the tobacco due to the large holding force of the personnel in the process of holding the tobacco sticks, thereby further influencing the selling effect of the tobacco.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a device for measuring the charging amount of tobacco processing sticks comprises a measuring mechanism, a feeding mechanism and a distributing mechanism, wherein the measuring mechanism comprises a mounting plate, the top of the mounting plate is fixedly connected with a shell, a through hole is formed in the center of the top of the mounting plate, a rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the through hole, a mounting disc is rotatably connected with the through hole, the mounting disc is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft in a penetrating manner, two connecting plates are fixedly connected to the front side and the rear side of the bottom of the mounting disc, a U-shaped plate is fixedly connected to the bottom of the mounting plate, two fixing blocks are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the center of the top of the U-shaped plate, and a discharging groove is formed in the front side and the rear side of the top of the mounting plate;
the two material distribution mechanisms are respectively fixed on one side of a blanking groove at the bottom of the mounting plate and comprise a blanking shell, a mounting groove penetrating through the bottom of the blanking shell is formed in the bottom of the mounting groove, a rotating shaft is rotationally connected in the mounting groove, two first push rods are symmetrically and fixedly connected to one side, away from the blanking shell, of the surface of the rotating shaft, and the telescopic ends of the two first push rods are fixedly connected with a fixed shaft;

A method of using a device for measuring tobacco rod charge comprising the steps of:
s1, smoothly feeding the tobacco sticks which are filled into a material storage shell through a sliding plate, and accumulating the tobacco sticks in the material storage shell;
s2, the electric push rod realizes the sliding connection of the storage shell between the guide blocks and the guide grooves through repeated stretching to realize the linear reciprocating movement, so that tobacco sticks in the storage shell are driven to shake and smoothly fall to the bottom of the storage shell through the bottom of the sliding plate, and smoothly enter between two adjacent shifting blocks;
s3, the double-shaft motor drives to realize rotation of the two belt pulleys, further realize rotation of the belts, further realize movement of the shifting blocks and realize movement of tobacco clamped between the two adjacent shifting blocks to the through groove, and the tobacco is separated from the storage shell along with rotation of the shifting blocks so as to realize movement of the tobacco out of the storage shell through the through groove;
s4, the tobacco moved out of the storage shell passes through the inclined block on one side of the top of the weighing balance and rolls on the surface of the inclined block to be in contact with the spongy cushion, so that the weight measurement of the tobacco is realized through the weighing balance, and the detection of the tobacco loading amount is further realized;
s5, detecting qualified tobacco, driving the weighing balance to rotate ninety degrees leftwards through a rotating motor, then shortening a first electric telescopic rod, extending a second electric telescopic rod, driving the weighing balance to incline leftwards through a mounting disc, enabling the qualified tobacco to fall and be collected through a blanking slot on the front side of the top of the mounting plate, otherwise driving the weighing balance to rotate ninety degrees rightwards through the rotating motor, extending the first electric telescopic rod, shortening the second electric telescopic rod, driving the weighing balance to incline rightwards through the mounting disc, and enabling the qualified tobacco to fall and be collected through a blanking slot on the rear side of the top of the mounting plate;
s6, the dropped tobacco enters the surface of the blanking shell through the blanking groove, the fixed shaft drives the first push rod to realize angle adjustment through extension of the second push rod, and then the collected dropped tobacco is accumulated at the top of the blanking shell, so that collection by personnel is facilitated.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the tobacco rod conveying device, through the arrangement of the feeding mechanism and the conveying mechanism, the reciprocating movement of the storage shell is realized through the sliding plate arranged in the feeding mechanism, and meanwhile, a large number of tobacco rods stacked in the storage shell are flatly and orderly paved and stacked in the storage shell through the electric push rod, and meanwhile, the tobacco rods fall into the inner bottom of the storage shell through a gap between the sliding plate and the storage shell, and meanwhile, the tobacco rods are separately placed through any two adjacent poking blocks in a plurality of poking blocks arranged on two belts, so that the poking blocks are moved through the rotation of the belts, and further, the tobacco rods enter the top of the weighing balance through the through grooves one by one to be weighed;
2. according to the tobacco rod weighing device, due to the arrangement of the measuring mechanism, smooth rolling of a tobacco rod is conveniently ensured through the inclined block arranged at the top of the weighing balance, meanwhile, the limiting of the rolled tobacco rod is conveniently realized through the arrangement of the sponge pad, when the tobacco rod is in contact with the sponge pad, the tobacco rod is conveniently prevented from dropping materials contained in the tobacco rod due to collision through the flexibility of the sponge pad, meanwhile, the weighing balance is conveniently rotated through the rotating motor by arranging the rotating motor, the first electric telescopic rod and the second electric telescopic rod, meanwhile, the mounting disc is driven by controlling the first electric telescopic rod and the second electric telescopic rod to stretch, so that the weighing balance is driven to incline in different directions, and further, the carving and the separate storage of unqualified tobacco rods are realized;
3. according to the tobacco rod separating device, due to the arrangement of the material distributing mechanism, the fixed shaft is conveniently extended to drive the first push rod to be connected through rotation of the fixed shaft to block the bottom of the discharging shell, so that the screened tobacco rods are accumulated in the discharging shell, meanwhile, the second push rod is conveniently shortened to open the discharging shell, and therefore, personnel can conveniently collect the tobacco rods accumulated in the discharging shell.

A method of using a device for measuring tobacco rod charge comprising the steps of:
step one, smoothly feeding the filled tobacco sticks into the storage shell 202 through the sliding plate 204, and accumulating the tobacco sticks in the storage shell 202;
step two, the electric push rod 201 realizes the sliding connection of the storage shell 202 between the guide block 209 and the guide groove 208 through repeated extension and retraction to realize the linear reciprocating movement, drives the tobacco sticks in the storage shell 202 to rock and realize the smooth falling of the tobacco sticks to the bottom of the storage shell 202 through the bottom of the sliding plate 204, and the tobacco sticks smoothly enter between two adjacent shifting blocks 502;

step five, detecting qualified tobacco, driving the weighing balance 305 to rotate ninety degrees leftwards through the rotating motor 315, then shortening the first electric telescopic rod 312, extending the second electric telescopic rod 309, driving the weighing balance 305 to incline leftwards through the mounting disc 307, enabling the qualified tobacco to fall and be collected through the blanking slot 302 on the front side of the top of the mounting plate 301, otherwise, driving the weighing balance 305 to rotate ninety degrees rightwards through the rotating motor 315, extending the first electric telescopic rod 312, shortening the second electric telescopic rod 309, driving the weighing balance 305 to incline rightwards through the mounting disc 307, and enabling the qualified tobacco to fall and be collected through the blanking slot 302 on the rear side of the top of the mounting plate 301;
step six, the dropped tobacco enters the surface of the blanking shell 401 through the blanking groove 302, the second push rod 405 extends to enable the fixed shaft 403 to drive the first push rod 407 to achieve angle adjustment, and then the collected dropped tobacco is accumulated at the top of the blanking shell 401, so that collection by personnel is facilitated.
