Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a U-shaped rod 9 is disposed on the upper surface of the second connecting end 62, two ends of the opening of the U-shaped rod 9 are respectively hinged to the second connecting end 62, and the blocking piece 74 can be located inside the bend of the U-shaped rod 9, in this embodiment, in order to match with the U-shaped rod 9, one end of the blocking piece 74 away from the connecting portion 732 includes an abutting surface 741 in a spherical shape and a blocking surface 742 in a planar shape, wherein the abutting surface 741 is provided with two abutting surfaces, and the curvature center of the abutting surface 741 is on the same straight line with the two hinges of the U-shaped rod 9; the blocking surface 742 is located between the two abutment surfaces 741, so that when the bent inner side of the U-shaped bar 9 abuts against the blocking surface 742, the return sliding of the push rod 73 is restricted, and the tape measure block 31 is stably fixed to the second connecting frame 6.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, when the limit of the push rod 73 is to be released, the U-shaped rod 9 is only slightly swung to make the bent inner side of the U-shaped rod 9 abut against the abutting surface 741, then the second spring 8 can apply its own elastic force to the blocking piece 74, then the blocking piece 74 can apply a force to the U-shaped rod 9 through the abutting surface 741 in a direction away from the blocking surface 742, and finally the U-shaped rod 9 can fall onto the upper surface of the second connecting end 62 under its own weight and the effect of the blocking piece 74, so as to achieve the purpose of quick unlocking.

s6: sliding the bearing plate 3 along the guide rail 2;
s7: after polishing is finished, the first connecting frame 4 is detached from the bearing plate 3;
s8: mounting the second connecting frame 6 on the bearing plate 3, and mounting the tape measure block 31 on the second connecting frame 6;
s9: one end of the grating ruler 11 is pasted on the connection start position 12, and the other end penetrates through the through hole 311 on the ruler pasting block 31 and is wound on a winding disc;
s10: sliding the bearing plate 3 along the guide rail 2;
s11: when the bearing plate 3 moves to the tail end of the length extension direction of the guide rail 2, the grating ruler 11 which is already adhered on the base 1 is separated from the grating ruler 11 which is not adhered.
