The preparation method of the lipidosome-containing anti-aging skin-care matrix only needs simple physical mixing of all the components.

The embodiment provides a liposome-containing anti-aging skin care matrix, which comprises 0.3 part of astaxanthin liposome, 3 parts of ceramide 3 liposome, 2.7 parts of soluble collagen and 42 parts of palmitoyl pentapeptide by weight.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing C20-22 alcohol phosphate (and) C20-22 alcohol, hydrogenated lecithin, caprylic/capric triglyceride, cetostearyl alcohol and butylated hydroxytoluene at 80 deg.C, and maintaining the temperature for 20min to obtain first mixed solution; mixing glycerol, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, ammonium acryloyl dimethyl taurate/VP copolymer, sodium hyaluronate and water at 85 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 20min to obtain a second mixed solution;
(2) mixing the first mixed solution and the second mixed solution obtained in the step (1), and homogenizing at 8000rpm for 5min to obtain a third mixed solution;
(3) mixing triethanolamine with the third mixed solution obtained in the step (2) at 50 ℃, and uniformly stirring at the speed of 200rpm to obtain a fourth mixed solution;
(4) and (3) mixing the caprylyl hydroximic acid, the fourth mixed solution obtained in the step (4) and the lipid-containing anti-aging skin-care substrate obtained in the example 1 at the temperature of 30 ℃ to obtain the anti-aging essence cream.
Application example 3
The application example provides an anti-aging essence cream which is prepared from the following raw materials, by mass, 3% of glyceryl stearate (and) PEG-100 stearate, 0.5% of hydrogenated lecithin, 6% of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 3% of squalane, 0.3% of butylated hydroxytoluene, 10.1% of glycerol, 0.5% of ammonium acryloyldimethyl taurate/VP copolymer, 0.8% of allantoin, 0.06% of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, 0.1% of methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, 0.2% of tromethamine, 0.9% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 8% of the liposome-containing anti-aging skin care matrix prepared in example 3, and the balance of water.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing glyceryl stearate (and) PEG-100 stearate, hydrogenated lecithin, caprylic/capric triglyceride, squalane and butylated hydroxytoluene at 85 deg.C, and maintaining the temperature for 5min to obtain a first mixed solution; mixing glycerol, acryloyl dimethyl ammonium taurate/VP copolymer, allantoin, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid disodium, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate and water at 90 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 5min to obtain a second mixed solution;
(2) mixing the first mixed solution and the second mixed solution obtained in the step (1), and homogenizing at the speed of 10000rpm for 1min to obtain a third mixed solution;
(3) mixing tromethamine with the third mixed solution obtained in the step (2) at the temperature of 60 ℃, and uniformly stirring at the speed of 500rpm to obtain a fourth mixed solution;
(4) and (3) mixing the 1, 2-hexanediol, the fourth mixed solution obtained in the step (4) and the lipid-containing anti-aging skin care base obtained in the example 3 at the temperature of 40 ℃ to obtain the anti-aging essence cream.
Application examples 4 to 17
Application examples 4 to 17 provide fourteen anti-aging essence creams, which are different from the application example 1 only in that the lipid-containing anti-aging skin care base of the example 1 is replaced with the lipid-containing anti-aging skin care bases of the examples 4 to 17 respectively in the same addition amount, and other preparation raw materials and contents are not changed.
The preparation process is as in application example 1.
Comparative application examples 1 to 4
Comparative application examples 1 to 4 provide four anti-aging essence creams, which are different from application example 1 only in that the lipid-containing anti-aging skin care base of example 1 is replaced with the single components of comparative examples 1 to 4 in the same addition amount, respectively, and other preparation raw materials and contents are not changed.
The preparation process is as in application example 1.
Comparative application examples 5 to 9
Comparative application examples 5 to 9 provide five anti-aging essence creams, which are different from application example 1 only in that the lipid-containing anti-aging skin care base of example 1 is replaced with the lipid-containing anti-aging skin care bases of comparative examples 5 to 9, respectively, in the same amount, and other preparation raw materials and contents are not changed.

