Abstract

The thickness of the auxiliary transfer material belt cannot be too thick, if the thickness is too thick, a gap between the product material belt and the product bearing material belt is too large, the finished product material belt is easy to cause the side on two sides of a single-sided adhesive product after pre-lamination, and the appearance shape of the product is poor or even the product is scrapped; meanwhile, if the auxiliary transfer material belt is too thin, the product bearing material belt is easy to be directly attached to the product material belt in the alignment stage and not easy to align when pre-attached, and the adhesive surface of the single-sided adhesive product is easy to damage; through selecting various thick auxiliary transfer material belts to test, the auxiliary transfer material belt with the thickness of 0.03-0.05mm is found to have good effect.
The thickness of the product material belt is 0.03-0.08mm.
In the step (a), the first die-cutting rule is used for punching the auxiliary transfer material belt twice adjacently to obtain linear knife lines which are connected end to end.
In the step (d), the product bearing material belt is pre-attached to the exposed rubber surface of the auxiliary transfer material belt through an attaching machine.
And (d) completely laminating the single-sided adhesive product and the product bearing material belt through a laminating machine.
The laminating machine is a roller laminating machine.
According to the invention, the auxiliary transfer material belt is added, the die cutting process is divided into two steps, two continuous knife lines are processed on the auxiliary transfer material belt in the first step, products which are sequentially arranged are punched on the product material belt in the second step, after the material in the middle of the two continuous knife lines is discarded, two sides of a single-sided adhesive product are lapped on the auxiliary transfer material belt, so that the single-sided adhesive can be collectively transferred by the auxiliary transfer material belt, the middle part of the single-sided adhesive product corresponds to the middle gap, the thickness of the middle gap can be ignored actually because the product material belt and the auxiliary transfer material belt are thin, when the single-sided adhesive product supported by the auxiliary transfer material belt and the auxiliary transfer material belt is transferred onto the support material belt, the middle part of the single-sided adhesive product can be attached onto the support material belt in advance, the primary fixation is realized, and the middle part of most of the single-sided adhesive product is attached onto the surface of the product, and the deformation or displacement of the single-sided adhesive product can be effectively prevented. The whole process collectively transfers the single-sided adhesive products, and the transfer can be completed through a laminating machine, so that manpower and material resources are saved.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) The whole process adopts machine transfer, so that the transfer efficiency of the product is greatly improved;
(2) The product can not deform after the transfer is finished, the relative position of the product is kept unchanged, the product can not displace, and the transfer precision is high;
(3) Only one step of die cutting is added, the additional increase of the working hours of the step is little, but the great benefit and the good economic benefit are brought.

Example 1
A transfer method of a single-sided adhesive product comprises the following steps:
(a) Attaching an auxiliary transfer material belt 3 with the thickness of 0.03mm to a lining material belt 4, processing two continuous linear knife lines 7 on the auxiliary transfer material belt 3 through a first die-cutting tool 1, wherein the linear knife lines 7 are linear and are parallel to each other, the linear knife lines 7 obtained by two adjacent punching times on the auxiliary transfer material belt 3 are connected end to end through the first die-cutting tool 1 so as to form the continuous linear knife lines 7, and as shown in fig. 1, the first die-cutting tool 1 is provided with the two parallel linear knife lines 7;
(b) The product material belt with the thickness of 0.03mm is attached to the surface of the auxiliary transfer material belt 3, the shape of a single-sided adhesive product 8 is punched on the product material belt through a second die cutter 5, a linear knife line 7 is positioned on the inner side of the edge of an outer frame 6 of the single-sided adhesive product, the distance between the linear knife line 7 and the edge of the outer frame 6 of the single-sided adhesive product is 3mm, and waste materials of the product material belt are discharged;
(c) The lining material belt 4 and the auxiliary transfer material belt 3 positioned between the two linear knife lines 7 are discharged with waste, and the exposed surface of the auxiliary transfer material belt 3 is exposed; as shown in fig. 3, before waste discharge, a single-sided adhesive product 8, an auxiliary transfer material belt 3 with a linear knife line and a lining material belt 4 are arranged from top to bottom in sequence; after waste discharge, as shown in fig. 4, the single-sided adhesive product 8 and the auxiliary transfer tape 3 are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the auxiliary transfer tape 3 is divided into two pieces, a middle gap 9 is formed in the middle, two side edges of the single-sided adhesive product 8 are lapped on the auxiliary transfer tape 3, and the middle part of the single-sided adhesive product 8 is located above the middle gap 9.
(d) Pre-attaching the product bearing material belt 10 to the exposed adhesive surface of the auxiliary transfer material belt 3 by using an attaching machine, as shown in fig. 5, drawing out the auxiliary transfer material belts 3 on the two sides, and then completely attaching the single-sided adhesive product 8 to the product bearing material belt 10 by using the attaching machine; the adopted laminating machine is a roller laminating machine; the auxiliary transfer material belt 3 can be horizontally folded and then drawn out from the two side parts of the material belt.
Example 2
A transfer method of a single-sided adhesive product comprises the following steps:
(a) Attaching an auxiliary transfer material belt 3 with the thickness of 0.05mm to a lining material belt 4, processing two continuous linear knife lines 7 on the auxiliary transfer material belt 3 through a first die-cutting tool 1, wherein the linear knife lines 7 are linear and are parallel to each other, the linear knife lines 7 obtained by two adjacent punching times on the auxiliary transfer material belt 3 are connected end to end through the first die-cutting tool 1 so as to form the continuous linear knife lines 7, and as shown in fig. 1, the first die-cutting tool 1 is provided with the two parallel linear knife lines 7;
(b) The product material belt with the thickness of 0.08mm is attached to the surface of the auxiliary transfer material belt 3, the shape of a single-sided adhesive product 8 is punched on the product material belt through a second die cutter 5, a linear knife line 7 is located on the inner side of the edge of an outer frame 6 of the single-sided adhesive product, the distance between the linear knife line 7 and the edge of the outer frame 6 of the single-sided adhesive product is 5mm, and waste materials of the product material belt are discharged;

(d) Pre-attaching the product bearing material belt 10 to the exposed adhesive surface of the auxiliary transfer material belt 3 by using an attaching machine, as shown in fig. 5, drawing out the auxiliary transfer material belts 3 on the two sides, and then completely attaching the single-sided adhesive product 8 to the product bearing material belt 10 by using the attaching machine; the adopted laminating machine is a roller laminating machine; the auxiliary transfer material belt 3 can be horizontally folded and then drawn out from the two side parts of the material belt.
