Abstract
The invention discloses a waste plastic modified recycled plastic particle and a preparation method thereof, relates to the technical field of recycled plastics, and solves the problems that when the existing waste plastic is repeatedly utilized and processed into recycled plastic, the ratio of materials in the waste plastic is not changed greatly, the materials are not modified, and the properties of the recycled plastic, such as strength, service life and the like, are easy to deteriorate. The waste plastic modified regenerated plastic particle comprises, by weight, 80 parts of waste plastic particles, 12 parts of filler, 3 parts of synthetic resin, 1 part of talcum powder, 0.5 part of plasticizer, 0.5 part of stabilizer, 1 part of antioxidant, 0.5 part of coupling agent, 1 part of activating agent and 0.5 part of pigment. The waste plastic is cleaned and magnetically separated, so that the purity of the waste plastic is effectively ensured, and various ingredients are added after the waste plastic is thermally melted, so that the performance of the recycled plastic can be effectively ensured, and the service life of the recycled plastic is prolonged.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of recycled plastics, in particular to waste plastic modified recycled plastic particles and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of social economy, various plastic products are used in daily life of people, and the plastic products are not easy to degrade after being discarded and are randomly discarded to cause pollution, so that the recycling of the discarded plastic products is a technical problem to be solved; the waste plastics are difficult to degrade in natural environment and can only be treated by burning or burying, but during burning, a lot of harmful gases are generated due to high-temperature combustion, which causes great harm to the environment, and during burying treatment, toxic substances in polyvinyl chloride plastics can seep out, which causes secondary pollution and affects the utilization value of land.
However, when the existing waste plastics are recycled and processed into the recycled plastics, the ratio of materials in the waste plastics is not changed greatly, and the materials are not modified, so that the properties of the recycled plastics, such as strength, service life and the like, are easy to deteriorate; therefore, the existing requirements are not met, and a waste plastic modified recycled plastic particle and a preparation method thereof are provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide waste plastic modified recycled plastic particles and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problems that the material proportion in waste plastics is not changed greatly, the material is not modified, the properties such as strength, service life and the like of the recycled plastic are easy to be deteriorated and the like when the waste plastics are recycled and processed into the recycled plastic in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the waste plastic modified regenerated plastic particle comprises, by weight, 80 parts of waste plastic particles, 12 parts of filler, 3 parts of synthetic resin, 1 part of talcum powder, 0.5 part of plasticizer, 0.5 part of stabilizer, 1 part of antioxidant, 0.5 part of coupling agent, 1 part of activating agent and 0.5 part of pigment.
The stabilizer includes, in parts by weight, 1 part stearate and 1 part epoxide.
The activator comprises, in parts by weight, 0.5 parts vegetable glycerin, 2 parts polyethylene glycol, and 2.5 parts sorbitol.
A preparation method of waste plastic modified recycled plastic particles comprises the following steps:
step A: classifying the uniformly collected waste plastic pieces according to colors, conveniently distinguishing prices of different plastic pieces according to the colors, removing labels and packaging woven cloth on the outer sides of the waste plastic pieces to ensure preliminary purity of the plastic pieces, compressing the preliminarily sorted plastic pieces, and pressing the plastic pieces by using a hydraulic press;
and B: crushing by using a crusher after pressing is finished, and sieving by using a sieve in the crushing process, wherein the mesh size of the sieve is L1, dust, metal and foreign matters in the particles can be removed preliminarily in the process, the particles are conveyed to a cleaning pool by using a conveying belt, static soaking is carried out on the particles, the cleaning water is weakly acidic, a stirrer is used for stirring after the static soaking is finished, and the stirring speed is controlled to be r 1;
and C: after washing, magnetic separation is carried out during conveying, metal particles are further removed, vibration drying operation is carried out on waste plastic particles through a dryer, finally, a granulator is used for further cutting the waste plastic, the size of the plastic particles is guaranteed to be uniform, and then the processing operation on the waste plastic can be completed;
step D: putting waste plastic particles into a hot melting furnace for hot melting operation, wherein the hot melting temperature is T1, then sequentially adding filler and synthetic resin for stirring operation, reducing the temperature of the hot melting furnace to T2, further sequentially adding talcum powder, plasticizer, stabilizer, antioxidant and coupling agent according to the mixture ratio, keeping the stirring rotation speed above r2, and further reducing the temperature to T3 after stirring is finished;
step E: sequentially adding an activating agent and a pigment into the mixed solution, adjusting the color of the mixed solution according to needs, pouring the mixed solution into a fixed groove, and uniformly cooling for 2 hours;
step F: and then cutting the shaped plastic by using a granulator to form regenerated plastic particles, detecting the quality and the size of the regenerated plastic particles by using a detection instrument, and packaging after the regenerated plastic particles are qualified.
Preferably, the mesh size L1 in the step B is 12-16 mm.
Preferably, the stirring speed r1 in the step B is 400 r/min.
Preferably, the temperature T1 of the hot-melt furnace in the step D is 600 °, the temperature T2 of the hot-melt furnace is 400 °, and the temperature T3 of the hot-melt furnace is 190 °.
Preferably, the stirring speed r2 of the step D is 1600 r/min.
Compared with the prior art, the preparation method has the beneficial effects that:
the waste plastic is cleaned and magnetically separated, so that the purity of the waste plastic is effectively ensured, and various ingredients are added after the waste plastic is thermally melted, so that the performance of the recycled plastic can be effectively ensured, and the service life of the recycled plastic is prolonged.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention includes: the waste plastic modified regenerated plastic particle comprises, by weight, 80 parts of waste plastic particles, 12 parts of filler, 3 parts of synthetic resin, 1 part of talcum powder, 0.5 part of plasticizer, 0.5 part of stabilizer, 1 part of antioxidant, 0.5 part of coupling agent, 1 part of activating agent and 0.5 part of pigment.
The stabilizer includes, in parts by weight, 1 part stearate and 1 part epoxide.
The activator comprises, in parts by weight, 0.5 parts vegetable glycerin, 2 parts polyethylene glycol, and 2.5 parts sorbitol.
A preparation method of waste plastic modified recycled plastic particles comprises the following steps:

and B: crushing by using a crusher after pressing is finished, and sieving by using a sieve in the crushing process, wherein the mesh size of the sieve is L1, dust, metal and foreign matters in the particles can be removed preliminarily in the process, the particles are conveyed to a cleaning pool by using a conveying belt, static soaking is carried out on the particles, the cleaning water is weakly acidic, a stirrer is used for stirring after the static soaking is finished, and the stirring speed is controlled to be r 1;
and C: after washing, magnetic separation is carried out during conveying, metal particles are further removed, vibration drying operation is carried out on waste plastic particles through a dryer, finally, a granulator is used for further cutting the waste plastic, the size of the plastic particles is guaranteed to be uniform, and then the processing operation on the waste plastic can be completed;

A waste plastic modified recycled plastic particle is characterized in that: the environment-friendly plastic comprises, by weight, 80 parts of waste plastic particles, 12 parts of filler, 3 parts of synthetic resin, 1 part of talcum powder, 0.5 part of plasticizer, 0.5 part of stabilizer, 1 part of antioxidant, 0.5 part of coupling agent, 1 part of activating agent and 0.5 part of pigment.
2. The waste plastic modified recycled plastic granules of claim 1, wherein: the stabilizer includes 1 part stearate and 1 part epoxide in parts by weight.
3. The waste plastic modified recycled plastic granules of claim 1, wherein: the activator comprises 0.5 part of vegetable glycerin, 2 parts of polyethylene glycol and 2.5 parts of sorbitol in parts by weight.