Comparative application example 10
Comparative application example 10 provides an anti-aging essence cream which is different from application example 1 only in that the lipid-containing anti-aging skin care base of example 1 is absent, the absent amount is supplemented with water, and other preparation raw materials and contents are not changed.

Test example 1
The stability tests were performed on the anti-aging essence creams prepared in application examples 1 to 17 and comparative application example 9:
(1) sample stability test at high temperature:
30g of the test sample is respectively placed in sample bottles A1-A18, each group of sample bottles are simultaneously placed in the same biochemical incubator, the culture temperature is set to be 45 ℃, and the change of each group of samples is observed after 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks respectively.
(2) Sample stability testing under illumination:
respectively placing 30g of a tested sample in sample bottles B1-B18, simultaneously placing each group of sample bottles in the same climatic incubator, setting the culture condition to be uniform illumination, setting the illumination intensity to be common light 3000LX, and observing the color change of each group of samples after 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 8 weeks respectively.
The results show that: the anti-aging essence creams prepared in the application examples 1-9 and 12-17 show no agglomeration after discoloration at 45 ℃ and no agglomeration after discoloration under illumination after 8 weeks of test, show no discoloration at 45 ℃ but have a small part of agglomeration and no agglomeration after discoloration under illumination after 12 weeks of test, the anti-aging essence creams prepared in the application examples 10 and 11 still show no agglomeration after discoloration at 45 ℃ and no agglomeration after discoloration under illumination after 12 weeks of test, and the anti-aging essence cream prepared in the application example 9 has the phenomena of slight discoloration at 45 ℃ and slight discoloration under illumination after 1 week of test, and has the phenomena of discoloration at 45 ℃ and discoloration under illumination after 2 weeks of test. It is demonstrated that the anti-aging essence cream of the present invention can be stable for a long time at a high temperature of 45 ℃ and under a light condition, wherein the anti-aging essence creams prepared in application examples 10 and 11 have the best stability, and the anti-aging essence cream prepared in application example 9 has a poorer stability.
Test example 2
And (3) evaluating the safety performance of the anti-aging essence cream prepared in the application examples 1-17:
selecting 170 social volunteers with the ages of 20-45 years, 85 females and 85 males meeting the requirements, randomly dividing the social volunteers into 17 groups, respectively trying the anti-aging essence cream prepared in application examples 1-17 according to the groups of 5 females and 5 males, respectively taking 0.020-0.025mL of a tested sample, putting the tested sample into a spot tester cell, and not performing any treatment on a control hole. The spot test device with the test substance is applied to the back or forearm of the subject with hypoallergenic tape, and is applied to the skin with palm pressure for 24 h. Skin reactions were observed at 30min (after disappearance of the indentation), 24h and 48h after removal of the plaque from the test article, respectively, according to the criteria of table 1.

The results show that: application examples 1 to 17 of the present invention are all negative reactions, which show that the safety of the plant composition and the derivative thereof according to the present invention is ensured, and adverse reactions such as skin irritation, sensitization (except people who are allergic to the product) and the like are not generated.
Test example 3
The anti-aging abilities of the anti-aging essence creams prepared in the application examples 1 to 17 and the comparative application examples 1 to 10 are tested:
270 social volunteers with the ages of 20-45 years, 135 females and 135 males meeting the requirements are selected and randomly divided into 27 groups, 5 females and 5 males in each group, and the anti-aging essence cream prepared in application examples 1-17 and comparative application examples 1-10 is tried according to the group respectively (other skin care products are not used in the test period).
The face of a tested person is cleaned firstly, the face cleaning product and the face cleaning time of each person are the same, after the skin is cleaned, the same amount of essence cream containing the anti-aging skin care matrix is uniformly smeared on the whole face and eyes, the essence cream is gently massaged until the essence cream is completely absorbed, and the essence cream is used for 2 months continuously once every morning and evening.
