the U-rib conveying line comprises a first supporting frame and a clamping conveying device arranged on the first supporting frame; the first support frame comprises a plurality of lattice frames formed by butt joint, each lattice frame is provided with two clamping and conveying devices, and the middle part of the lattice frame is provided with a plurality of bottom support rollers along the length direction; the clamping and conveying device comprises a track seat plate, a second linear guide rail, a second transmission screw rod, a second connecting frame, a second speed reducing motor, a second glue-wrapping roller and a second roller angle adjusting mechanism; the track seat plates are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bottom supporting roller; the second linear guide rail is arranged between the first support frame and the track seat plate; the second transmission screw rod is hinged on the first support frame and is in threaded fit with the two track seat plates at the same time, one end of the second transmission screw rod is provided with a driving motor, and the second transmission screw rod is provided with two threaded sections with opposite rotation directions and enables the two track seat plates to move oppositely or reversely; the second connecting frame is hinged on the track seat board; the second speed reducing motor is vertically arranged on the second connecting frame; the second coating roller is arranged on the output shaft of the second speed reducing motor; the second roller angle adjusting mechanism is arranged between the track seat plate and the second connecting frame;
the polishing device comprises a second supporting frame and a conveying and polishing integrated device arranged on the second supporting frame; the conveying and polishing integrated device comprises:
the manual distance adjusting mechanism comprises first fixed rails which are arranged on the upper side of the second support frame and are symmetrically arranged, sliding seats which are matched with the first fixed rails, first transmission screw rods which are hinged on the two first fixed rails and are simultaneously in threaded fit with the two sliding seats, and hand wheels which are arranged at two end parts of the first transmission screw rods; the first transmission screw rod is provided with two screw thread sections with opposite rotation directions on the two first fixed rails and enables the two matched sliding seats to move oppositely or reversely;
the thousand-impeller polishing mechanism comprises a supporting seat arranged on the sliding seat, a turnover plate hinged on the supporting seat, two polishing force adjusting mechanisms arranged on the turnover plate in parallel at intervals, a thousand-impeller polishing machine arranged on the polishing force adjusting mechanism, and a polishing angle adjusting mechanism arranged between the supporting seat and the turnover plate; and
the positioning conveying mechanism comprises a first connecting frame hinged on the supporting seat, a first gear motor arranged at two ends of the first connecting frame, a first rubber coating roller arranged on an output shaft of the first gear motor, and a first roller angle adjusting mechanism arranged on the first connecting frame and the supporting seat;
wherein, first support frame butt joint is in second support frame both sides.
2. A U-ribbed efficient grinding apparatus as set forth in claim 1 wherein said grinding force adjustment mechanism includes:
the first linear guide rail is provided with two parallel and spaced-apart overturning plates, and the overturning plates are provided with an adapting port for accommodating the thousand impeller grinding machine;
the connecting plate is connected to the two sliding seats of the two first linear guide rails; the kiloimpeller grinding machine is vertically arranged on the connecting plate; and
and the first cylinder is arranged on the turnover plate and is connected with the connecting plate.
3. A high efficiency U-ribbed sanding apparatus as defined in claim 1 or 2 wherein said sanding angle adjustment mechanism and said first roller angle adjustment mechanism each include a second cylinder and a first drive connection mount hinged to the second cylinder; the second cylinder of the polishing angle adjusting mechanism is arranged on the supporting seat, and the first transmission connecting seat is arranged on the turnover plate; the second cylinder of the first roller angle adjusting mechanism is arranged on the supporting seat, and the first transmission connecting seat is arranged on the first connecting frame.
4. A high efficiency U-ribbed sanding apparatus as defined in claim 3 wherein a dust box is provided above the integrated conveyor and sanding apparatus on the first support frame and a dust hopper is provided below the integrated conveyor and sanding apparatus on the first support frame.
5. A high efficiency U-ribbed sanding apparatus as set forth in claim 1 wherein said second roller angle adjustment mechanism includes a third cylinder disposed on the track bed plate and a second drive connection mount hinged to the third cylinder, said second drive connection mount being disposed on the second connection mount.