(1) Ability to improve skin elasticity test:
skin elasticity R before, after 30 minutes and 1 week and 4 weeks after continuous application was measured by a skin elasticity measuring instrument (Cutomermapa 580, CK Co., Germany) using cheeks of 5cm × 5cm as a test area2The values are tested, the skin elasticity R of each test area2Values were averaged over 5 measurements and then over all volunteers in the group. Skin elasticity R2Values closer to 1 indicate better skin elasticity, and the test results are shown in the following table.

(2) And (3) testing the wrinkle removing capability:
skin wrinkles (including crow's feet and french wrinkles) were measured before, after 1 week, 4 weeks and 8 weeks of continuous use using Visia-CR (Canfield, usa) to calculate the reduction rate of crow's feet and french wrinkles for each volunteer, and the results were averaged as shown in the table below.

The results show that: the anti-aging essence cream prepared in application examples 1-17 has good capability of improving skin elasticity and wrinkle removing capability, namely has excellent anti-aging effect. The anti-aging essence creams prepared in the application examples 6 to 8, 10 and 14 to 16 have a slightly better effect than the application example 1, the anti-aging essence creams prepared in the application examples 9, 11 and 17 have a best effect, the anti-aging essence creams prepared in the application examples 5 to 9 have a slightly poorer effect than the application example 1, the anti-aging essence creams prepared in the application examples 1 to 4 have a poorer effect than the application example 1, and the anti-aging essence cream prepared in the application example 10 has a worst effect.
In conclusion, the astaxanthin liposome is used for replacing free astaxanthin used in a commercial product to serve as one of main components of the liposome-containing anti-aging skin care matrix, so that the oxidation resistance and stability of the astaxanthin are improved, the problem that the astaxanthin in the commercial product is rapidly deteriorated is solved, and the anti-aging effect of the liposome-containing anti-aging skin care matrix is enhanced. In addition, the astaxanthin liposome, the ceramide liposome, the soluble collagen and the polypeptide in the liposome-containing anti-aging skin care matrix are matched with each other, have synergistic interaction, further enhance the skin tightening and wrinkle removing capabilities of the liposome-containing anti-aging skin care matrix, and have important application values in daily skin care and cleaning.
The applicant states that the invention is illustrated by the above examples to the lipid-containing anti-aging skin care base and the application thereof, but the invention is not limited to the above examples, i.e. the invention is not meant to be implemented by relying on the above examples. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
Claims (10)
1. The liposome-containing anti-aging skin care matrix is characterized by comprising astaxanthin liposomes, ceramide liposomes, soluble collagen and polypeptide.
2. The liposome-containing anti-aging skin care matrix of claim 1, wherein the liposome-containing anti-aging skin care matrix comprises, by mass, 0.05 to 1 part of astaxanthin liposomes, 1 to 5 parts of ceramide liposomes, 1 to 10 parts of soluble collagen and 2 to 5 parts of polypeptide;
preferably, the ceramide liposome comprises any one of or a combination of at least two of ceramide 1 liposome, ceramide 3 liposome or ceramide 6 liposome, preferably the combination of ceramide 1 liposome, ceramide 3 liposome and ceramide 6 liposome;
preferably, the ceramide liposome is a liposome comprising any one or a combination of at least two of ceramide 1, ceramide 3, or ceramide 6, preferably a liposome comprising ceramide 1, ceramide 3, and ceramide 6;
preferably, the polypeptide comprises any one of or a combination of at least two of acetyl tripeptide-1, acetyl tetrapeptide-11, acetyl tetrapeptide-9, acetyl hexapeptide-7, acetyl hexapeptide-8, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 or palmitoyl pentapeptide-5, preferably a combination of acetyl hexapeptide-8, acetyl tripeptide-1 and acetyl tetrapeptide-11.
3. Use of the liposome-containing anti-aging skin care base of claim 1 or 2 in the preparation of a cosmetic.
4. The use according to claim 3, wherein the cosmetic comprises any one of essence cream, face cream, essence, toner or skin care emulsion;
preferably, the lipid-containing anti-aging skin care matrix accounts for 0.2-20% of the cosmetic by mass.
5. An anti-aging essence cream, which is prepared from water and the liposome-containing anti-aging skin care base of claim 1 or 2, and further comprises any one or a combination of at least two of an emulsifier, a moisturizer, a humectant, an anti-sensitivity agent, an antioxidant, a chelating agent, an antibacterial agent or a pH regulator.
6. The anti-aging cream of claim 5, wherein the emulsifier comprises any one or a combination of at least two of C20-22 alcohol phosphate (and) C20-22 alcohol, glyceryl stearate (and) PEG-100 stearate, hydrogenated lecithin, or ammonium acryloyldimethyl taurate/VP copolymer;
preferably, the emollient comprises any one or a combination of at least two of caprylic/capric triglyceride, squalane, cetearyl alcohol or dimethicone;
preferably, the humectant comprises any one or a combination of at least two of glycerin, 1, 3-butanediol or sodium hyaluronate;
preferably, the anti-sensitivity agent comprises dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and/or allantoin;
preferably, the antioxidant comprises butylated hydroxytoluene;
preferably, the chelating agent comprises disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate;
preferably, the antibacterial agent comprises any one or a combination of at least two of methylparaben, caprylhydroxamic acid, 1, 2-hexanediol or ethylhexylglycerin;
preferably, the pH adjusting agent comprises any one of triethanolamine, aminomethyl propanol or tromethamine or a combination of at least two thereof.
7. The method for preparing the anti-aging essence cream according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the method comprises the steps of:
(1) mixing the softening agent, part of the emulsifier and the antioxidant to obtain a first mixed solution; mixing the anti-allergic agent, water, the humectant, the chelating agent, the rest of the emulsifier and part of the antibacterial agent to obtain a second mixed solution;
(2) mixing the first mixed solution and the second mixed solution obtained in the step (1), and homogenizing to obtain a third mixed solution;
(3) mixing the pH regulator with the third mixed solution obtained in the step (2), and stirring to obtain a fourth mixed solution;
(4) and (3) mixing the rest of the antibacterial agent, the fourth mixed solution obtained in the step (3) and the liposome-containing anti-aging skin care matrix in the claim 1 or 2 to obtain the anti-aging essence cream.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the mixing of the first mixed solution in the step (1) is performed at 80 to 85 ℃;
preferably, the mixing of the first mixed solution in the step (1) further comprises a heat preservation operation, wherein the heat preservation time is 5-20 min;
preferably, the mixing of the second mixed solution in the step (1) is carried out at 85-90 ℃;
preferably, the mixing of the second mixed solution in the step (1) further comprises a heat preservation operation, and the heat preservation time is 5-20 min.
9. The method according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the time for the homogenization in the step (2) is 1-5min, and the homogenization speed is 8000-10000 rpm;
preferably, the mixing of step (3) is carried out at 50-70 ℃;
preferably, the mixing of step (4) is carried out at 30-45 ℃.
10. The method of any one of claims 7-9, comprising the steps of:
(1) mixing the softening agent, part of the emulsifier and the antioxidant at 80-85 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 5-20min to obtain a first mixed solution; mixing the anti-allergic agent, water, humectant, chelating agent, residual emulsifier and part of the antibacterial agent at 85-90 deg.C, and keeping the temperature for 5-20min to obtain a second mixed solution;
(2) mixing the first mixed solution and the second mixed solution obtained in the step (1), and homogenizing at the speed of 8000-;
(3) mixing a pH regulator with the third mixed solution obtained in the step (2) at 50-70 ℃, and stirring to obtain a fourth mixed solution;
(4) and (3) mixing the rest of the antibacterial agent, the fourth mixed solution obtained in the step (4) and the liposome-containing anti-aging skin-care matrix of claim 1 or 2 at the temperature of 30-45 ℃ to obtain the anti-aging essence cream.
